I used to come here all the time. There were older hispanic men finishing up the cars after they went thru the automatic car wash. I never had any issues and you can see they really took their time. Things have changed! Now they have all these lazy teenagers finishing up the cars and they're a complete joke. I'm not saying teenagers can't handle working, but at least management should watch them to ensure they're actually doing something. This girl took like 10 minutes tops, and said she "couldn't wait to be done for the day." When I went to my car, there were so many areas needed to be wiped down, the mats were backwards and there was visible dust. I don't think i'll be going back. Too bad.

No recipes on pump, stuff in store are rude. They require masks! Car wash pretty decent. I’m costumer from 8 years and would be nice to see some improvement from management costumer service

Worst car wash I've ever been to. They did a horrible job. I had to ask them to clean all the time even though I paid for that service. Spent $70 and got a worse cleaning than a drive through wash. Go somewhere else. This place doesn't even deserve one star.

Pit Stop #3 Horrible! Beware! Car wash tech ran my new car through the car wash with the window down. The "Supervisor" all of about 17 years old offered me 2 free car washes for the "mistake". I demanded to speak with manager- not available- spoke with assistant manager- all of about 17 years old- looked at me with a blank face as was fuming about what kind of idiot employee would send a car through with the window down. I was extremely po'd that they had just hosed down the interior of my new car. Complete interior of the car soaked with soapy water. Filled out their "claim" form as they attempted to extract water from the car. Told them I wanted a copy of the claim form- they refused said it was against company policy. Tried for 3 days to get hold of the manager and district supervisor to find out what they were going to do about it. One phone number goes straight to VM. Other just rings and rings and rings. Finally received a return call 3 days later to be informed that they accept NO RESPONSIBILITY and I am SOL. Told me it is the customers responsibility to roll up the windows. WOW $1,500.00 in stereo equipment is now water damaged and glitching out. Only time will tell what other electrical components are damaged. THINK TWICE ABOUT TAKING YOUR CAR TO THESE CLOWNS.

Actually, much improved in the last year. Very courteous employees and decent car wash service ... as good as it gets in Vegas. Don't compare things to LA ... it's different down here. It's hard to find people willing to do these jobs.

I have been taking my car here for over a year. I'm surprised by the other reviews. Yes there are a lot of teens working here, and yes they do take a while, as long as 40 minutes. But my car consistently comes out looking new inside and out. (Even if it is a 2015) Just be patient and allow yourself about an hour.

This is the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They only vacuum your car for about 10-15 seconds and call it a day. I asked them politely if they can make sure they vacuum correctly because last time they didn’t do a very good job and they basically told me NO they vacuum for a few seconds and move on to the next, I offered to pay more, and tip more and they said theres nothing they can do. I even offered to vacuum myself and they said no. Very rude customer service and wash.

Clean restrooms with good toilet paper and code locks so you don't have to touch the same key a million other people have. Polite cashiers, larger than usual energy drink selection.

Car Wash was good, however they lost my key ring. They returned my keys on some piece of metal wire . They also lost my charm with a Texas star that was very special to me. When I spoke with the manager/employee they seem to not even care and offered no explanations. (I had to give this place one star for it to post, but they do not deserve it) Will not be back!!!

I would not recommend taking your car to this location. You can get a better wash with one of the drive-through services. This location will redo the work if you bring it to their attention. I pointed out all the spots that needed to be taken care of and they still didn’t get it in the second wash. They also take longer than other carwashes. I’ve stopped taking my cars here.

Probably shouldnt have 12 pack bottles of water out if you don't sell them that way. Instead you wait to tell me until I'm the 2nd person in line to check out. Put out a not for sale sign! Edit 1: also this leaves me to believe products are not rotated out properly if the products aren't sitting in the walk in cooler. Yuck! How many products do you have that are expired?? I understand i only wanted water but jesus!

Paid for the vip car wash and they didnt clean half the interior of my car. Didnt do the dash, didnt do the steering, didnt do the cup holder. The seats still look horrible. No wonder this car washes ratings are so low i should have looked here first. I dont think i have to say that i will never go back.

Took my car in. Waited in line but after 10 minutes after seeing multiple cars in front of me with doors open and no one doing anything, got out of my car and asked if anyone was working. Employees working at a snails pace. Not a care in the world. Finally got up, opened doors left my car. 40 minutes later kept seeing cars that came in before me leaving. Went back over and my car was just being pulled into the car wash. At that point I just went a d and grabbed my keys because there were 4 cars that had come out and been sitting with no one doing anything. All young kids, moving slow, with no oversight. Never go there. Waist of time. Also, went there a few months back and they didn't even clean my seats. I had to go back and point out everything they missed. I have never had this problem anywhere else.

I came in on 12/1/22 around 1pm. I've had my car detailed for 6 hours previously, and that guy did a great job, but couldn't get the make-up off my driver side door. The guy who did the last part of the wash here at this Chevron/Terrible Herbst car wash, did a fabulous job. I watched him scrubbing my door. So to the guy that finished washing my white Prius.. you are awesome!! I will absolutely make this location my permanent car wash spot. Hopefully, everyone there will give as much detail to my car that this particular guy did.

Paid full price less than 10 minute working on car. Didn't notice till I got to store but they did not wipe inside. Coffee spill in cup holder still there, finger prints on windows. Gone downhill with service.
