I have this service for my car. And this week I asked the girl who was working not to wash the front of my car with the brush they use. She said WHY..I said because it mess up my sensors I have in the front of my QX80 Infinite . She said oh I know what I am doing. But that's not what I asked you to do. She went ahead and did what I said not to do. I rather just the window in the front or back window be wiped down before going through. This really pisses me off because she did not listen. I had a sensors on the back of the car to be push in and had to pay to get this fix.

This car wash started out strong. Great and convenient hours for morning service and also the quality of the equipment and wash was terrific. Over time, they have messed with the hours so opening at 8 is just late enough to prevent me from using my membership 5 days a week in the morning. Also the sprayers inside the wash are hit or miss. They may work or they may not. The force of the water may be strong or too strong or weak or not at all. The automated track is kind of jerky near the end where the dryer is. No longer worthy of a five. Three is about right here.

Love this car wash. Jason is running the location well, keeping all the tools clean and serviced. Vacuums are great, very good suction. Jason and Ty are always super helpful when I need assistance and make everyone feel welcomed and like a part of their team! So glad I chose this as my car wash / detailing spot since they opened.

(Zips carwash does not maintain there equipment. Five Star carwash drive thru too small & pops my side mirror back and then back again, could eventually break it.)

Very nice car wash that does a pretty good job of getting your clean. It’s not touchless so, you do have soft brushes that touch your car. Haven’t seen any scratches yet. They do a good job of keeping towels available and vacuums work well. The unlimited plans are definitely the way to go if you care about your car staying clean. I typically go 2-3 times a week and my car stays nice. If there’s a Caliber close to you definitely give them a try. Jonas was especially helpful.

I tried canceling a membership for my car I got rid of. Couldn’t figure it out online so I went into the physical store. Explained. The manager tells me okay. I give him the information he needs and he tells me it’s canceled. Come to find out months later I’m still getting charged 48$ a month. I’ve canceled all my memberships since they have made there new system easier to cancel memberships. I like the car wash and system. But with this experience I’m fine finding somewhere else to use

Today is the first time visiting the car wash on Elmsley in Greensboro and I have to say, I was impressed. The prices were very reasonable, but the customer service was top notch! I asked Max several questions and he was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He was great! Overall, it was an awesome experience!

This is a new establishment (opened in December). I’ve received consistent welcoming and cheerful customer service. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the tunnel provides an immaculate car wash. My car and tires are much shinier than the results at my previous club. The facility also boasts great cleaning stations with glass, and multipurpose cleaners, powerful vacuums, clean/new neatly placed towels, detailing blowers, and air for tires. They are surely deserving of a visit/membership.

This was my first visit to caliber car wash on Elmsley in Greensboro. It is one of the most professional car washes I’ve ever been to. The employees were very polite. Everything was where it was supposed to be, cleaning supplies were refilled at your convenience. I mean, it was an overall good experience I will definitely be back.

Not very impressive at all. No pre wash soap right at the beginning and start rubbing the first into the vehicle. 1/3 of drivers side still dirty and entire rear end of truck missed. Save your money and time. I’ve taken my truck very similar car washes and did a much better job. Go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Their car wash broke my windshield and then no correspondence for 2 weeks when I called looking for an answer they replied by telling me they were not responsible for their equipment breaking my windshield. Save yourself the trouble and go to a different car wash.

The worse service I ever received was on Friday. I had a little bit of ice on my windshield and I asked the guy was it ok to go through and he said yes. But some reason the arm would not go up to let me in. I have been with this car wash from when they first open and my husband gifted this service to me because I have a SUV. Monthly payments are taking out of the account without any problems. The rude guy said I will let you go through this time. I said no thanks I don't need any favors,I don't lie and my payment for the year is updated. I have already been to the carwash a few times in January. He said maybe a new card. I said no everything is the same. So we went back and forward. I called my husband and he was mad and said payment for month had been paid. So it had to be something wrong on their end at the moment. Finally the gate open and I went to the next step. This guy starts complaining about the little ice I had on the windshield. I told him I had asked the first guy was this going to be a problem and was told No. So he kept trying to talk over me. At this point they both had gotten on my last nerves for the day. Poor customer service on this day.

This car wash is on the next level! Fast access in the hyper lane with monthly membership looks great! The manager was super friendly and helpful. My car looked like I drove right off the car room floor after we had a bad snow storm. I tried the deluxe, edition & omg , it was worth every penny. Close to shops like Walmart , Lowe’s & Verizon . The restaurants nearby are an added bonus but this car wash is wonderful. I would say , in my opinion, it’s the best Carwash in Greensboro.

I was driving back from visiting my sister in Asheboro on my way to Gibsonville in my salty and very dirty car from the recent winter weatherand realized that it was the perfect opportunity for a car wash so after googling car washes in South Greensboro, I found Caliber. I went to it and was totally impressed. The quality of the Wash was wonderful, and I loved all of the extra details that they provided in the self-service detailing bays. Some of these are the abundance of very nice towels, both glass cleaner and interior cleaner, and especially the fact that they had compressed air In multiple Forms to clean those Hard to get areas. I especially loved that they had a large sink for cleaning all weather mats that included soap, brushes, and a hose with great pressure to rinse them off. All in all it was a fabulous experience. I have been to many of these types of car washes before, but this one was definitely the best and I would even drive from my home in Gibsonville just to come back.
