This place is the definition of high price, low quality. I paid $50 and my car windows, wheels and trunk still have visible dirt all over them. I am deeply unsatisfied and honestly feel like I’ve been stolen from

I went to this place a few months ago, they actually did a good job. However, they have stopped caring what your car looks like. I was there on November 4, 2024. Paid with a gift card, I got the managers special, which is $50.47. You would think that would include: drying the car, cleaning the windows, (inside and out), cleaning inside the door jams. I called and took the car back. I was told to park on the side and the man came over with a towel and started rubbing the windows, like he was upset that I complained. He also slammed the door when I told him he had done enough. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I told about this place, what happened

OK boom—this is what happened. I pull into this car wash after a bad storm, and I notice ants have gotten into my car. Like, I must’ve parked right on top of an ant hill or something. So I roll up to the attendant and say, “Hey, do you mind spraying down the car with the pressure washer before I go through the car wash? Ants have gotten in, and I just want to make sure they’re off the car before I keep driving.” He says sure, but he’s going to charge me $20. A little steep in my opinion—but at that moment, I’m just trying to get rid of the ants. So I’m like, OK boom—I’ll do it. Money isn’t really the issue, I just want the problem solved. He sprays one door. That’s it. Then I’m waved through the automatic wash, and I’m like, huh, maybe he thinks the wash will take care of the ants? Nope. After going through, I open the door—and the ants are still there. So I circle back and say, “Hey, do you mind actually spraying the full exterior of the car? I’m just trying to get the ants off.” He comes back and goes, “That’ll be another $25.” 😑 At this point I’m trying to stay cool, so I say, “OK, I’ll pay it, but do you think this will actually get the ants off?” And his response? “I don’t know. I can’t guarantee it. Y'all see them until you don’t see them.” No suggestions. No solutions. Just vibes. Like…sir. You run a car wash. I’m not blaming you for the ants, but I’m literally asking you for help. Problem-solving should be part of the job, right? At the very least, customer service should be. Instead, I got condescension and upcharges—and still left with ants crawling in the exterior and interior of my car. Honestly, he gave me “I’m the prize” energy, and I feel bad for his wife. That stood by while he did all this. I don’t usually go off in reviews like this, but I walked away frustrated, still dealing with the problem I came to solve, and feeling like I just handed over $20 for the green giant to be rude to me & One spray and a car wash that didn’t help? I won’t be back. And if you ever show up with a real issue that requires a little human decency and teamwork? Don’t expect it here.

I went with a car covered in leaves and oak pollen that the auto no-touch wash near my house didn't remove. I paid $100 and tip and although the car was not detailed, it's much, much cleaner than it was. The exterior looks fantastic and they vacuumed and dusted the inside. While it's not a perfect job, my car never really gets dirty, just dusty, and they did a great job addressing what I wanted. I've read the previous reviews and I can see that they're lower than mine - my suggestion is discuss what you're worried about when you drop the car off and they'll focus on it. That strategy worked for me. I definitely wouldn't do this monthly but it's well worth doing it a few times a year!

$40 plus tip for them to leave bird poop on my car, not wipe any surfaces down inside my car, pull up the floor mats and leave them on my child's car seat, leave dirt in the floors of the car and just not do a large number of the services that were paid for.

I asked ahead of time if they could clean a spill that was hard to reach under the front driver seat that I couldn't reach. I was assured that they had machines to clean it when I bought the full interior detail package that costs 170 dollars when the tax was included. I was given my vehicle back nicely cleaned around the spill. None of the spill was cleaned under the seats and it still smelled like the Matcha Green Boba Tea. I was disappointed. When I asked one of the employees to please help me clean it again, they replied that they saw the smoothie spill but they couldn't clean it up. They attempted to clean it again but it wasn't cleaned in the end. I appreciate that the employee tried again when I asked but I don't appreciate that I paid so much money for them to clean around the area I specifically needed help cleaning. They could have just been honest with me that they couldn't clean it so I could have gone somewhere else that could.

This place is great! We had an 06 camry that sat under a tree for a few months before we could get it on the road. Needless to say it needed a bath in and out. We did get a pricy package for an old car, which of course we got the "really?" Looks from employees, all in good fun, because we knew they couldn't get every bit of dirt and grime off the car they helped us out with lowering the price a little and we knew it wouldn't be spotless, but I have to say the did an AMAZING job! I've had people come up and ask if we painted it. It's like a new(used) car. Lol. They did an outstanding job! And we are very happy! Btw: my dad worked here before it was bull city car wash, so I always recommend this place!

Paid for 36.99 was that cost 40 dollars after tax. My car still had dead bugs on it and when I pointed it out to clean while they were drying the car they told me it was almost 7 dollars more, which I paid. The car dashboard didn't look like it was even wiped down, still dusty and trunk looked like it still needed to be vacuumed. With tip over 50 dollars!!! Don't go there, rip off and rude manager

I went to Bull City Wash with a filthy car with water stains on the seats and crud in all the hard to reach corners. They did a spectacular job on my interior detail I couldn't of been happier with the results, it was well worth the price. The customer service was great, the owner offered to watch my car on the camera while I had to leave in the lot after they closed. Would definitely go here again!

I will never go back again. They told me I needed a chemical service to remove dirt that I was able to wipe away with my finger. I suggest they wet the rag to clean one small area of dirt, I was told no that's what the chemical service is for. That was a lie. I stood there and wiped my car clean without a chemical service. I would have done a better job at the car wash. Do not waste your time or money.

Avoid: worst car wash experience in a while. Paid 60 with tip for Manager Special - still had sand In the trunk, dust In the seats, sunscreen white spots all over plastics, and bugs on the windshield and on the paint. Thoroughly disappointed ☹️

My fiancé went there few days ago to detail interior of the car. The car wasn’t dirty we just decided that the professionals will do it better having better cleaning tools and knowledge. We were very very disappointed. She paid $300 and the car was there for three hours. What was done: low quality of wet cleaning of the seats surfaces. Dashboard waxed and that’s it. The basic things like cleaning the hand break gap still had the bread crumbs, not vacuumed under the seats and the carpet/mats on the rear. All gaps had the same dust we came to clean, and I can continue. We paid what they asked, $300 and left speeches. Please avoid this company. This is a fraud. We neglected to check reviews because were in a hurry. Look reviews - make decisions. You yourself can do better. Which we did later.

I took my elderly father’s car to Bull City car wash to get them to detail the interior. The car has over 2000,000 miles on it and was filthy, including lots of dog fur. I’d occasionally wash his car but could never fully vacuum out the fur. Bull City did an amazing job on this old car. The interior looks nearly brand new. There’s no more fur to be seen. They did such a great job. I can’t thank them enough.

I was so disappointed! Paid $40.00 to be run through the car wash. Confirmed they would vacuum it good too. They took less than 10 minutes & said I was ready. Paid & got in my car & they did not wipe the dash, dog hair was still on the carpet. I was the only customer at the time. I could run through the regular car wash & had a better job & paid $12 bucks. My tires would have been cleaned. Unless they change DON’T WASTE YOUR 💰‼️

I used to get a great car wash here and they would do a great job cleaning the interior as well as vacuuming the floor. But I paid 45 dollars for the full service and they didn’t even vacuum under the seats or pull the mats up and vacuum. You guys just lost my business

I paid for the express full service, which ended up being almost $40.00 with tax. It seemed pricy but would have been a general outside cleaning and vacuum and clean of the inside. And we like to support local businesses. The descriptions don’t describe exactly what is included. The outside wash was okay – there was still some dirt on the outside but it looked better overall and to be fair, that dirt might require more specific cleaning. The inside seemed to have bene vacuumed, although not thoroughly. I asked about the center console between the front seats, which still had dirt on it. Since the two front seats were vacuumed, they would have literally had to go over it and it seemed strange that it was not cleaned. The person I spoke to (not one of the cleaners, I think her was managing the desk or had some other task) told me that was not including]ed in the express package. I asked if I could use the pray for a moment just to wipe it off then while I was there. He told me no, that they wouldn’t let a customer use it but that they could do it and then I could go in and pay the difference for a deluxe package. That level of pettiness and bad customer service, for something which may have been a misunderstanding on my part but seems pretty stingy for a $40.00 Car wash (and I had already given a nice tip as well) convinced me that this is not a place to spend my money.

Absolutely terrible… they don’t deserve one star. Over $330 for “professional detail”…. The car was still dirty and barely vacuumed out. Without getting to involved. I made appointment over a week ago for 9 am drop off. I show up at 8:50 and wait until 9:20 in the morning for someone to show up. The staff finally shows up and apologize that it’s too cold, I simply asked if someone could’ve called me, It would’ve made my life a lot easier as I made arrangements to be picked up? They were confused… Staff is rude and they don’t open on time. Do not waste your money here. Attached our photos of their idea of what clean is …. They refused to listen, they kept my car keys until I paid and threatened to call the police. I called the police myself and they said they couldn’t do anything right now cause it wasn’t an emergency… they suggested I pay the bill and contest it with my credit card as the job was not completed…. I said okay. By the way, this was a $330 detailing
