Not the best experience. It's advertised as $5 for 8 minutes. Each swipe only gave me 5 minutes each for $5. $1 per minute is a bit high for a manual wash. I am also very disappointed that it gave me 3 minutes less than advertised.

I just paid $12 for their top of the line automatic touch free car wash. WHAT A WASTE!! My car ended up just as dirty after the wash, as it was before the wash. Dont waste your time or money at this car wash.

Got the ultimate wash, was brief but ok...air dryer could be better, should be available for EVERY level of wash, instead of just for the more expensive ones... no reason to spend the extra money to get it washed and then drive away wet... can use the wash bays next to it for a lot less money and do that...

What a pos car wash. Do not waste your money. I used it twice. The first time the blower did not work. I am a second chance kind of person. Two weeks later I tried again. This time it did not rinse the soap properly and I had to hand wash to get the spots off. Brand new vehicle. I use only touchless car washes because the swirls from a regular brush car wash make swirls in the paint and that drives me crazy. Bottom line go somewhere else. It’s apparent that the owners don’t care. They are greedy and have no idea how to maintain a touchless car wash.

This place is honestly a joke. The credit card machines never work. The machines won’t take dollar bills and most of the time, the change machine is out of service. Not to mention, something in the wash is typically broken (water spraying all over you from the top, the wand broken, the soap brush not working). The only reason that I gave a ‘2’ is because when they are actually there, they’ll make it right by giving you extra time. And every once in a while, the 2nd from the left bay will be continuously running and you can get a free wash, so I’ll check that out every now and then. But honestly, not sure how the car wash part is still in business. Can’t say anything about the mechanic business because I’ve never used them (been afraid to because they can’t get the car wash part right).

For a good, quick wash... this is the spot. Make sure to check out their unlimited monthly wash packages as well for those who have to wash the car daily. You will not be disappointed in the service either. Even though it's mostly younger kids working there, they seem to know what they are doing. Go somewhere else. Absolute waste of money. Tried one bay, didn’t work, went to another bay I lt worked (which should’ve been my first sign to just go somewhere else) Usually takes me 20 mins to wash my truck, thinking it was gonna work I pressed the button a few times (added up to be $15) just to then realize the foam brush doesn’t even foam. Even after pressing stop I had no choice but look like an idiot the whole time just spraying with water which I could’ve done at home for free.

Went to this bay wash yesterday morning. The bay I chose didn't have any high pressure soap. I thought not a huge deal since I was trying to rinse off some mud/grass anyways. This morning I wanted to actually clean the car. My mistake. Went back to the same bay (thinking surely it still isn't out of soap after a hot sunny Saturday and probably had plenty of business). WRONG Still no high pressure soap, moved to another bay and noticed that the next one had a broken wand. That's when I decided to go down to a bay wash on Tryon St (which unfortunately also had no high pressure soap).

Because it’s January and cold and I didn’t want to hand wash my car, I figured I’d stop in because they have a touchless car wash. Paid for the top/ultimate wash or whatever they call it. Disappointed is an understatement! The dryer barely dried the car and my car was just as dirty coming out as it was going in. Basically threw away $15. Won’t be coming here again and do not recommend.
