09/09/2019 - 1 Star Tuesday, September 3, 2019 between 1:00a and 1:30a in the morning. I came to use the car wash. I put in a $20 bill. No quarters came out. Then I read that it only accept $1, $5, and $10 bills. So I was like okay maybe that's why. So I go back to the gas station across the street. Go back to the car wash and put a $5 bill in. No quarters came out still. Then a guy up there was like you go have to get quarters from the gas station. So I thought to myself that I'll just go to another self wash and come back tomorrow and tell them the exchange machine took my money. It's been almost a week and every day that I go up there no one is available. Neither do I get an answer when I call the corporate number. Due to me not being able to get my money back. I'm waking up hungry waiting for my next check cause it took most of my last little money that I had to try to stretch. I will never go to this car wash again not even to do laundry. Neither will I ever recommend this location. If they think I'm lying they can roll the cameras back. I was in a burgundy Mitsubishi with a grey shirt, dark pant, black and white shoes. I was about to try the other machine but most times when there's no light it mean it don't work so I decided not to try the other one. I used the same one that's in the middle between the car wash stalls. 09/09/2019 - 3 Star The building at the back has two doors. Use the side door. I was finally able to speak with someone. I'll update again if I get my money back. I was told usually an O.O.O. sign is put up but someone keeps taking it down.

Inside was clean and my clothes still smelled good coming out the dryer, they didnt have a burnt smell like some other places. The lady was polite and welcoming. The only .25 car wash in the area and everything works good.
