Pros: Touchless and other wash options available. Seems to be less expensive than other car wash places (even the ones with free vacuums). Takes actual cash U.S. dollars for payment. Does not have restrictive lines, so, if you change your mind and need to not get a car wash, you can turn around and get out. Can wash your dog there too. Cons: Not many if any actual personnel on site.

Read another review where someone was told to leave because a stall was reserved, which sounds crazy. Then it happened to me. While I was washing my car. If you are doing a special event and reserving stalls, put up signs. Cones. Communicate. Which obviously isn't your strong point considering how rude I was spoken to.

I used the drive through car wash and my car looked great afterwards. I found it was a little spendy, but it was an even, clean wash, wax and sealant and even dried my car! No spots or residue...

Fit my RV for a quick rinse from driving dusty roads. Machine took credit card so no annoying beeping to add more coins. Was able to completely rinse dust from roof, undercarriage and my trailer for $12. I have never reviewed anything before, but this was such a great thing as a RV’er to find I thought I’d share.

Went there today to wash my truck. I don't use the drive through I always use the self wash. Drove I to the stall and went to pay. Was approached by a lady and was informed that the self wash stalls are being used for a car wash and if I would like them to wash my truck. I said no I will do it myself. She then said the stalls were reserved for the car wash and that I needed to leave. Leave I did. I will not ever return to this establishment. I use to wash my truck there all the time. This will not be the case going forward. I will spend my money elsewhere. I will also let my friends and family know and they will not use this business in the future. Maybe state that there is a car wash. May only block up one stall. Maybe have signs to let people know. I don't know the answer but do know this. Brown Bear will receive my business going forward.

I just went there and just sprayed my car off it only took less then 2 minutes and used my debit card . I tried stopping it when i was done but it kept going until the 3 minutes was up . And i just looked at my debit card it charged me $10.00 bucks for that 3 minutes of wash time . Which is bull i want the 7 bucks it took from me i should of only been charged 3 bucks . Fricken ripped me off

Curt did everything in his power to make sure I was happy with my car wash. He went above and beyond, truly.

I am happy to change my review if someone would get ahold of me. The car wash was fine, but I used the Vacuum station after and the machine which is clearly labeled $1 for 4 minutes charged me $10 for each use. I used it twice so I just want my $18 back, but there is no way to contact them. All the phone line does is give me options to hear information.

Used this carwash the other day & I'm pretty sure someone put a skimmer on the debit card slot. Two days later, my card was being used in Chicago so now I have to deal with $300 worth of fraud all for a crappy carwash. I know it had to be from there because I hadn't used this debit card in a couple weeks except for the carwash.

So disappointing, previous to today, I've never had any issues here. Their vacuums are very strong and $5 gives you plenty of time to do a 4door sedan, (including trunk-speaking from previous experience). Today I needed to vacuum and desperately needed to shampoo my back seats; needless to say, shampooing was a joke! Unfortunately if I had more time I'm sure I could have tried a different shampooer and or found an employee. As you can see from my picture the amount of shampoo that ultimately came out, (yes, I was pressing the 'button') was not going to clean anything I tried applying pressure doing angles .... But in the end I'm just frustrated and spent too much wasted time.

Convenient but the car wash sprayer hose would take forever to switch settings like rinse to soap and back to rinse for example which I'm patient but not when it's taking my money AND patience. I appreciated the sign explaining what each spray hose setting was for because I'm not a dumb person but I don't know anything about properly washing my cars exterior so that was super helpful. I was also irritated that I spent $3 on a dollar store armor all bottle that literally leaked everywhere the entire time and $2 on each of those blue shams which are a joke (in my opinion) they were soaked within a minute of using them. Lesson learned if you go there or any car wash to wash your car just bring your own towels and cleaner because everything is so overpriced. Then again that seems to be the theme in Spokane these days "overpriced" I will say though, there were no shady people hanging around so that was great!

And another self service car wash let's me down again. Not as bad as the Metro wash, however. The back of the vehicle didn't hardly get wet and I pid for the top of the lube wash $16! See the accompanying photos. I may be overly critical because of my car wash history and it did a very good job with the sides of the car (see those photos as well herein), but when the whole back I still dusty I think some kind of adjustment needs to be made. I believe this car wash is one of several owned by they same entity/person and the other car washes in Idaho I have used were great. Hardly any line on a sunny Saturday afternoon, I wonder if that was why? Hopefully they can make a change and get that working properly.

One of my go to car washes. I like the self wash. It's always maintained and fairly clean.

The touchless car Wash sucks. Spent $20 for undercarriage and all the bells and whistles and my car still came out dirty. I have a brand new 2025 Chevy Traxs. Only reason why I came here was because of the touchless car Wash feature thinking that it would actually clean my car. But when I got out of the car wash and pulled up next to the vacuums I realized I still had a dirt film on my car. Not only that but when you pay for the undercarriage wash it doesn't start until ⅔ of your car has past the sprayer so your only getting your muffler washed and not your entire undercarriage. And it's not like my car was extremely extremely extremely dirty no it was only dirty from a rainstorm with a lot of pollen in the rain. And don't get me on the monthly memberships I was told that it's $140 a month by whoever answered the contact phone number for Car Wash Plaza. If you don't mind getting the other type of carwash that has the wheels and curtains rub on your car, go to MISTER CARWASH on N Pines Rd Spokane Valley or N Division St Spokane. The best part is for the TOP MEMBERSHIP with ALL the Bells and Whistles with UNLIMITED Car washing and FREE VACUUMS is $48 per month. You can go through the was back to back to back if you want to. When I go through with my truck I'll do 2 everything washes and then on my 3rd and 4th trip through I'll tell them I only want the hot wax and nothing else and that's what I get.

I washed my car, and the instructions said it costs $1 for 3minutes. However, after I finished washing, I was charged $60. Please refund my money.

If you need help the attendant never answers his door and you never see him. I see his vehicle is there. I go there once a week and I’ve needed help twice with the sprayer that wasn’t working. And i banged on his door. He never answered and he never came out. If you need help forget it. I was told from other customers that the attendant is sleeping in his office. So yeah ….

Used to be great. Over the last year I've used my card 3 or 4 different times, it charges me for an automatic wash, tells me to move into the wash and nothing happens. If you call their# listed in the wash no one answers or calls back. Used to go about every two weeks but I'm done. Really gone downhill the last year or two.

I never write bad reviews , however people should know this is by far the worst car wash in town. I had only a tiny bit of dirt on the back of my car. I purchased the highest level drive thru option ($18) Nevermind it being one of the most expensive car washes Ive ever had, it did not even get the dirt off the back of my car barely at all, nor did it clean the undercarriage at all (which was included in this option) I also found out after this wash that a lot of friends and family had the same bad experience here. Your money is much spent anywhere else. Ive had a better car wash just doing it myself in less than 5 mins.

THEY OVERCHARGE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON EVERY CAR WASH!!! BEWARE!! The self service portion of this car wash facility is clean and well lit,. Well maintained and seems to be in great condition. HOWEVER, I USED THE SELF-SERVICE SPRAY SOAP AND HIGH POWER RINSE FOR 2 MINUTES AND 55 SECONDS AND PUSHED THE STOP BUTTON AND TURNED TO THE DIAL TO STOP WELL BEFORE THE 3-MINUTE MARK AND THEY CHARGED ME $10 WHEN THE PLACARD SAYS IT'S CHARGING YOU $3 FOR 3 MINUTES!??!! So beware! I'm giving it two stars because any kind of shady advertisement about their prices is intolerable for the common man in America today. If the wealthy are honest with themselves, they will acknowledge that advertising must be fair in order to be a good value to their customers. And clearly listing a low price then surreptitiously charging a high price on a credit card or debit card after the fact is deceitful, predatory, and unacceptable. I will contact the merchant and explain the situation and I expect a $7 refund. The fact that I have to go back to the location, get the phone number make the phone call, field a return phone call, etc., is another factor in my low rating of Argonne Car Wash Plaza. This kind of deceptive advertising is everywhere on television, radio, social media, etc., but I personally feel that it should not be present in our neighborhood businesses. We should all expect a higher standard of decency and accountability when a business is being operated in our city and our community. I'll update this review as I contact the merchant.

As one of the founders and the President of Dedicated Gymnastics Athletes (DGA) Booster Club, the very first nonprofit 501(c)(3) gymnastics booster club in Spokane, I can’t say enough good things about The Car Wash Plaza! Our organization absolutely loves partnering with them. Their fundraising program has been an incredible resource for helping us raise the funds needed to support our young athletes. When we started, our club had little to no money, but through their program we’ve been able to support thirteen gymnasts this year by covering portions of their meet fees, training costs, and other expenses. This support has made a real difference in keeping these athletes in the sport they love without the financial stress that often comes with competitive gymnastics. The Car Wash Plaza staff is always friendly and organized, their facilities are spotless, and they make hosting a fundraiser easy and efficient. They block off two bays for our team, provide the soap and water, and all we have to do is bring our towels and volunteers. It’s an amazing setup that truly empowers nonprofits like ours to succeed. We are so thankful for The Car Wash Plaza’s generosity and partnership. They will always be our go-to place for fundraisers, and we highly recommend them to any 501(c)(3) organization looking for a reliable and community-minded partner!
