1/2025: Price was $20 for bright wash. Car was VERY wet on exit, dryers aren’t working well and had white spots on paint. Would not recommend. Came back and paid $29 for wash with my other car, was wiped down and looks fine with no streaking. 12/2023: $17 bright wash. Car was still slightly wet on exit. Would recommend wiping down on top or adjust the dryer.

Brando helped me find the right car wash for me! He was knowledgeable and had a warm friendly personality! The place here is clean and fully stocked and I appreciate the air fresheners and water to drink to stay cool!

My 77-year-old grandmother went to Carnation after a horrible experience at a near by car wash, and the staff here could not have been more respectful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of, and treated her with patience and professionalism. We are so grateful for the way they handled everything. Truly outstanding customer service!

It’s the bad spot of carnation Auto spa I got all my experience! Why they’re always lazy and have attitude !!!!!! Look it up for some people want to work honestly like the people in Euless and Plano ! So sorry to share that but it’s important for you to keep your name of business in the top ! I will take my review off when I see the changes in Arlington spot !

I attempted to cancel my monthly wash membership before it renewed, but the night employee told me that only a morning manager could handle cancellations. Because of that, the membership resubscribed. After paying for the month and then canceling, I asked when my last day would be and was told the membership ended immediately. This was never clearly explained at signup or during cancellation. Most monthly services remain active through the paid period, so this was unexpected and frustrating. The main issue is poor communication and inconsistent information from staff. Clearer explanations of subscription and cancellation policies would greatly improve the customer experience.

Who would have thought you’d be excited to visit the car wash?! Thanks to MATT @ Car Nation I’ll never skip wash day again. This community friendly car wash station is the quickest location in the city. Not to mention I’m handicapped and the accessibility was very appreciated!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. :)

Wow wow wow wow wow!!! I am so utterly impressed. I was a little hesitant from the new reviews that were low but man, I’m so glad I gave this place a chance. I got the carnation detailing, $100.00+ $25.00 since I had a third row. Very happy with the vacuuming and the interior detailing. I didn’t get the name of the gentlemen that did the detailing, he was an older Hispanic guy. I would highly recommend him. I wish I got his name. My family and I are now going to bring all our cars here next week lol

If you visit carnation Auto Spa in Arlington please check your bank account they will sign you up for membership.. and your bank account will be debited mine was $47 luckily I caught it the first month if you check with Better Business Bureau you'll see four other complaints of similar practices from this particular Carnation Auto Spa.. December 16th 2025 I went into carnation Auto Spa and had a mini Detail Service on my car cost $60 they did a pretty decent job no complaints following month my bank account was debited $47 from Carnation Auto Spa I found out they signed me up for a membership I never knew I had a membership I never signed up I never was told of a membership I have reached out to the manager I believe his name is Daniel I went to the car wash and talk with the worker happened to be the young lady with the long fake eyelashes she said no ma'am I remember you I did tell you I would lose my job if I didn't tell were signing up for a membership anyway manager never did respond back to me I did file a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau along with the FTC and I will be contacting the attorney General office due to their deceptive misleading business practice

DO NOT GO HERE !! They will scam you into a subscription I only caught it because of a pending charge on my bank account .. I called them to cancel they said that the manager would have to do it over the phone so I went up there and the girl stated that they do not cancel in store and that I had to do it online THEN tried to give me a car wash!! We are reporting them to the better business bureau and the FTC

Eugene got me 😭 I came in for a free wash and was offered the free wash, or a month free. Obviously I choose a month of free washes especially after I was informed of the half price discount on most detailing services. Overall a great experience! Eugene was nice enough to help show me a more efficient way to vacuum my mats, and offered a cold water after I started sweating 🤣 I will definitely be back !

Eugene has been incredibly kind and helpful lately, especially in this world. We really need more people like him who spread kindness with their hearts. I’m only coming back because of him. He’s got great people skills and professionalism. Thanks, Eugene.

This location is awesome , please stop by and visit. The assistant manager Eugene will greet you with a smile and customer service. I went today to have my car cleaned and detailed . Stephon handled my car with love and care. These men are excellent people and I am so thankful these are the workers here . I recommend coming here anytime your care needs TLC . I have a monthly plan and it’s worth it . Plus detailing is half off with the plan ….#winning. Thank you Eugene for always being professional.

Stopped by to get a full detail and carpet shampooed, spent 200$ and just wasn’t worth it in my opinion, took 2 hrs, a whole bunch of stuff was skipped over or not even touched, took it home realized all the stuff missed took it back and ended up doing most of the cleaning my self. I mean 200$ and the cup holders were still dirty, the dash wasn’t touched and on top of that when they finished the first time I went to get in the car and there was soap all over the driver seat still. (Side note) my detailer had sunglasses on doing the detailing on the inside of the car🤦♂️ doesn’t surprise me he missed so much.. all in all definitely not worth what I payed and I could have done a better job for a quarter of the price.

Full service $60. People are nice, nice waiting room. Interior cleaning was meh..see pics. Apparently I needed to pay for a mini detail ($80) to get them to vacuum the trunk. The usual trying to upsell memberships and tips... will try others before going back.

I usually don’t take my car through a car wash but I decided to try this establishment since they are offering a free deluxe car wash. Keeping this short but I noticed these three significant scratches on my vehicle while I was vacuuming. I know my car and I KNOW these were from the car wash. Take a good look at your vehicle before trying this car wash!

Scam! They don't honor membership cancel requests. I went there today in the afternoon asking to cancel my membership and some type of receipt showing I canceled it. A lady outside said she couldn't do it but someone else there could. She found my account in the system, but she was reluctant to talk to the guy who could cancel it. So I approached the gentlemen she was referring to. He said all he needed was my membership number. I said said no problem, the lady has it. But I could tell he wasn't interested in me. I asked the lady to tell him the number. She said she couldn't because he was busy. And he did get in a truck and leave. However, he promised me he would cancel my membership when he comes back and send me a text showing I won't be charged again. And the lady and another guy kept promising it will be handled today. Guess what? They didn't cancel and never sent a text. I know its only one day, but I repeated myself saying I didn't want to have to follow up with this. They repeatedly promised I wouldn't have to follow up. But unfortunately I am. Hopefully, after seeing this they will actually cancel it.

-Management Daniel-go to bottom for update I came in for a full hand wash—inside and out. I want to be clear: I am genuinely the last person to complain. If I get the wrong food order, I eat it and move on. That’s how little I enjoy conflict. But this experience crossed a line. The interior wasn’t even fully cleaned. Trash was still left in the vehicle, bugs remained on the windshield, and the windows were visibly dirty and smudged. I sent my partner back the same day to address it, but the night manager told us I personally had to return the next morning at 7:30 AM. Annoying, but fine—I showed up as instructed. Then the morning manager told me he couldn’t speak to customers before 8:00 AM. Frustrating, but I tried to be accommodating and said I’d call instead. I called twice that day and left two messages. No one ever called me back. The following morning, I had to return again—this time at 8:00 AM—with my 4-month-old baby. At that point, the manager stated I would not receive a refund because I had tipped the employee who cleaned my car. To clarify: I tipped before I ever looked at the vehicle. I tipped out of kindness because the employee appeared to be having a rough day. The tip was given out of generosity, not because the job was done properly. After questioning the condition of the car, the manager said, “How do I know you didn’t put the trash there after you left?” That comment was insulting. I am many things, but I have integrity. He did offer to re-service the vehicle himself, but by that point, I no longer felt comfortable giving this business any more of my time. Accountability had already been lost. Getting a car wash is a luxury—I understand that. But basic standards still apply. Management failed to hold themselves or their team accountable and instead relied on excuses to deny a refund. First time here. Last time here. Worst management experience I’ve had in a long time. Update: After posting my original review, Eric, the district manager, reached out within an hour of me contacting corporate. He personally called to apologize for the experience and handled the situation quickly, politely, and professionally. He truly went above and beyond to make things right. I ended up visiting the Mansfield location instead, as I wasn’t comfortable returning to the original site. The team there was extremely professional, efficient, and courteous, and the service was excellent. My car is now clean, and the entire experience at that location restored my confidence in the brand. Because of the accountability shown and the quality of service I received, I’ll be canceling the membership I had with another car wash and switching over to this company. Thank you to Eric and the Mansfield team for handling everything so well.
