Took my vehicle here after getting T-boned after Thanksgiving. From reception to service, the staff were all kind and helpful. Nick kept me up-to-date throughout the process, was within the estimated cost, worked with the other drivers insurance, provided my vehicle earlier than expected and it looked better than before the wreck. Can’t recommend enough!

From the first phone call with Lory to the final handshake with Dave, the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Lory was the first person I spoke to — professional, kind, and empathetic. She walked me through the process clearly and made me feel like I was in good hands from the jump. Dave is the one running the show, and he does it right. He kept me updated, handled everything with confidence, and delivered the truck back in better shape than before the accident. The bodywork was flawless, and the paint match was perfect. Vince did a great job for customer service. The only reason for not giving them 5 stars, is their work is a bit pricey. My accident was completely paid the the other person’s insurance. I got thee bids and They were the highest. If I had been paying for it myself, I would have gone with the middle bid instead of the highest. That said, I’m very happy with the repairs. It looks like the accident never happened. Great job.

My 6 month old truck had hail damage on every flat surface. Two year later, I finally had time to put the truck in the body shop. The team at Caliber made my truck look brand new. And best of all, they guarantee their work. Should I ever have a problem with the paint, I can get it taken care of at any of their locations. I couldn't be more happy!

They did good work but during the estimate they said a week. They had my car for 16 days. And that’s fine but they don’t call to communicate AT ALL they are so shockingly terrible at communication. Every time i called the front dest person said i would get a call later that day but they never ever called after saying that. I got one call from them in 16 days and that was to say “maybe” it will be ready in few days.

We went into this experience expecting to be disappointed because of the complicated nature of the repairs needed on our car. Due to the color of paint and location of the repairs, we anticipated being unhappy with the results and therefore could not be more pleased! The kindness, knowledgeability and workmanship of the staff at Caliber absolutely blew us away! We could not be happier with the work they did and the lengths our technician, Steve Shearer went to keeping us well informed and confident about the work. Plus my husband could not be more pleased with the results! We cannot thank you all enough!!
