Hello! Red Rock Honda recommended C.A.R.S., for any body work that needs to be done, on an Honda, and I can see why, their workmanship is flawless! They also made everything seamless…from the car rental, waiting for me, to the convenience of dropping it off, and the immaculate finished job, allowing me to inspect it before I took possession of the car. After a disaster with our van only two days before a planned road trip we were stressed about finding somebody that could fix it in time. These guys agreed to let us come in right away, they found the parts and had it fixed by the next day. A great job and even a little below the estimate they had given us!

They take service to the next level. They are all about their work quality. Such TLC! Inside my car and out! I had three estimates and theirs was the best. Also, they got me in quickly. The others were more than 1 1/2 months out. Crystal is a great communicator and business person. She made everything easy. Insurance sent me a link to take and submit pictures. Crystal took care of it. She also helped arrange car rental. Highly recommend them!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got a door ding in my new 2025 truck. So new my temp tags were still on it. I couldn't live with that so I shopped around and got some estimates. One competitor quoted me 1500 bucks saying they'd have to bondo and paint it. C.A.R.S offered me two quotes. 170.00 if the could remove the ding without cracking the paint and roughly 800.00 if they had to repaint the door in the event that the paint cracked when the fixed the dent. Even in the worse case scenario they were 700 cheaper than a competitor. Their ding person did a remarkable job on the PDR (paintless dent repair) and I couldn't be happier. It looks brand new like it never happened and they saved me 1330.00 bucks. I very highly recommend them !

Working with CARS was a great experience, beginning to end. Crystal was easy to work with, kept me updated and checked in. Even though insurance took much longer than anticipated, when I was finally ready to get the car worked on, everything was ready for me to get the process started again. They had a shuttle service, which was much appreciated. And, not only was the exterior damage repaired, but the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off! Thank you all.

This is our second experience with C.A.R.S. Grand Junction. Each time is to repair a accident resulting extensive body work. Crystal was very professional and understanding of the unnerving situation. Our vehicles were restored beautifully and in short order as soon as parts were received. After months of haggling with an insurance company, I was able to finally have the work done on a front fender replacement which had to be painted to match the color of my RAV4. Crystal always stayed in contact with me on when I would be able to have the work done. Once I had resolved the insurance claim and got a check, they actually got it done sooner than expected. Just one day and they did a GREAT job. The entire staff here is GREAT. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience from start to finish! They were extremely helpful from when I first called them to getting a rental for the week and everything in between! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC WORK. I brought my car in to have the fender replaced after some idiot hit and ran my car on my lunch break... Not only did they make it look like new, they added pin striping where it was missing before I even purchased my car. They detailed it, looks better than when I bought it. I will always come here, and refer as many people as possible. 10/10. Also a big shout out to Crystal and Adrian 🙌 The best service ive experienced in a lifetime, and I hate every experience.

They were incredibly helpful and nice! I absolutely nerfed the corner of my car by hitting a deer and so much was broken on it. They got everything fixed as quickly as possible. As well as finding where to cut corners so it was more affordable while still making my car look just like it did before the deer. I’d recommend then to anyone honestly.

Crystal and the team in Grand Junction were top notch to work with and they really did bring my Range Rover back to life! They worked with me to obtain used parts where they could to keep costs as low as possible without sacrificing a high-quality end result. They definitely managed the process in way that enabled collaboration vs just being jammed with unnecessary "retail" repairs. If I'd gone to a LandRover dealer - I'm 100% certain the costs would have been double if not triple. thanks CARS! 5 Stars for sure! Peter
