I came here a few months ago and paid for a cheaper package and my truck looked AMAZING so I thought yes I'm going back. I paid for the 2nd up from that thinking my truck is going to look so good and somehow it looked worse they missed spots on the outside and the inside was a vacuum only no wipe down at all and for that price I was not happy at all I have a coffee stain that's on the door panel and the side of the door not even the carpet and it's still there I'm so dissatisfied I'm going to try to fix this tomorrow and if it's made right I'll update my review but right now I don't even want to go back

Paid for the full service $94 detail and don't recommend it. It's not the worst detailing ever, hence the two stars but mediocre all around. They didn't wait for the windows to dry so after shampooing the car, they cracked the windows and left them streaky on the bottom. Their washcloths leave bits of cloth everywhere, and they made about 5 armor all stains through the interior of the car because they didn't actually wipe over it. The vacuuming was spotty and clearly a 2 minute once over. I'm shipping my car, so I've had to go over all their work. Might as well have done it myself or gone somewhere better. Customer service was typical minimum wage nonchalance with no involved management. Go somewhere else.

Got a synthetic oil change done which came with a free car wash. They post their pricing online and are transparent, which I appreciate. The car wash was okay; after I left streaks ran down from the top of my car down the rear window but the rest of my car was really clean. 4 stars because of the streaks and a 45 minute wait. I'll return here in the future for oil changes.

Have been using Paisley's for years and years for oil changes and car washes. Never have had any damage. If an area is not cleaned to my liking, they will take care of it. They always remind to not roll my window down because it will get wet when I roll it back up! I took my convertible there with no problems, even though convertibles usually come with warning to never go through an automatic car wash. The only issue I ever have is that sometimes they jerk the hand brake too hard and I cannot release it, so they do it for me. Considering pricing and convenient location, I see no reason to go anywhere else.

This used to be the best car wash in the metroplex. I drove from west Fort Worth because they were that good. Not any more. The price has skyrocketed up to $32.00 for their best wash with Armor all on the tires, and the job was half as good as before. My car has water spots all over it and the door pockets are still full of debris and wrappers from the kids. The carpet was just halfway vacuumed and needs to be completely redone. When I called in I got a half baked response only saying to bring it back. No apologies given for poor service. This cannot possibly be the same ownership as it bears none of the pride or friendliness of its former self. As I drove by this Sunday morning there was only 3 cars in line. They used to be lined up to the street. Whoever owns this place now needs to open their eyes while you still have a few people coming in.

Hands down, the best car wash I have ever been too! It is an automatic wash, however, staff assisted with tire care and drying the vehicle. You can take as much time as you need when Vacuuming your car..it's nothing like your standard vacuums ( you know the $1 for 4 minutes) The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This will be my new car wash go to!!

Great great Car-wash! I've been getting my car expertly cleaned here since 2006. 99% of the time it's been all good. Anytime there's been a mistake its been fixed immediately and with a smile. Make sure and bring along some cash so that you can tip! You'll want to.

Listen to these negative reviews they are correct. I never had issues when this was Paisleys. They quoted me 4 hours for a complete $150 detail but only took an hour. We had to ask for under the seats to be done as that area had not been touched. We got home and realized the bezel piece to access transmission was completely gone. I called the manger who advised that it my word against theirs but to appease me he would try to order that piece for me. I asked for some sort of a refund to which he advised no because his employee said she she did not do this and she was standing by his employee. I reminded him this is the same employee that he had to in his “words” he had to talk to about no completing the vacuum the first time and show how to drive the car out in the sun to really see what was missed. I advised I would leave a bad review to which he didn’t seem to care. Do yourself a favor spend your money with some one who does care. Find another car wash!

This is my 2nd time going here and my last. I went before and was not pleased with how they cleaned the inside. I still saw spots I had been looking at that were not touched at all. Also they did not clean my tires or rims good at all. Still saw visible dirt.. Thoughts I'd try a second time when it wasn't so busy thinking they'd take their time but still the same bad quality service. They half clean. I had to ask the lady to clean dash board which I was told they would clean. I had to clean my tires and rims myself. For $25 it should definitely be more quality than I've experienced. I used to pay $21 in California and received a wayyyy better job than this. So I will not be back a 3rd time or no time. 2 chances is all you get from me. I'd you don't like your job, find another one otherwise do better. ****There was another customer ahead of me complaining about the same thing. So it's not just me...

Been going to this location for years. I guess the car wash changed ownership, but I see the same faces and have received the same service as when it was Paisley's. For me, if the place hadn't had a paint job, I wouldn't know it was any different. Had my wife's and my car fully detailed over the last two days. Everything was beautiful and detailed perfectly. My cars have that wet look and feel like butter. Couldn't find a complaint if I wanted to.

Love Paisley's as they always do a great job and are friendly. Check out the old pics they have inside the waiting area. My helpful advice is know they stay pretty busy but usually manage to get the job done quickly.

DO Not I repeat DO NOT waste your money going here they do a horrible job. The introduce full wash and wax and got my car back with floor not vacuum dirt marks on the outside of the window etc...pointed out all the things they missed I got it back no better...well here are the pics

I cannot believe I paid over $25 for this. The car wasn't even that dirty and they still couldn't clean it up or vacuum everything out. I have had a better clean from high schoolers getting money for their basketball programs.

Highly disappointed in the quality this place provides now. I looked forward to getting my car cleaned here as I knew the quality Paisleys used to provide. I spent $60 and was told they couldn’t get my rims clean yet I could scratch it with my finger nail. Also paid $10 extra to get bugs off and my windshield still is smudged and front bumper still has bugs on it. Never again.

I’m not sure if $26 better full wash includes a good wipe down inside car as it says on options. This is the second time I’ve came to this place and this time was even worse. Not a happy customer .
