I'm a member, when the car wash is open it works well. The problem is this place closes randomly and it's super inconvenient..... UPDATE: back again and it's closed. This is the third time I've been here and it's closed. Not sure what the problem is.

IMO the Gtown location is the worst one by far. They close a lot due to computer issues. The wash area always has nozzles that don’t work. There has been a rotating brush at the entrance on the drivers side that hasn’t worked in months. Go to another location

I love being able to just drive up the gate recognizes my window sticker and 30 minutes later. My car looks awesome. It’s just something about driving around in a clean car inside and out. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. It’s an Awesome experience.

Gets worse and worse. One out of all the rotating scrubbers works. They use to pre spray and if your lucky pre scrub the bumper and windshields. Need to find a new spot

Went by today for a car wash with both our cars and again this place is shut down due to mechanical failure. Half of the time I go by it’s shut down. Car wash has steadily gotten worse and have had enough and canceled both cars today. Would suggest you find a different car wash that actually works.

Great service as this location has transitioned from Car Wash USA to Take5. Love the new equipment. Thanks to Dominic for checking in with me. Always appreciate that. **Update 9/8/23 They have installed new vac systems that are super strong! **Update 2/23/25 It sounds frustrating to see the same car taking up a bay (red car in first bay) especially when the car wash is busy. If it’s a staff member’s vehicle, they should be more considerate of customers. They might want to address this themselves. Hopefully, they take action to improve the experience for everyone. I have removed my 5 star to 2 stars now.

Again, a bad experience: Today I paid $20 in cash for one $12 car wash - then found out that I cannot get refund - only a credit for the next wash. The telephone number I was given only refers you to website for managing membership. I had a membership in the past but sometimes the scanner was not able to read bar code … huge back up of cars. At other times the car wash was out of service. So I cancelled membership. Follow up to phone call: Customer service rep said she could not issue refund and would have to refer to Customer Service Team - took my email address - and No, I have not been contacted. And yes, I have checked my spam file!

The guy that's supposed to spray a cleaner on your vehicle before it even goes into the tunnel does not do anything, only a half ass job of covering the car The are never enough cleaning fluids to properly clean your vehicle. The vehicle moves through the machine a bit too fast to clean it properly. Many of the vacuums do not work. The first couple of years this car wash was open it was great. It was kept up and maintained properly. They could easily correct these deficiencies but apparently they choose not to

This location consisting disappoints! Most notably the pre-spray, brushing by staff is half way done if at all, I’ve only gone through a few times that I don’t have soap all over my car as I exit (today I watched as I passed the rinse sprayers and nothing came out). And rarely does the back of my mid size suv get touched at all. Only reason I still have account with this company is that I can go to other locations in town that are much better. This location took over the operation from a previous owner and it was bad then. Equipment is always needing maintenance- Take 5 should tear down and start over with their own new equipment.

I had an amazing experience at Take 5 (434 Germantown) !! From the moment I pulled in, Johnathan was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in his work. The exterior is spotless, the wheels shining 🤩. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
