My vehicle was scratched and damaged from a visit to this car wash back in October. This matter is still unresolved due to the lack on communication on Caliber Car Wash's behalf. Save your vehicle the damage and yourself the trouble and do not go through the car wash here.

The car wash itself is really nice. Just watch out for people like this ex-convict who purposely was spraying his dust to my car after I asked him politely multiple times to stop. He kept asking me as he continued spraying "oh you can feel it?" Update 3/13/24: a lot of the vaccum hoses keep getting stuck, and the "clean" towels are always wet which causes smears on the car.

This car wash, amongst others were okay with my driving through with a roof rack, only to have it ripped off at the end of the wash. Damage was done and I was told they would be in contact with the information given. I was later told that the moment I left they viewed the footage and decided they wouldn’t be responsible for the damage done. I am now going through my insurance due to it not being my fault I was allowed to drive through and I followed instructions only to have my car get scraped up. Very unprofessional and sketchy. Hood, windshield and roof messed up. Not to mention the roof rack cannot be used ever again.

Caliber is the best car wash around town and I’ve been to quite a few! They provide Free towels and window cleaner. First car wash I’ve seen do that❤️ George was a great help I signed up for unlimited car washes.

My 77-year-old grandmother had a terrible experience at this car wash last week. Her vehicle does not shift into neutral (which she didn’t realize at the time). When it was her turn, she couldn’t get the car into neutral, and instead of helping, the GM began screaming at her, calling her horrible names, cursing, and completely humiliating her. She was frightened and overwhelmed. The GM then yelled at his employees to move all the other vehicles so my grandma could reverse out. While she struggled to back up, he actually reached his hand into her car to grab her steering wheel while continuing to berate her. The whole situation was beyond unprofessional and upsetting. Afterward, she went to Carnation Auto Spa, explained what happened, and shared that her car simply doesn’t go into neutral. Their GM was kind, understanding, and even gave her a free wash for what she had just went through. He personally drove her vehicle through, confirming it couldn’t go into neutral, yet still made sure she was taken care of respectfully. The contrast between these two experiences was night and day. What happened to my grandmother here was unacceptable.

Came here for the first time. Enjoyed this car wash. Was greeted by George and he helped me through my process on the touch screen and he also made me aware of all the amenities. Free air for your tires, free mat cleaning machines, car fresheners, dash wipes, window and multi purpose spray at each stall with clean towels. Will definitely be returning. Great customer service.

I’ve been coming to this Car wash a few yrs now. But I was today yrs old when I found out it was a crime to vacuum my car before washing it. I’ve never had the issue before. I’ve always vacuumed 1st because I hate washing first and then I feel drippings on my feet. Today as I was vacuuming, a guy came up to me and told me I would have to LEAVE!! I even told him I was going through the wash after I finish like I always do. And he proceeded to make me leave. I’m never spending another dime with this company and never referring anyone else. 👎

The WORST customer service I have ever had at a car wash. GOOD LUCK cancelling your membership. The “manager” was nonsense you’d want to speak with, totally unprofessional. She made everything seem like it was your problem. Worst experience ever for someone who has been a member for two years!!! DO NOT COME HERE take your money elsewhere.

I went there today in order to get a great clean for my car before the first day of classes tomorrow. I was welcomed by Jacqueline and she helped me through the process and got me a sweet deal of unlimited washes for a month $12. Wash was amazing and very detailed. David showed me on of their products and helped me the best way to clean the interior and gave me some recommendations. Overall, the experience was five stars. Thank you Caliber!

I had a terrible/ off putting encounter with a manager (bald man with tattoos today) I’m a mom of 2 small kids so it is ideal for me to vacuum and clean the interior before getting in my car , getting the exterior washed and driving off and leaving. Today I was approached by the “manager” in a very power trip aggressive tone that I was stealing if I didn’t wash my car first. I’ve been going to caliber for YEARS and this has always been my way to clean my car. Never would I have thought I’d be approached this way or reprimanded like I’m here stealing diluted multipurpose spray & semi clean towels. I have no intentions on returning to this specific location (even though it is the closest to my home) and if this is how every location from this establishment feels on combating “”theft” of vacuum uses and sprays. I’d rather clean my car elsewhere. The only upside of the experience today was the older black woman with the pixie cut taking payments. She was wonderful even in our brief exchange

I had the worst experience in this car wash first of all there is no reason for the car wash person to come and tell me I cannot vacuum first then wash my car. There is no reason for him to be in my business while I’m not comfortable with speaking to a stranger with my child by me. Then they went up with their prices, which is crazy and I understand it is economy right now. But the fact that the guy came and asked me why my vacuuming for not washing my car first is crazy. None of your business. I will wash my car when I want to if first or last

I went last night to wash my other vehicle. The young women there were very nice and very attentive. I will bring my other vehicle here and sign memberships because of this. They were 15 minutes to closing and I didn’t notice because they treated as if they had just opened. Thanks for great customer service. It’s hard to come by these days.

In an Update to this review. When I went to the place and Ask for Camera review, I was told they had them. Upon This I found out that they didn't have Camera reviews for the time I was asking; so Customer Service (Owner), decided at this time nothing can be done. I truly hope that $500-$1000 in damage is worth the integrity of your business. I now see others facing the same situation. People don't realize until they actually look, or until it happens to them. My eyes are open now, I pray it helps others see clearly... I added a screenshot of Their response!!! I have been a member since the Green Oaks Location opened years ago. Almost every encounter I Have had here has been helpful, professional and the prices reasonable. However recent visits have shown a very packed, overwhelmed and faster system than originally designed. A few weeks ago I came to get my car washed and everyone was bumper to bumper going in. The individuals that uses a stick handle brush to clean our window and guide us in had switched spots while I was stopped waiting. While the person was getting ready told me to come in but wasn't paying attention. They were getting their bucket ready. My tires weren't aligned correctly and no guidance. I moved forwards and it Dented my entire Left fender. I came back on October 10, 2025 at 12:15 pm speak to a manager who told me to park up front. I went through the wash and parked up front. I was looking over the damage and noticed more damage to my sides from the brushes. I said nothing, was only concerned about the damage to my fender. The manager was nice, attentive and took pictures. Some guy walked up and said, thats not possible, it doesn't line up, my tires are bigger etc... Wrong, but I said nothing and let him talk. Today October 11, 2025 at 10:35 Am Caliber Car wash stated they spoke to their members and allegedly it didn't line up. Well of course if they had noticed they were at fault and were in fear of losing their jobs there wouldn't be a direct admission. So they denied any wrong doing or damage. I responded with my intent and thanked them for their time. I canceled my membership and will look at different ways to remedy the damage! Zero accountability or attention to detail.

I tried the $19 custom wash (second option from the basic). The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and checkout was a breeze. The entrance after payment is a bit tight, though. Unfortunately, my truck had multiple heavy scrapes from the car wash machine, and the back tailgate and wheels weren't even touched or cleaned by the machine at all. The vacuums also had low pressure, which made the cleanup process less efficient. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. I’m glad I didn’t sign up for a membership before testing the wash because I definitely won’t be coming back. In comparison, Superstar Carwash offers better quality for the price. Their vacuums are stronger, their towels are moist, and there’s more space to dry and vacuum your car. Honestly, the basic wash at Superstar would have been more effective than the second-tier wash at Caliber.
