Used to be good. Not anymore. $18 and the tires are 1/2 shined, the front right fender is dirty and when I explain the observed parts of the machinery not working correctly (not scrubbing vehicle, hence the dirty fender) the younger employees apologized and told the manager Tony. Tony then huffed and puffed and denied and deflected. Tony is adamant the machine is working fine and he is too busy to listen to his employees or customers. This place is ready for an overhaul of both its management and its machines.

Jovan did a great job pre-washing my car. The General Manager Isaiah was extremely helpful and was assisting customers with hand drying their cars. This location is always clean and has made a lot of improvements. It is definitely worth coming here.

Very helpful experience! The people here are very nice and the car wash is quite time efficient! The free vacuums are nice too! I was able to basically my recently bought off the road beater car, looking almost as good as new! 10/10 would recommend.

Car Spa needs to update / overhaul this wash. It used to be the best around and I was always a loyal customer back 7-8 years ago when I was living here and now and currently a monthly wash pass customer. However, today was my last straw with this place. My fuel door got broke off in the wash. I notified the attendant he brings me my door and says " the clips still look good so it should just clip back on". But the door was scratched all to hell and they say it's not their problem. This shouldn't happen and hasn't happened before in this wash but I have noticed recently this wash is taking a toll on my car every time I use it. My little roof antenna looks like it's coming loose and the factory mounted spoiler looks to be coming loose too. Like is said before they used to be the best around. Now this place is like rolling the dice if your car gonna come out damaged on the other side. My recommendation is stay far away from here until they update the wash!

*post edit and update* THIS WAS AT THE HOLLAND rd location NOT north hampton, I alerted the first car spa that popped up when asked what location, I was seeing red when I made this so the location is an error, it is HOLLAND RD not North Hampton * I recently bought a second hand vehicle and wanted to get it a good cleaning . I paid for a $150 service today and my car was still filthy. It was not wiped down or vacuumed good, I didn’t expect it to look brand new but for $150 I expected it to atleast be an effort to wipe it clean and vacuum areas. Carpet still had soap in it and I’m very displeased. I went and spent extra $200 plus to get supplies to do the job I paid $150 to get done. I specifically asked the young man what package would get my car fully detailed and he told me that $149.99 package. It’s horrible and I have pictures of it and I have receipts of what I had to buy and I have pictures of how it was when I picked it up, no effort on the outside nor the outside . They did shine the tires tho. I am so mad. And my car was there from 8:30-12pm and I’m not sure why, so today I paid $150 plus $200 and some change. I feel completely ripped off

I've been going to this car wash since I got the diamond unlimited package and today it actually damaged my vehicle very deep. I'm pretty upset about this and disappointed since I've had a fear of this happening based on other reviews. Be careful when bringing your baby here for a car wash!

After eating lunch, I noticed a sign across the street for a $7 express car wash plus free vacuum. I really just needed the vacuum but nothing wrong with a car wash. I decided to stop by. It was a Monday afternoon around 3:25pm. They have 4 options: -Bronze ($7): PRE-SOAK PENETRATING SPRAY, SPA FOAM CLEANER, SPA SOFI CLOTH TUNNEL WASH, SPOT FRE RINSE, IN-TUNNEL WHEEL CLEANER -Silver ($10): INCLUDES BRONZE EXTERIOR PLUS: FOAM POLISH WAX, TRIPLE COAT FOAM WAX, TIRE SHINE, UNDERBODY RINSE w/ RUST INHIBITOR -Gold ($14): Silver plus Rain-X -Platinum ($18): INCLUDES ALL EXTERIOR WASH PACKAGES PLUS: SPA CARNAUBA WAX (FORMS PROTECTIVE BARRIER LEAVING A DURABLE SHINE & LASTING PROTECTION) I got the silver for $10. I didn’t care about the other stuff. While paying, they offered glass cleaner and clothes for an additional $3. I really like how they have a huge mirror to help guide your tires to go in the car wash. Also, the attendance really took the time to pre rinse the windows and car use the brush. This makes me rethink the membership I have back home in NC. I may need to cancel and find a new one. I saw signs saying no loud music, which is understandable. They have a floor mat cleaner that was broken. They have another sign saying to limit vacuum use to 8 minutes or less during peak times. There was only a few cars present. It wasn’t very busy at all during my visit. After the car wash, the front fender/grill on my car was still dirty. However, I can say that’s typically the case with most Drive Thru car washes. I will add that I occasionally get my car professional washed. It may be time to get it done again. However, for this car wash, it wasn’t bad. I would return. No real complaints from me!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for three years and have never had a bad experience. I appreciate the availability of machines to clean floor mats and the free vacuums. However, there's room for improvement in the hiring of better employees as I've noticed a lack of prewash scrub during multiple visits. Overall, it's a great place and inexpensive. Keep up the great work!

I enjoy having a car wash close to me for a quick pass through after a salty snow storm. I had a few spots on window and back but for a quick ride through I like they spray and pre scrub . He Even sprayed under the tire area. Thanks
