I won't be shopping here again for the simple fact that they jack the prices up to much. I've done plenty of comparison and they definitely have the highest prices

The prices marked on the shelf often do not reflect what you pay at the register. When questioning this issue all you get is shrugged shoulders, whatever… Keep in mind you’re not the only parts house in town

We were driving through Bend heading to Idaho in our motorhome. We were stuck in a parking lot with a seized up brake caliper. I had called every auto parts store in Bend. I'm a new mechanic running a new shop in town. We have to oreder from you every day and usually have no issues. but here's a tip and take it to the bank...... STOP RELYING ON THE COMPUTER !!!!!! every one in that store needs to walk around, up and down the isles and learn what you have. i do not have time to come down their to show you how to do your job.

I don’t go anywhere else but here. I’ll drive from the Southside or any side just to make sure I’m being taken care of at this store. The staff is all great, but Chet stands alone & is just the kind of human we’re all hoping to run into when you need some car help or knowledge. Obviously this is an auto parts store and not a mechanics shop, but they do install batteries, etc. I couldn’t be more thankful for Chet, it’s always nice when you meet a person who is simply willing to help because that’s what humans should do for one another. Thx for all your help Chet!! Best auto parts store in Bend!
