I’ve been a loyal monthly subscriber for over five years, yet I still take my car elsewhere for a full detail every six months — because I’ve come to expect only the bare minimum from your service. My most recent visit was especially disappointing. No real effort seemed to be made to clean the car thoroughly. I had to reclean parts of the door, the console, and the dashboard edges myself. There was dirt left under the carpet and visible dust on the doors. It feels like attention to detail is lacking — whether from being rushed, careless, or simply not caring. After this long as a paying subscriber, I believe I deserve better. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed going forward.

Great experience. Not sure if Xavier is the manager or what his role is but he is top notch. I purchased the super poly and was honestly pretty unsatisfied at first with my wash but didn’t care to make it a big deal. I asked if I could pay extra to have it wiped down more and he stepped in and immediately said no. He took over and ensured I got the same service/results that I’d received the previous 100 times I’ve been there. Thanks man

This is the Autobell worth going to. The vending machines work and are stocked, the bathrooms are always clean, the folks drying and detailing actually pay attention to details and more than anything, they are consistent. This location is the reason why I decided to get the monthly subscription. I've been to an Autobell where small pieces of car components end up missing or damaged (the one on S Tryon) and I've been to an Autobell where windows and screens weren't totally dry & the spray they used have a funny smell after a while (location in Pineville). This location may have a funky way to enter, to a degree, especially if someone is trying to exit and they only had an external cleaning, but it's also a lot easier exiting then other locations in South Carolina as it's not a major road. It can stand to have more seating and you'll feel that when there are two lanes of cars being worked on, but if the worst thing I can say in a review is "a shortage of chairs," I think you're alright. Shout out to the management and all the taller folks that work there, especially. Roofs matter!

Though the outside was well done, I was disappointed with the vacuuming. The seats were not well vacuumed and I had to ask them to vacuum them more. I also moved those space fillers on the side of the seats so they could vacuum well between the front seats but spaces were not well done.

Took my car there to get it cleaned had just purchased it and was quite gross inside and out I understand they aren’t a detail service but I made sure the guy who did it knew if he did a good job he’d get a good tip. You tell me if you think he did a good job. It was near closing time so didn’t realize it was as bad as it was till I actually started driving the car and got home.

I have gone to this location many times and never been disappointed with the services...until now. There was little effort made to wipe down the seats until I brought it to the attendants attention. Additionally, they did not do a good job vacuuming my car. I am willing to give them a mulligan for this visit. But not again....!

Great experience. Uploaded app and used the $5 promo which is nice. Drove right up and attendant got me right through. Had 4 guys detailing my truck and did a solid as it hadn’t been cleaned inside in a couple of years. lol So it looks tremendously better. And I can see out my windshield again. 😂 Have used AutoBell over the years, but never tried using it through the app. Glad I did. Very easy process….👍

Xavier and his team do a fantastic job! I've been to several locations and my pet pev is dirty windows! At other stores, I often leave with dirtier windows than what I started with. But NOT HERE! Inside and out, they're perfect. My car looked and smelled 100 times better than when I came in!

Normally I never have a problem with autobell but the people who were cleaning my car must’ve been new hires. First of all one person kinda looked lost while cleaning my car. I got the rain repellent service for it to not look like I cleaned my car. Like why do I need to pay 50 including tip for it to look like this :) I didn’t feel like going back to complain so ima just write the review, post the pictures and leave it at that.

I had an amazing experience at Autobell thanks to Xavier (store manager)and his crew! They did a fantastic job washing my car it looks brand new every time I leave. The whole team is professional, friendly, and really pays attention to detail. On top of that, the environment is great: clean, welcoming, and efficient. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you need a good car wash, Autobell is the one to go to! Highly recommend Xavier and his crew for excellent service and a great overall experience!

Used to go the before we moved from Steele Creek. It was usually pretty reliable for a good wash and wipe down, however…the wipe down and Armor All protection application process was sub standard.

I overpaid I got my truck back and didn’t look polished or vacuumed; inside looked untouched. New to Autobell as I moved to the area. Lost a new customer. Girl didn’t explain anything to me and asked if I wanted the inside done I said yes charged me $27. And it’s like the didn’t even do anything too the inside. Pics are what my car looked like after I got it back. Even AI knew my car was dirty when loading pics for this review.

Definitely not the premium floor mat cleaning I expected. All matts were wet when I got in so the left over dirt was not visible until it dried. Even splattered onto the side of the console when the mats were cleaned and that wasn’t even wiped off. With the foul weather lately, I’m sure they’ve had their hands full with work but doesn’t excuse the lack of effort here. Reasonable priced if the services were performed correctly. Clearly not a good value for the money spent

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Autobell crew and the store manager, Xavier. They helped me out tremendously with great respect, patience, and understanding. I was a little hesitant since my truck is brand new, but they made sure it was cleaned to absolute perfection and put all my doubts at ease. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out—This crew definitely deserves some kind of recognition for the way the store manager and his team take care of customers.
