Was a lot better until the owner started hiring his young family members that do not want to be there but are there to say they have a job. The equipment is well maintained and usually works but the wax juice runs out quick so you may not always get it. They seem to have sped the conveyer up to get the cars through quicker which declines the cleaning ability of the equipment, but I guess he's gotta make money. .. Edit: Liquid wax = wax juice. And bro that chick told me her uncle is the owner and she looks just like you but I guess it doesn't matter. The middle overhead roller brush is always not working and now instead of just rolling through like I do everyday, I have to press a button to deny the new feature you want us to pay extra for, when it should be included in the 2 top tiers anyways bro so you winning on all our backs. EDIT: I wish I could say things are better. They are not. Something is ALWAYS not working. The rollers, the spray, the blowers, it always something. EDIT 5/1/25 They're back to the shenanigans. Now they are cheating out on the soap. It barely gets the car. The bug wash those poor guys up front spray on is more soap than they spray during the wash. Paid extra for the Ceramic BS? Guess what you are NOT getting?! This is just a money grab for the owners. $200k to set up and get going and make your money back in 8 months to a year, then clear easy $30k per month! Sad

i love a clean car and These guys are great the memberships pay for themselves if u wash at least twice a month i go weekly. The staff is very helpful free dry cloths for use and the vacuums have great suction. They even have airblowers for the crevices and a rug shampooing device. Def worth the investment. If u aren't happy let them know and they will make it right. 100% recommend.🙂

Quick drive thru & trustworthy car wash! Nice drying off area with strong vacuums and towels to use. I am always thankful that a worker is near the pay area for assistance. (HATE tho, that they went up to $12)

Loved my experience! They have great vacuums and even cleaning supplies for the inside of your vehicle. One of the things I really enjoyed was the high pressure washer for rubber mats for 25¢/minute. Definitely recommend

It’s a great convenient car wash. Eddie and Robert were very charismatic and helpful. The towels and free vacuums are a plus. The membership is a great value that saves you money monthly. You can get a membership for less than 2 washes a month. Overall it’s a great experience… I highly recommend this car wash to everyone.

Be careful with this place. They will start a membership for you without your knowledge. I was charged 34.99 for an entire year. My account does not exist on there website. There is no one to contact about it either. HUGE MEMBERSHIP SCAM!!!!! I have only washed my vehicle here once, at the south post oak location. This place should be shut down. How can you open a membership and charge someone without their knowledge. On top of this. No one has any information of my account on thier website. Had to cancel my card for these thiefs to stop charging it. I WOULD ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT IM SURE YOU WILL COME UP WITH A BS EXCUSE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE CAR WASH SERVICE!!!!! YOU WILL HAVE FRAUDULENT CHARGED ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Update 9/2023: I've been here a few more times now. I've noticed the last 3 times, if you arrive here within 2 hours of closing, DON'T bother. The staff start to pack their things and almost everything is shut off, no towels to dry your windows, half the vacuums shut off or don't work. If they started to breakdown 30 minutes before closing time, I would understand...but 2 HOURS before is exaggerated!! So disappointed!! I'll pay for a membership elsewhere, where I'm not imposing on the staff to get a decent car wash or use the amenities here. I left without being able to vacuum or clean my windows. Original: Great wash! They have microfiber towels available at each vacuum stall to clean off water or your interior. Fair prices & overall great product!

This is easily one of the worst all around car washes that I've ever been a member of. Where do I begin? First of all, from the very beginning, I was lied to about the price of membership by the staff while they had a "promotion" going on. I was told my membership would be at the special price of $10 a month due to me signing up during the promotion. What I was not told was that it was only for the remainder of that month and it was going back up to the regular price after that, which was $20. That was the first strike. Next, the car wash itself is extremely mediocre as far as cleaning your car and their drying system. It does not do a good job on either. All of the staff have bad attitudes and are very unfriendly and not helpful. When you speak to any one of them they put out the energy that they don't want to be there. The biggest issue that I had was a few weeks ago I took my vehicle through the wash and my wife noticed that my rear windshield wiper was gone later that day. The car wash completely tore off my rear windshield wiper. I did not go anywhere else after going to the wash except for home, so I went back up to the wash and asked them if they could check the video to confirm that it happened there. The "manager" that I spoke with tried to dismiss it right away saying that they didn't know if it happened somewhere else. But I insisted that they check the security camera footage. Needless to say that never happened. I was told to send an email to their customer service email which I did following that interaction with the manager. Still to this very moment I got no response from the support email in regards to my vehicle. This business could care less if anything happens to your car as a result of their wash and they will not get back to you in any capacity. And there is no way to contact them. Their phone system is basically set to have nobody call. I would avoid this car wash at all costs. Either sign up at Mister car Wash or Blue Wave Wash whenever it opens if you're in the area.

The only reason I will not give 5 stars is due to the wash leaving spots. Dirt spots. There were 4 others complaining of the same issues. Since I got the cheap wash, I left it to that.

Caution!!! I contacted what I was told was the corporate office for this establishment after a recent experience at this location. I explained to them that upon being guided onto the conveyor belt to go thru the car wash,I felt something unusual and forceful happen as my tire was being latched onto. I recalled thinking, whatever that was,better not mess up my tire,which was recently replaced brand new. Drove home afterwards. The next morning, on the way to work,my light came on, indicating the tire in question, which was new and until then,was fine,needed air. I gave the person all the info they asked for, only to be told if I had reported it the same day,and that there's nothing they can do to rectify the situation,although I advised them I didn't know there was a situation til the next day. So needless to say, I won't be going back there again to have another tire ruined at their establishment, that I have to come out of pocket to replace. This place may cost you more than the price of a car wash,so beware.

They push your vehicle through so quickly it doesn’t even clean the soap off completely. Avoid if you can. Would not recommend especially if you have an open bed truck

As a response to your response, my spoiler was never loose. I have been through your carwash plenty of times and was a member until a few days ago. There was a malfunction in your carwash that tore my spoiler off of my Range Rover!! It is cracked to prove it just didn’t blow off!!

Car was damaged and have been getting the run around for months. Got a call from Manuel and he said my part had been ordered and was coming in soon. Even said someone would install it for me there. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM SINCE. JUST ONE LIE AFTER ANOTHER. I GUESS I'LL CHARGE MY CHAIR UP GOOD AND BRING A BIG SIGN. Well just tried to call Manuel at the number he called me from again. Sending me directly to voice mail. Poor customer service

The car wash damaged my car, I emailed them, and they have yet to get back to me. Five months ago. Called, no return call as promised. So, 11 months later, there is no chance. Great product but poor customer service. Do not go here, Mr. Car Wash is such a better of car wash right down the road.

I have been a customer since day 1... And I had this incident on the carwash , as I was going through the car wash they way the machine runs,it always flips my side mirrors and this time it flipped it all the way to the opposite side and as I came out my mirror was broken and the base broken, and the wiring out. As I pulled out I went straight to the employee and he took pictures and all... I sent emails to the email with pictures and explanations as well as incident date and I have received NO RESPONSE...it's been days and no one is giving me a call back. As a valued customer I feel like they care less when it comes to damaging in cars. I drive long hours to work and here I'm borrowing a car from a friend until they resolve my problem...I need someone to reach out to me because I can't drive my car and have my mirror assembly fall out. I'm not happy at all.

Unsafe experience; car never washed I followed the attendant’s instructions to put my car in neutral, but the car went through the machine really fast luckily there wasn’t any cars in front of me. The car came out without being properly washed saturated with soap. My children were terrified by the whole experience. The attendant eventually issued a refund, but the lack of proper procedure and safety checks was alarming. This needs urgent attention — better staff training, machine maintenance, and clear safety protocols are essential so no other family goes through this.
