He went above and beyond to help her sign up for a new membership, providing a detailed explanation of the best option for her needs. Timothy also showed patience and courtesy, assisting my daughter with the mat machine. His commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive, as he is always available to help customers with their cars and greets them with a smile. one of the best car washes in saraland ! staff is always incredibly kind and helpful, and it’s always very clean and well maintained. the free floor mat cleaners, air fresheners, and additional cleaning supplies and towels that they offer are great. so happy i even signed up for my first monthly wash subscription ever today! 10/10!!

Love it! Marquis was phenomenal, love that he came up to ask how the wash was and if there was any problems. I didn't catch her name but the young lady working with him was also doing her job amazingly well! Free air freshener, plenty of wash options.

Timothy is a good manager and if he leaves i will definitely cancel all three of my membership. Because this place has never been this good since i been coming here. The manager that was there before didn’t care about the customers at all. I am happy that the new manager Timothy cares about the customers. He is the best manager and I would hate to see him leave

I really enjoyed the full experience of this car wash. The manager, Tim, as well as workers, Brittany and Izzie were very nice, helpful, and overall professional. This car wash was very neat and clean. They had everything needed for a full service car wash. The atmosphere was very pleasant as well. I will definitely be returning back there and also tell others about my experience! Way to go Caliber Car Wash!!!
