Very good car wash right next to the airport so it’s very easy to pass through on the way to do Uber or any other ride app. A big shoutout to Abubakar very professional when going through the different types of memberships and how the wash works. Will be signing up next time I come through!

I would like to tell everyone what a Great job the employees did! Andrew, Kuro and Aaron took a car that was very dirty and made it shine!! I live in Kevil, Ky. I was just picking my wife up at the airport, and wanted the car to be better than when I dropped her off. Her flight was delayed so I had a little time and googled a carwash. It sent me to Donelson Cheetah Clean auto wash. I got the cheapest wash, but the attendant said they would get it clean. I really doubt they would and told them I didn't expect much. They all prewashed their butts off. Went through the wash and left. I stopped at my next location and got out. I was Shocked!!! The car didn't look that good and shiny since it was new. Just a few lines on top missed. I was so impressed I went back and used the vacuum and wounded if they could hit the top one more time, since the car looked better than years. I asked for their names and wrote a little note of application to give see to their bosses. I realized I did date it or made it look real, just hand writing sloppy. Thank you Frank for your support and excellent customer service. Frank assisted me through their car wash on Donaldson Pike on 9/13. Upon getting soaked in their car wash Frank was knowledgeable of driving a Tesla through the car wash. His ability to articulate and demonstrate was greatly appreciated. Because of Frank tech savvy knowledge we avoided damaging the vehicle or any other equipment. Frank thank you for your patient service and exceeding my expectations.

I came to Cheetah after receiving a free coupon in the mail - thank you so much!!! The customer service was great which made it more personable than a usual automatic car wash experience. The vacuums also were stronger than any place I've been. The car wash itself was pleasing, quick and simple. I enjoyed the green, purple and blue lights inside. I gave it four stars because the wash didn't do anything for my wheels/rims. I'm not sure if that's normal. I've included before and after photos - the picture of the rim is an after one.

Even though it’s a self-service wash, they offered to help me vacuum my car, which I really appreciated. It’s not every day you find that level of customer service. Amazing service Abukakar was a very helpful associate, showed great qualities and was great at assisting me, shows really good customer service skills. I had an excellent experience at this car wash, and a big reason for that was Abubakr. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive to detail. He took the time to make sure everything was done right and treated my car like it was his own. Abubakr’s work ethic really stood out. He didn’t rush through the job and made sure every part of the car was thoroughly cleaned — from the exterior to the small details that are often overlooked. My car looked spotless and brand new when he was finished. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. The car wash itself is also top-notch. The facility is well-organized, efficient, and runs smoothly, with a team that clearly knows what they’re doing. The service was quick without sacrificing quality, and the results were well worth it. Overall, this was one of the best car wash experiences I’ve had. Abubakr is a huge asset to this place, and his professionalism and dedication make a real difference. Good quality automatic car cleaning. Much too thorough. Management needs more posted warning about the potential for damage to your vehicle. I can understand a decal, wiper blade or side mirror being damaged. I can even understand a “fin” or antenna being unseated. No, the brushes at this place straight bulldozed the antenna from the screws in my roof. Not only did the brush remove the seal around the antenna, I legit cannot reattach the antenna because each (7 total) screw receptacle was broken so thoroughly. I came back a day after because it looked off and I knew it wasn’t something that simply falls off. Fortunately they had the part, many thanks to the helpful gentleman in the drive-through who assisted me even though it sounded like an odd question. He was even willing to check cameras. This was to no avail though. I went in for an $18 car wash and now I’m soon to be out at least a few hundred to replace the antenna this car wash broke. Next time I’ll go where I frequent.
