I am thrilled with the results of the work that Charlotte Auto Spa did to my Dodge Challenger. I watched the whole process as they washed, polished and protected my car with Ceramic Pro and I can say that the technicians at Charlotte Auto Spa are extremely thorough and their skilled work is evident in the drastic improvement in the appearance of my car. I have seen their ceramic coatings on several cars and the paint on all of them looks great, you can always tell a car that has had a high quality ceramic job like those done here versus those that aren't coated. The paint and even vinyl and trim is much richer and deeper in appearance, the coated gloss paint looks better than any wax job I ever did. The techs at Charlotte Auto Spa exhibited phenomenal customer service and were accommodating on schedule and very communicative. I highly recommend them and I will be a return customer of Charlotte Auto Spa for sure.

These pictures really don’t do it justice but they did a phenomenal job with my husband’s new truck. When we bought it we didn’t notice all the little rust spots but we took it to Charlotte auto spa and they used claybar and got it all out. They were professional, friendly and their prices can’t be beat. Looking forward to bringing our vehicles there for window tinting and any other detail work they may need in the future.

I brought my Challenger here to get the gold level ceramic coating. Griffin and Denny completely went over the car and did paint correction first before putting the ceramic coatings on. They also knew about the issue my particular car has with rock chips on the fender flares and recommended I have protectant film put on the flares. I’m glad I did because they were right. The end product is a car with paint that always has a mirror finish, is very easy to keep clean, and gets me compliments regularly. These guys love what they do and it really shows.

Have a black car that was run thru a car wash. When the sun shined it looked terrible. Swirl marks everywhere. I asked for a complete paint restoration and decided to finish with a full ceramic coat. I cannot believe what a great job they did. Exceeded my expectations. Extremely happy with the results and dealing with the whole crew. I also had scheduled some other work on a different vehicle. Rather than just doing the job I was shown a few things I had missed. I would have been very disappointed with the finished product. We decided to not to do the work. Honest, trustworthy shop

I recently was able to purchase my dream car. A 1998 Dodge Viper! I’ve heard about ceramic coating and was somewhat skeptical. After seeing some before and after photos, I decided to go for it. Denny is absolutely the best at this! He took the time to polish the paint to remove any slight imperfections. He then applied the coating layer by layer. The final product is AMAZING!! You have to believe me: pictures do not do this justice!! It looks like someone poured glass over the car. Trust me... if you’re sitting on the fence regarding ceramic coating, just do it! Make sure you have Charlotte Auto Spa do the work though! This is NOT a “simple” wipe on-wipe off application. It requires skill, patience, and a trained eye.

Their location in Fort Mill was very convenient for me, and the service that I received was nothing short of excellent. I relied upon Charlotte Auto Spa to protect exterior of my new BMW 750. Denny was extremely helpful in describing the multiple process steps and showing me works in progress in his facility. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the operation and courtesy of the entire team. I selected the lifetime “Gold Package” as I wanted maximum protection against the elements. Griffin was assigned to take care of my car and use his expertise to prepare the finish and apply the various ceramic coating materials. The process took about 4 days and I was elated to see the results. The car had a beautiful mirror finish and is beyond showroom quality. My thanks to Griffin for his expertise and working with such a quality focus. I would highly recommend the Charlotte Auto Spa for protecting high end vehicles. This was my second time utilizing the dent removal service of Charlotte Auto Spa. Not only is it paintless, it's also painless. This time, I had a 6in long crease on the rear quarter panel close to the wheel well and difficult to reach. Denny and his team worked their magic and could access the area through the trunk. The dent was completely removed without any visible trace. Like it never happened. I highly recommend Charlotte Auto Spa for all of their services. Their quality and care is outstanding.

I just had my 6th vehicle ceramic coated, so I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the mediocre in this industry. I can say with total confidence: Griffin at Charlotte Auto Spa is in a league of his own. At this point, ceramic coating is a non-negotiable for any car I own, but the results Griffin delivered are the best I’ve seen yet. The depth of the gloss is incredible, and the attention to detail during the paint correction phase was flawless. It’s rare to find someone who treats your car with the same level of obsession as you do, but Griffin is that guy.
