Terrible car wash, if you actually want a washed car! We used to live in Colorado Springs and I had a membership to this car wash because it was close to my house, but after my visit today, I was reassured as to why I had cancelled my membership a couple of years ago and went to quick quack. We purchased the basic wash because we didn’t need all of the additional bells and whistles. When we exited the world’s shortest wash that had literally no soap and minimal scrubbing, we were left with a still very dirty car. We asked if we could go back through and apparently they do not warranty their washes if you get the basic wash. The attendant advises that because we purchased the just the basic wash that we got what we paid for. If that’s what $9 is worth then we will be taking our business elsewhere and will absolutely never return. Rude service and shitty wash is what you will expect.

Alex and Kenny were amazing! After a long road trip, my car was completely covered in bugs that wouldn’t come off after the first wash. Alex told me to swing back around, and when I did, both he and Kenny took the time to power wash and scrub until my car looked spotless. This isn’t the first time they’ve gone above and beyond either—on a different visit, one of my friends had gotten sick on the side of my car, and another employee (I wish I could remember his name!) made sure to carefully clean it off so the paint wouldn’t get damaged. The staff here always goes the extra mile, and that kind of service is why I’ll keep coming back.

Great carwash. I have a monthly pass and stop by a couple times a week. The vacuums always work great. Car always comes out clean. Staff are great. And don’t forget to bring your puppy fir their free dog treats.

Best car wash in town! What I love: 1. The service! Everyone here is very helpful and kind. 2. Free use of the Rhinomat system after purchase of a car wash. Love that I can run my car mats through this machine real quick and itll clean them! They also have mat clips if you want to go that route. 3. Free vacuum use with purchase of a car wash. They have two different types too! 4. Location: easy and convenient access right off of Union I clearly frequent this place. 😅 I also love that it just feels more updated than other car washes in town.

Let me tell you something, Alex and Kenny over here at the Carlo Car Wash off of Union are just the best two guys I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time! They were knowledgeable, gave me good information to all the questions I had about long term and short term car washing benefits, and didn't make me feel small or dumb for having so many questions! They provided a full service with a phenomenal customer service experience to top it all off! I took my work van there they've been sitting under a tree for a few months as I mainly drive my car now. Long story short work van was in need of more than just a typical car wash. I ran it through once and there were some areas that the sap and grime just couldn't come off in one pass. Employees were great they took their brushes and power washers and hit all those areas and we ran it through again and it came out excellent. Friendly staff willing to go the extra mile when needed! highly recommended!

Tried out the car wash for the first time. Since it was my first time the guy greeting drivers gave me 50% off so I did the top tier wash. Car came out much better then expected. Def happy with it. Staff was super friendly. My puppy was with me and got a gourmet dried liver treat. She was happy. Def support this spot. 5 stars. Only suggestion I have is that maybe hand out a wipe with the wash and also inform customers there are rags/small towels to barrow to dry the few wet spots after the wash. :) Thanks Jean paul

Reasonable prices compared to other automatic washes in town. Free vacuums and mat cleaners. The vacuums worked well enough to get my car back to my “new” car standard! One of the workers, Gil, kindly approached me and offered to detail my wheels for free and did a great job. I would come back here again!

I was member and had been using this car wash over the last year and half but be careful with your vehicle at this car wash In short my new truck was damaged here because of a brush malfunction and it ended up damaging my roof (denting it)The manager contacted owner who ask me to get estimates to repair my roof which is what i did. Once i got the estimates both places said there was a chance that roof will need replacement well once the shop where ended up using got a better look at the roof guess what the roof needed to be replaced (double the repair costs) Once the shop told the owner of the Car wash that the roof can’t be repaired and needed to be replaced he went ghost, no contact with me or the Collision repair shop. So lessons learned: - file a police/accident report - contact your ins company ASAP - dont depend on a business’s “word” that they will take care of it trust but verify and get it in writing A star cause the workers were always helpful and courteous no issues there
