If you use your CC as opposed to cash and use it incorrectly, the illiterate owner can LITERALLY repeat the instructions only. He sceamed at me when I said I paid twice and would like a refund for one car wash. AND IT SAYS IT CHARGES 2.50 BUT IT CHARGES YOU 8.OO.

This car wash charged my card twice. $10 twice to be exact!!! It was supposed to be only $4, and I paid $20. Rip off!!!! DO NOT USE YOUR CARD. These people are scam artists.

Great carwash option for occasional or frequent carwash needs! Free vacuum use with wash. Nice vacuums! Monthly wash passes for frequent customers! Friendly staff. Can get busy (long wait) at peak wash times; weekends, 5:00 rush & after local snow melts and roads are dry again! We've trusted our classic cars & daily drivers to this wash & have no regrets. Love having this option in my neighborhood!

It's nice they have a card payment option. Swipe my card once and not have to worry about hearing the timer warning you to load more quarters. Even worse, running out of time and quarters before completely rinsing the suds off your car.

The wash is fine, but I only used $2.50 worth and I got charged $10 when it posted on my credit card account. Scam!

All wash services always work here and it also takes credit card! I can use foam brush, soap wash, wax sealant and good hot rinse for about $7. $8-$10 for larger vehicles. They have air vacs too. Also, right next to a 7 Elevan if u get thirsty or hungry!

Inexpensive car wash. Clean and lots of bays. Old plastic brushes. Soap ratio is low. Takes cards, cash, and coins.

The wash itself was good. The problem was being charged $20 on my card since I had to run it twice but should've only been charged $12 since I stopped the transaction at $2 on the second swipe. I would've used cash but the machine wouldn't accept any.

Not too busy.. But, has charged me 10 dollars on last 4 visits,.. Its a 2 dollar wash and I'm usually there to only wash off my car for 2 minutes. I have a new charge for 10 and I was out of town. Wand wouldn't stop using foam despite the setting... Owner offered me cash on the spot which was nice. No number to reach out to get this fixed so have to go in person and hope somebody is there.

I like this car wash for how it works as far as it really gets my car clean, love the triple foam. Why not a 5 star review? I took a video of me putting the knob to stop. You cannot "press" stop as it states. It added an extra $2 after I was done. This needs to get fixed as it is literally stealing from people.

As an avid self carwasher against using drive thru washes that damage your paint and clear coat, I am not impressed with this location. Lotus self wash on Austin Bluffs is better and a quarter cheaper. The hoses here kept getting tangled, at one point sending the treatment nozzle slamming against my car. Minimum $4 to use a card - even if you've spent $10 already if you slide your card again it continues to charge you.

You get what you pay for... Cheap car wash = a waste of money. The vacuum and the cloth dispenser took money without dispensing suction/product or returning money. I gave it 2 stars as opposed to 1 because the vacuum, after inserting required amount of quarters twice, did have good suction. Also, the amount of ice that had accumulated was just ridiculous. Danger zone! Not sure if they have anyone doing maintenance regularly so be careful if you choose this place

So the good is they've installed security cameras and they accept credit cards which is cool. The bad this place is in need of some maintenance look at the handle on the gun it's broken that's rather uncomfortable when you're washing your car. Also look at the driveway you almost need a four-wheel drive to get in here.

This wash isn't a bad deal, but it could use some maintenance and a major cleanup. I like that it's cheap to start, but I feel like you don't get as much time per quarter as some of the washes that are initially more expensive. Bill changers give quarters not tokens.

Liars and fraudsters. Number on sign isn't for them. My issues are as such: On three different areas including on the card machine it says that the minimum is $4. When you ring your credit card it says the minimum is $4. It then charges you a $5 fee that it doesn't mention UNTIL AFTER PURCHASE. And no I'm not talking about taking so long that it's an extra $5 charge, I'm talking about finishing early to where it should only charge you $3 and instead it charges you a $5 surcharge because you were under the $4 minimum. When you try to switch it over from foam to the final rinse cycle it TURNS OFF THE MACHINE SO YOU CANT RINSE AND ARE FORCED TO PAY TWICE. Foam brush and bug spray take nearly 30-45 seconds to even start. Another 15 plus to turn back on water or foam. The foam machine has a huge leak at the top of the hose so you're not even getting 1/3rd pressure (gee it's leaking from a loose connection that all you have to do is tighten i wonder if the goal is to force you to waste time and spend more). Never get your car wash here. There's a cheap automatic one next to the loaf and jug and there's another hand wash over by chapel hills that don't scam nearly as hard. I was charged $16 total for 6minutes 42 seconds

May not be the most up-to-date or pretty place, but hey, I spent $2.50 in spare change that was weighing down my purse and my Tesla came out looking just as good as the $20 wash I got last week! Really a great budget self-wash and the cheapest I have found.

Stop button didn’t work. Charged me for the full time. Assistant hotline went straight to voicemail. There are better car washes in town

Says $2.50 wash, charged my card $10! Plus the brush ran out of soap halfway through, might as well go to the Quick Quack car wash! They are awesome! Never again come yo these fraudsters!

Can’t remember the last time I was this disgusted with a product or service. My truck looks exactly the same as when I pulled in. I went through the whole cycle, per the instructions, paid probably $15 overall, and the truck looks EXACTLY the same. Half of the instruments were clearly on their last leg, my little hand held vacuum at home works better than the one at this place, and, oh ya, did I mention the truck is still filthy? Looked decent for about a minute until it started to dry, NO DIFFERENCE, at all! Unbelievable.
