Worst parts service ever. You call they say they have what you need you drive up there they don’t. I spent a month ordering parts for my 4runner just to have them order the wrong parts and they had what I needed in stock the whole time. They make me wish I didn’t own a Toyota. It’s that bad.

We had bug and tree sap stains on the front of our car that we couldn't remove so we brought the car to capital toyota detail center and they did an AMAZING job fixing the car up. Not only was their detailing flawless, but the service I received from all of the employees from the lady at the front desk to the owner, was exceptional. I will always use Captial Toyota Detail for all of my detailing needs!

I would choose zero stars if this was an option. Specifically the detail shop has abysmal customer service, did not honor a scheduled appointment and all around wasted our time. We would not recommend the detail shop to anyone and will never do business with the detail shop again. My wife and I scheduled an appointment with service and an appointment with detail both on the same day 3 weeks in advance. We spoke specifically with the detail shop and specifically with the service shop, each shop discussed with each other and then even after appointment times were set we spoke with each shop again just to double check all was set to ensure all would align. We specifically dealt with Kitty at detail. Kitty specified as long as our vehicle was at service by 11AM the car could have its service done and then the detail done. Keep in mind Kitty at detail and service talked ahead of time and Kitty provided us the time of 11AM to make our appointment with service. And we mentioned repeatedly that this shop is a two hour drive one way from our home which means 4 hrs of driving round trip. My wife took off work to make this appointment at the time specified by the detail shop. Service was spectacular but when it came time for the detail they said they could not detail the vehicle and that it needed to have arrived at 8am or be left overnight. At no point was this ever mentioned previously. Detail refused to clean our vehicle and their only offer was to leave the vehicle overnight. We can not leave a vehicle overnight as that would mean my wife getting a hotel or me also taking off work to drive 2hrs out and pick her up then 2hrs back to get her home then tomorrow do it all again to pick the car up. That would be 8 hrs of driving for one detail appointment. We spent over an hour on multiple calls scheduling this appointment 3 weeks in advance and the detail appointment was not honored. I want to stress that the service department has always been wonderful and we will continue to get our vehicle serviced here. But I can not in good conscience recommend the detail shop.
