Wow! They cracked/broke my license plate holder and I pulled around to show the owner. I asked if they had a replacement. No. I asked for my $8 back. No. “I didn’t see it before you went in.” Obviously you didn’t see it before I went in because it wasn’t broken! Owner is a complete scumbag. As to the wash. Got the cheapest one for $8. Not expecting miracles here or anything just a quick wash. Car looked like someone ran a hose over it and called it a day. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Let’s face it, you only go here when you need your car washed in a hurry. They do a below average job and nobody there is friendly or even just nice. But for a cheap price, you can get the outside of your car cleaned up quickly.

I just drove thru to get a quick cheap car wash only to come out with a shattered side mirror. The owner was there and accused me of lying about it not being broken when I went through it. They called the police. And while they were still there offered to give me coupons for free car washes.... an admission of guilt perhaps. But wouldn't even give me back the 11 dollars I paid for the wash. Beware and bypass this cheap car wash. It will cost you more than you think and they don't deserve your business.

This place is great! Quick, easy, and just exterior. They wipe your windows off at the end with towels and you’re all good to go. It’s the standard car wash with the machines and the giant dryer and everything. No complaints from me!

I paid $15 for the highest wash and it basically did absolutely nothing. As other reviews mentioned, the front of my car still had bugs and sap all over it. I went back to see if they would rewash it but they closed early prior to the Time that they stated they are open until!! The owners were extremely confusing and hard to understand. AVOID!!!! If it rained it would’ve washed my car better.

For the $6 express exterior they won't even dry the windows.... almost lost my side mirror in the process. I go to get exterior wash only in Clifton for $5 and they dry entire vehicle before I have to drive off. Definitely not going to be paying for something I can do at home and save the $6.

So the reviews were right. I was hoping they weren't and I wanted this to be my new car wash place but it won't be. Wanted the $7 wash. I purposely clearly stated $7 - gave a $20 and he gave me back $10. I said $7! He gave back the extra $3. I hope someone that works here reads this. I have NEVER been to a place that even if you get a minimal car wash won't rinse off your car first, but that's this place. It came out horrible. Never going back. They sadly lost my business.

They take good care of my car for a reasonable price. And they're always very friendly. Since moving to NJ, its the only car wash I visit! Also, don't forget to tip as you're leaving if you're satisfied with the results. Standing out in the sun drying cars all day isn't an easy job.

I gave it three stars because the woman who towel drys did a great job. She was by herself in the cold what more can you ask for. However the man that washed the car isn’t too friendly. My car was still dirty around the trunk area when I left. It’s across the street from my house but I’ll have to have a new place. If I go to a car wash I expect a clean car.

LOVE the place, best wash in Town. Purchase Club wash a year ago, love it, can go anytime I like. Now My wife got a ne Cadillac and got one for her also, best $40 I spend each month. She hates to go to wash her car, no in pass week she went 3 times, she loves the part not waiting and getting out of the car. Try it, its Okay that they dont vacuum, if I need that I do it my self or use another wash, also safeing money.

My experience at this location was awful. I wanted to get a simple car wash and scanned the QR code on the signage before entering the car wash as per instructed. After doing so, I paid $11 for the basic car wash which included “ultra soft cleaning, touch-fee drying, FREE free five-minute vacuums, and hand-held dryer”. Although the wording seemed a tad off. I assumed I would be paying for my car to be washed, dried off, and lastly a 5-minute vacuum session, but we will get back to that later. Nevertheless, after paying, I received a QR code in which the car wash attendant claimed was “no good” after he scanned it. He told me that “I didn’t complete the process right” and for me to try again. After trying again and receiving another QR code, he scanned the new code and once again, said it “didnt work”. The gentleman who was working the carwash entrance that day seemed very dismissive in which I found to be appalling. After he told me the second QR code wasn’t working, he tried writing me off again except I showed him the charges to my card in which he allowed me to proceed through the car wash and that he would email his boss about the issue, interestingly enough I haven’t heard from anyone and it’s been 2 days. After going through the car wash and getting my car dried off by the second car wash attendant, I asked where I would be able to use the vacuum, she told me with a sassy attitude that I had to go to the side of the building. Once I got there, the vacuum machines required coins to start and I went back to ask the lady attendant how I would get the vacuum started because the basic wash I paid for included a free 5 minutes session. She then nonchalantly responded that I had to pay. I then went to confirm with the male car wash attendant I originally was speaking to and he confirmed I would have to pay for the vacuum use despite what the basic wash option said it offered. He then made the smart remark that I should’ve “read the details” which was interesting to me because when I needed his help to begin with on the app, he claimed he was not knowledgeable on the app so he couldn’t help (I spent $20+ for one car wash that day). I emailed my gripes to the email offered on the website and after 2 days. Still no response. Overall I would never come to this car wash again. Nor would I recommend it to anyone. Based off what the app says, and what you receive , what’s advertised is misleading and extremely underwhelming.

Car is never properly pre rinsed ..service is never what I choose. It's almost as if the guy at the start of the car wash is to lazy to wet car down. Wheels are never cleaned either. Maybe the drying women should the the beginning of the car wash.They do a great job drying vehicles.

HORRIBLE. I left with major scratches on my rims and still a dirty car. Furious. I would love to get some money for the repairs I’ll now have to do to get my rims fixed. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Specifically asked for them to power wash snow out of tires, young guy at the front said no problem and then proceeded to hit my front tire with one spray of the power washer. The old guy who I believe is the owner completely cleared all the snow out of my passenger side wheels without me even saying anything to him, absolutely laziness I want my 16$ back.
