Great carwash. Their Air fresheners are better than the little trees and the wash itself is Nice and new. The other washes in Saraland are beat but this one has everything and the soap smells nice.

Beware their disclaimer for not being responsible for car parts coming off. The turn signal indicator was ripped out of my car. New and clean though, love the rotating-wheel hard jet-spray cleaners. Guys aren't that friendly, which you would have to do with body language, since it is a car wash. Smile! Be customer-focused, don't talk to each other. Instead, look at customers to guide them in as soon as you can to reassure wheels are aligned in track. Directed me uncomfortably close to car in front of me, when only one car behind and no rush, then told me to stop, and go. When there is a long to-do list, and you know they close at 8, you expect to be able to show up at 10 til and run through, get it checked off of the list, but they had the thing shut down and acted resentful to turn it back on, omitting the pre-spray by hand before entering, as a sort of punishment?

The equipment in the wash is kept up and is in good repair. The vacuuming area has crevice tools at the end on the left side as you exit the car wash. Quick, reliable car wash

Not bad but I don't recommend the most expensive option. Car still had plenty of bugs stuck to the front, dirt in some areas, and spots all over when the wash was done. It was super convenient though to have the unlimited vacuums area with trash disposal afterwards.

Review of Bebo’s Car Wash – Disappointed in Today’s Service I’ve been a loyal customer of Bebo’s Car Wash, with an active subscription that I use several times a week. By now, staff should recognize my vehicle. Unfortunately, today's experience was unacceptable and left me questioning whether I should continue my subscription. There was a known issue with the wash machine – something an employee openly admitted had been happening all day. If that’s the case, someone should be stationed at the portal to assist customers. Instead, I sat there while an employee looked directly at me, then walked right past my vehicle to move his personal truck and park it at the vacuum station — completely ignoring the situation. Customer service should always come first. This type of disregard for paying, frequent customers is exactly the kind of thing that makes me cancel services elsewhere. Bebo’s needs to do better.

Stopped there today just to find out that our card wouldn't work at the scanner. The manager came to assist and ended up giving us a complimentary carwash of the highest value, on the house, even knowing that it was our card that was the problem. Found a $10 bill in the truck while he was trying the machine and he refused to accept it, said that he couldn't. Highly recommend Bebos and their manager Brandon.

The manager called in the morning and outright denied my claims for paint transfer onto the left side of my truck bed from the side cleaning brush. Didn't even offer to look at the damages and claimed it didn't happen at the wash. Canceling my subscription after 4 years of supporting this local business. More wash house on exit 13

I went through this wash three times. Each time my SUV was covered in soap. They told me to go back in for another full wash and I’m not sure what the expectation was consider when it turned out the same! No customer service and no way to correct the problem.
