I’ve had a membership at the Livonia location since they opened. They used to do a really awesome job but lately I’ve noticed something changed. First off the people that work there are really cool, especially the manager. What’s changed is the quality of the wash. Sometimes I noticed there isn’t as much soap or wax being used. I’ve also noticed the brushes are really worn or strike your vehicle extremely hard. When I recently purchased a new black vehicle, I had 3 washes on it and noticed scratching up and down my hood. I had never noticed this kind of problem when I had darker vehicles and used their wash. The vacuums and drying area are nice but you are also paying for that with a $20 wash or a monthly membership. If things change I may be back but until then I’ll find another place to wash my vehicle.

I have had to have my rear windshield wiper replaced 8x. I had to fill out report 2x, still waiting to get replaced, going on 4 weeks. I am told come in to get put on, I show up, manager not there. Being told I can thank Mr. Ford. I drive a 2024 explorer never had a problem at other car washes. No one aswers phone or emails. This is disrespectful. The attendant is supposed to deactivate the rear retract so this doesn't happen, so my rear wind doesn't get cleaned. When they do not do the deactivation my wiper gets ripped off.

Car washes are cheap but you get what you pay for. I received a deluxe wash and was unsatisfied with the results. My car was dirty but it was not caked on, however there were still multiple places where the dirt was still on the car. Obvious places too like the side panels and back lift gate.

I never really got my car washed at quick pass but I love their free vacuum. I like to wash my car by hand myself but the free vacuum is awesome. Sometimes it takes me up to 30 minutes or so just to clean my car with the vacuum being free, I’m a limitless. I love this place. I recommend it to everyone.

EVERYONE is extremely nice and helpful! The staff at the gate and even in the wash area always are friendly! Kirk the owner always has a smile on his face and is beyond nice, friendly, and will wave when he sees me! Aaron is the best!!!! I’m so nervous going into the wash area! Aaron always says ‘I got you! You’ll be fine and gives me the thumbs up!

Man where do I start. Kirk has got to be one of the best employees of any business I’ve had the privilege of dealing with. Everytime I come here and he’s working the sprayers he sprays my 3 year old daughter’s window because she thinks it’s the funniest thing in the world. The smile on her face means the world to me and his small action doesn’t go unnoticed. Kirk is the reason I keep coming back here. Today when I came in he was working the booth and asked me how she is since she wasn’t in the car and offered some suckers for her because it’s her favorite part of going to the car wash. He is the reason I keep coming back here and if he’s not in management yet he should be. The way he treats the people that come through here needs to be noticed. He should be training all of the people that work here and be offered profit sharing of this place. Kirk is always so happy and has a big ole smile on his face and I look forward to coming here because of him. Give this dude a raise, a promotion, and co-ownership.

Excellent wash. Update 8/19/24: Everything great here, wash is not to harsh on cars, always drying cloths to use getting all leftover wash residue off. Pleased with all. Update 5/2025, all great here! Always does a great job!

Had sticky sappy residue on my car that was a magnet for yellow jackets. Kirk told me to tell the guy at drive thru to spray bug spray all over and...YES, that did the trick! Thank you Quick Pass...BTW, my car looks GOOD!!!

Was looking at this place to get a wash today, but the amount of bad reviews for SCRATCHES after being washed makes me worry. Management hasn't even tried replying to the customers. That's how you loose a business.

***This is the only place worth it in Livonia*** I love this place. I love the employees. Equipment always well maintained and provides an excellent wash. Do not hesitate to get a membership and I highly suggest Ultimate it is worth it. You can go multiple times in a day not just once like everywhere else. They have other locations in the Plymouth, Northville, and Canton regions as well. I discontinued my membership back in November 24' because I moved away from this spot... Worst decision ever made. Every other car wash around Livonia was trash compared to this place. Go look at my other reviews and you will understand. I AM SO HAPPY TO BE BACK! WORTH DRIVING THE EXTRA MILES TO GET A PROPER WASH EVERYTIME WITH FREE SMILES INCLUDED!!!

$20 for the wash and the car is still much too dirty. This has happened multiple times to different cars I've taken through. Next time it rains just drive around for 10 minutes and you'll get the same effect.

Would not recommend, 20.00 for the best wash they offer aside from the monthly package and the quality is terrible. I went back to talk to the employee running the wash. He had no actual answer for me just excuses.

Recently came through and wanted to try a single wash to try it out. The attendant talked me into a membership.... I should have stuck with the single wash. The wheels were all still filthy and somehow dry. They went in with some salt and came out muddy. I recently switched from a competitor who also had a new location and they displayed each of the top of the line items they added throughout the wash like the wax, rain repel, tire shine and the tri color foam. This location didn't have any of it. You come out of the brushes and there is 20 feet of dead space where usually the wax and stuff is. Maybe I just missed it getting applied but I just want to make sure I'm getting what my $36 membership included. Just my opinion here but bad first impression here. I think I may have to go the extra couple miles back to the competition.

Please avoid this car wash. Scratching my car was my final straw. The vacuums are always broken. You always have to get back in and move your car. And my car always comes out with dirt bubbles and spots all over. Most times I have to go through the car wash twice. Now that they’ve scratched my car and will not take responsibility… I regret going there.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Avoid this car wash unless you like leaving with a dirtier car than when you arrived. Also, if you are looking for a reason to need a new paint job, this car wash will give you one. The owner will also take ZERO accountability for the damage done to your car by their machines. So beware, he will say it’s your fault, and even come up with idea of how you did it yourself. Leaving with your car COMPLETELY scratched, on every side, is something no one should experience, when getting a simple car wash. -000000/10 experience.

Drive thru car washes are becoming such a joke. This is a 2025 Ford explorer with 1000 miles. It hasn't even seen salt or snow in its life. There isn't years worth of grime embedded in this car. This is the quality we get now a days with these car washes. Sticking to the car wash at 5 and haggerty.

Do NOT come to this car wash unless you want your car to be scratched beyond compare and then the owner to BLAME you and accuse you of using a Brillo pad on your own car. Owner was RUDE and refused to meet me to see my car after he claimed it was “impossible” his car wash did this to my car. I’m pissed and waiting for him to send insurance information so I can’t take this into my own hands.
