I wasn't going to leave a review, but it's six months later and I am still detailing with mechanical issues that were created by damage to my drivers side window during an exterior detail and paint touch up on my driver's side mirror (which did not end up matching well, and there is uneven paint application in the area). I am several hundred dollars deep trying to fix this issue (my drivers side window now doesn't roll up correctly and the weather stripping had to be replaced), and there was no recourse given at the point of damage and the conversation I had was circular with no real accountability or detailed plan of action, or even a recommendation of next steps / place of business to refer me to.

I paid $200 to have my husbands car interior and exterior detailed. Inside looked great. Outside had dead mosquitoes still ALL OVER the bumper. The main reason I brought it in was to clean dog hair inside and clean dead bugs outside. When I told him the front bumper didn’t look great, he said to bring it back tomorrow and he would CHARGE ME EXTRA for wax to get them off. I have had the outside of my car cleaner going through go car wash lol. Lazy detailer. I left no tip and will not return.

💯% recommend this place. We had the interior detailing+ pet hair removal done on my Honda HRV to get the vehicle ready for a baby. It was a disaster after having the vehicle for three years and transporting my two very hairy dogs around constantly. Gary made it look (and smell) fantastic! It was easy to get it in quickly, the price was great, and the work done was incredible!

I've had 2 of my vehicles detailed now, and it was great both times. My truck was filthy inside and out. Carpets were so dirty it looked like rust. I said I wanted a detail to sell it, and Gary made it look brand new. My 16 year old son was beyond impressed too. He cleaned the whole engine compartment and made it look new. Holy moly, my truck looks good now. I took my car to him next, and it got the same treatment. I highly recommend Chase Details when you need yours cleaned beyond clean.
