Impressed that they wipe down each basket after it's been used. They've got some fabulous deals right now. I enjoy checking out their personal care items. I always find something great at an affordable price.

Don't look to purchase shoes for kids from here. They very well might treat you like criminls. After my children and I selected shoes to try on, the supervisor I asked to remove the hard tag so the shoes could be tried on behaved like we were attempting to steal them. There is a line between protecting your inventory and making said inventory shoppable. Mind you, I have done this very same thing before with no issue. This time, however, store employees wanted to make a big deal out of the request. If you don't want to or can't, say so without insinuating a perfectly innocent family is trying to steal from you. I wouldn't shop here again. Not after you made my kids and I feel like we had done something wrong.

Ok I was in Burlington on 3/3 shopping and a big boom was heard thru the store and all the lights flicker and registers go out. So that's very understandable things happen so the manager comes up and tells us that they will hold our basket of product for 24 hours it has been less than 24 hours I'm back in Burlington right now and my stuff has been put back on the floor and like I said it's been less than 24 hours so I'm having to shop through this mess and get my stuff back that I wanted to buy yesterday so zero stars for this place but it made me put one but I say 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 for the manager of Burlington she's a lying person with no care for her customers. The bad thing is they had her name and our phone numbers they didn't even attempt to call us to let us know they were putting it back they just did it anyway. So I'm adding this to the bottom so you guys know what happened I ended up finding most of my stuff purchasing it and a different manager that was in the store at the time remembers the one manager telling me that I had 24 hours she kept apologizing over and over and over and she ended up giving me 15% off of my purchase so she's an amazing manager and she should actually be the main manager of the company in Fort Smith because she actually has a heart.

There are tons of selections available at pretty decent prices. The checkout process is very slow, and there was a homeless individual sleeping in the dressing room. My daughter found a homecoming dress and a pair of shoes here that she loves, so it made the shopping trip worth it!

Excellent Store! I love all the products that they have around the Holidays. They make buying presents very easy. Store was very unorganized the last time I went in and I do hate that you can't take the carts out to your car. Especially, when you have made larger purchases. It's a pain trying to drag all the bags out via hand.... The team at Burlington should reconsider this. Staff are always friendly!

Awful long line with 1 checkout cashier, yet several other workers refuse to assist. Beyond ridiculous!! Avoid!

Not properly taken care of. A lot of theft prevention devices. Don't want to go back to a store that looks like a thrift store with overpriced merchandise.

I love Burlington! We don't have one in our area so every time we travel I'm on the lookout. Nice selection and quality, highly recommend.

Absolutely LOVE going to Burlington! The deals are always worth it! TJ Maxx and Ross's has nothing on Burlington! The prices are so much better! It's cleaner, more organized, and a better selection!

Women's selection is huge and pretty decent. Mens section was pretty garbage though. We had last minute shopping to do for a funeral. I was really hoping they would have something for my Husband and I to both wear... But the selection was very small. And they basically had zero men's shoes?

Absolutely loooove the prices here and the young lady's are very professional 👍🏾💯. I was able to find very affordable gifts for a friend for Father's Day, names like Kenneth Cole&Van Heusen are waaaaaay more expensive at Dillard's,JC Penneys, etc. I got these socks so cheap it was literally a steal, THANX ❣️❣️❣️

For the money that's spent at this store they immediately need to hire actual security instead of making vulnerable women with no training and no protection be threatened and harassed by some of the men shopping here. I have watched them be cursed at, threatened with punches to the chest, and be yelled at to come to the parking lot for a fight all for needing to check a receipt. HIRE ACTUAL TRAINED SECURITY!!

Look, I gave Burlington four stars, but let's be clear: two of those stars are purely for the joy of finding a heavily discounted item you didn't even know you needed. Shopping here isn't a leisure activity; it's a competitive sport. You have to be ready to battle through aisles that look like a tornado just finished a clearance sale. Walking in feels less like entering a store and more like embarking on an archaeological dig. You're sifting through stacks of mismatched socks, questionable home goods, and coats that look like they were modeled on a 1980s wrestling star, all in search of that one legendary deal. But here's the kicker: the deals are genuinely amazing when you find them. I've bought gorgeous jackets and quality kitchen gadgets for pennies. That said, I'd give them zero stars for checkout time. You'll spend an hour in a winding queue staring at a mountain of impulse-buy candy and novelty pillows. So, if you've got the patience and the mental fortitude of a seasoned shopper, go for it. Just don't plan on being anywhere else for at least two hours.
