I’ve been coming here for about a month now and every time I come and get a wash here the carwash completely misses my rims! My rims come out dusty, dirty and dry! I thought that they would one day fix this but I guess not !

first off I think the actual service of the car wash is very good. Cleans my car well. My problem was with the customer service on the corporate level. Went in with a link for a monthly wash for $24.99 went through the wash and noticed I had been overcharged, or at least I thought I had been. Went back into the office where I was told it would be $29.99 and that none of their advertisement was for that price. I showed the young man there step by step that I had googled their car wash and went to their official site and had a link for $2499. (See Below) He said there was some kind of mistake and didn't give me the price as quoted. Understanding he had limits to his ability to what he could approve I told him I would take it up with an email to the site. I emailed them directly and have never received any response. A simple we're sorry and your next month is free or something similar would have been sufficient. I'm staying with them because they are convenient to where I live. Not happy at all with the customer service aspect.

It's the 3rd time of been here in 3 months and my car is never left clean after paying the $17 wash on top of the vacuums never work inky #2 and the reason I was told is because when ever it rains it causes the fuse to go out and they need to let it dry, but when it was in April and it snowed I was told cause of snow. Needless to say I won't be back. Might be good for others not for me.

Great value for the money. We bought the unlimited and it has paid for itself already. Car wash does a very good job. We have a DRW pick up and this is the only automatic car wash that we know of that we can use. Very happy with the service. The employees have always been professional even earlier this week when they broke down. Keep up the good work

For the money, you can't beat the service, and they get out and spray the equipment down periodically to keep from scratching your vehicle, no complaints here!

I have been coming here since June and I am very impressed with the service I’ve been getting. My car is nice and spotless every time I leave the lot. Thanks to their amazing service packages, I can have my car looking clean and new whenever I want. Will be coming here for the foreseeable future👍👍

This specific carwash’s employees left out a ladder of which on of the spinning brushes got tangled up with and was spun into the passenger side of my vehicle. I’ve contacted this carwash several times with no response back and just get told that they’ll leave a note for the manager. An incident report was filed online as well as in person. No decency to reach back out. I guess it’s cool to damage someone’s property and do nothing to help out. I treated the employees with respect after the incident, the carwash itself doesn’t respect its customers.

Nice place bling bling , but for me a P/U is dirty. Not worth the wash , just can’t get it right from multiple experiences here , only seems good on clean vehicles . Go south

Not worth the $15 wash. There is still dirt in all different crevices all around the car. I really didn’t have time to go back and run back through. I didn’t notice it until I stopped at the gas station right afterward. Vacuums have poor suction too. I’m sure this is to save power and who can complain about free, right? I would appreciate it if they met us in the middle and just gave us a discounted rate and more power instead of next to no power and free.

Clean atmosphere, pun intended fully automatic wash that gets the job done. No hassle cashier's and easy sign up for monthly plans as well. Vacuums are in a separate area ensuring that even if a wash isn't needed that day you can still swing by and clean up the messes that happen inside as well.

I'm an ultimate monthly subscriber and when I first started going here months ago it was great. Now the wash seems to still be ok but the last few times the tire shine never worked or was even applied ? UPDATE: does not get the back of the vehicle hardly at all, Honda Pilot. Need to find a better wash.

Reminded why I stopped going here & canceled my membership. With the roads, snow, and salt being as it is, paying $14 for a wash one should expect it to be clean and the salt taken off and there shouldn't be any big noticeable spots missed but that is not the case. The wash always misses the hood and the front along with there being spots on the sides and the rear. I actually stopped going here bcz one of the employees didnt let me get a wash when it was 8:59, the gate wouldn't open, no one was at the window bcz they were dealing with another customer at the entrance of the beginning of the wash, they got done with them and said I can't get a wash bcz it's 9pm. I wouldn't have minded but there was already a car in front of me that didnt pass through the beginning of the wash. I ended up telling him to cancel my membership right then and there. After some time I went here again and that is the beginning part of this review.
