Alex did an excellent job in cleaning the carpet of my car. I got a used car recently that had large cheese sauce stains below one of the seats and there was a peculiar smell inside. The headlight cover also looked very old and yellowish. Alex patiently cleaned the entire carpet, followed by the headlights which were clear transparent by the time he finished the job. My wife and I were impressed and gave him more than the agreed amount based on his job. Will highly recommend Alex for any auto detailing.

Petty thief, horrible communication and unreliable. Alex did accept to take my job last minute and came same day, after not finishing the job he told me next time to plan to get it done earlier in the day, as far as I'm concerned he should have known how long any given job would take along with his ability to finish the quoted job and that would have been his responsibility to set it up at a time he could finish. I told him exactly what I wanted done he said that it could be done. I told him ahead of time that I had no water source in my apartment when he asked, he told me he had a water tank that he could bring so he has his own water source so that wasn't a problem, it was a problem. I requested the premium exterior detail, along with having him apply a ceramic coating that I already had purchased. When he got here he had the water tank, however he did not have a pump for it so instead of using the foam Cannon to wash my car to make sure my paint was protected (considering I told him my car had been dirty for weeks) like he should have as a professional detailer, he washed it by hand starting off dry then deciding to wet the car with the bucket before continuing. My car was still dirty in many places. I gave Alex some dinner I had made and he ended up taking off with my mom's bowl along with the fact that he took the rest of my ceramic coating bottles with him, I did gift him a brand new clay towel, brand new ceramic coating applicators, along with bottles of clay bar lube and surface prep just for taking the job so soon. He did not finish detailing the trim of my car nor did he even start on the wheel wells or wheels which was fine at the time because He was supposed to come back 2 days later(last Friday) to finish and he has not been in contact with me over a week later, I text him last Friday with a very obvious expectation of him showing up and I never got a response although I feel like I should have gotten a response at the very least I gave him the benefit of the doubt thinking maybe there was a chance that he made the appointment for next Friday which would have been today. I've still heard nothing from him. My mom is still missing a bowl and I still don't have the rest of my ceramic coating even though I text him about it being returned. I'll take this as a loss and learning experience, will not do business with this guy again. Beware of this business.

Doesn’t communicate very well. Alex had to do my car twice and he forgot to do my back carpets twice and he forgot to bring certain equipment. I believe he overbooked himself with work and he cannot do his job 100% because he’s always in a rush. If you choose to do business with this individual asked to see he has all his equipment before he touches your vehicle.
