OMG! I could not recommend this car wash enough. DEFINITELY spring for the $20 “The Big Cheese” wash. It’s 1000% worth it. I’ve never seen a shine dry brush thing in an auto car wash before, and let me tell you…my car hasn’t been this shiny since I got it. The vacuum stations at the end are also top notch and SUPER strong, and they even have compressor nozzles at each station to literally get every piece of dust (and ash if you’ve got a bad habit like me 🚬 ) from every single crook & cranny. The service was exceptional as well. New favorite car wash/cleaning spot 💯. This place takes the cheese!🧀 (& no this is not a paid review, it was literally my first time here on a whim & me & my bff were blown away! I had to come on here and write this right away. lol)

I should be able to just pay and vacuum without having to use the car wash. We pay for the basic wash and still Forced to utilize the wash part when I just needed to vacuum. I have rear damage to my car from a collision where if I were to go through a Car wash it would make things worse. Cancelled my membership !

I have never seen a line so long but move so fast, Came in today to get a wash and this crew here was hustling. Fast wash process with a good clean. Every other wash in town you’re waiting 15 minutes+

Absolutely horrible car wash here last weekend. I contacted the company and asked for a refund after paying $16 for a bad car wash but never heard back. Would not recommend coming here unless you want splatter marks and streaks across your car

Bubble Time Car Wash is hands down one of the best in town! Their customer service is always friendly and helpful, and they truly make sure you leave happy. The vacuums are a 10/10 super strong, easy to use, and perfect for getting your car spotless inside and out. Highly recommend!

An amazing car wash that takes great care of your vehicle. Their machine provides a thorough wash, and the dryer is powerful. They also offer free vacuuming and a strong air pressure cleaner. Your car will shine like a diamond!💎⚡️

Really disappointing. For $20 my car is just as dirty as it was when I got here. The car wash did not get any of the rinse off marker on my windows off and there are a lot of bug guts still splattered everywhere. I will not come back.

I've had a chance to revisit Bubble Time Express Carwash, and can give some impressions of a provided 'Big Cheese' wash and a 'basic' version of the car wash, which at the time of writing runs about $20.00 and $9.00 respectively. Overall, Bubble Time has an effective car wash, and I can say it does get the vehicle quite clean. I can also confirm with before and after photos there were no additional visible scratches, despite going relatively later in the day when it has seen some usage already. I'll note the weather hasn't gotten excessively mushy or salty on the roads yet, so time will tell on that front how well it cleans more caked on dirt/salt/sand. Pros: - An employee/teammate of Bubble Time uses a pressure washer to rise off the vehicle. This is quite nice - Above average cleaning of vehicle without new major scratches - Pretty quick service, lines aren't too long - Lots of stalls to use on-site vacuums, which are all nice to use Cons: - Drying leaves some thoroughness to be desired - Rear of the vehicle quite a bit less clean than the front and sides. In summary, of the auto car washes I've tried, Bubble Time is very good. If you're concerned about remaining droplets on the vehicle leaving behind streaking, I'd suggest bringing a soft microfiber cloth to spot check with. As the weather gets colder, I may well stop by Bubble Time more times in the future. On a side note, as far as I can tell, there is no 'touchfree' option, if you are looking for that. --- Old Review below, outdated as of 12/3/2022 --- For context, normally I hand wash with a car washing product that contains wax, after having some prior bad experiences. I selected the basic 9 dollar car wash, which had admittedly mixed results, dirt residue was left on the front of the car, there is a new scratch or two. The drying was very insufficient as quite a bit of droplets and a water trail remained, leaving behind streaks. On site in vehicle vacuums were very nice to use, which I found good use tidying up with. Overall, it's better than some auto car washes I've used, but still has some issues. Use with caution if you don't want paint damage. I had higher expectations here that were dashed for a new car wash at this price point.

This review is not against employees its more directed at owner of the car wash. Employees and managers can't do everything. This car wash is out of service sometimes few days in a row. Vacuums are very poor...those brushes inside sometimes work and sometimes don't work. Air guns have little or no air coming out of them that is because the main air compressor is very week. The owner never comes around especially when the car wash is down for few days but he will still charge you for those days that you cant wash. Instead comming and seeing what he can do to improve and give customers extra upgrades for compensation for days that car wash is down.

Not a good car wash for the price. I paid for the best car wash and my car still has dirt and streaks on it. I was hoping for something better than a gas station car wash. Pretty disappointed, won't be back.

This car “wash” is TERRIBLE. I paid for the most expensive wash and just look at how dirty my car still is…

Monthly subscription beware I made the mistake of signing up for a monthly car wash subscription. I moved and needed to cancel - I’ve emailed this establishment 3 times and called over 10 times to STOP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD for this monthly subscription I am not using. I’ve gotten two monthly charges since contacting them the first time. If you have one of bubble time’s monthly subscriptions, expect to have to go through your credit card company to prevent this business from continuing to charge you.

I like the car wash. I got a monthly membership, it scans your license plate so you just drive in. You get in and out quick, and the wash and vacuums work great. Unfortunately, the wash hasn’t been working for the past few days. I went a few days ago, and they said something was wrong with the brushes. This sort of thing happens - while it’s inconvenient, it is understandable. However, there is no way that I have seen where they update people on this. I have went by several times, and each time it’s not working. Not only am I paying for this service that I am not receiving, if wasted my time to drive over when it’s not working. In my opinion it is unprofessional not to update customers, especially monthly pass holders, on the status. This could be an email to pass holders, or at least a Facebook status update. While I like this car wash so far, I will be looking for somewhere else to go because of this.

I have a membership here because it’s close to work. The car wash works very well. I love the free vacuums. It used to be hard to get a vacuum because it was so full, but they recently made it so that you have to use the car wash to use them and that helped a ton. I wish they had a towel service (like where you pay $5 once and can always get a fresh towel).

I’ve washed my car here multiple times and I’ve never had any problems/issue with them! The workers are very responsible and take care of customers very quickly, even when something ever happens or goes wrong. I love washing my car here and it gets the job done. Some people may not feel the same about the car wash but I’ve been to different types of car washes and it’s never cleaned my car how bubble time has. I love the clear coating on my car because it helps the snow and rain and it’s convenient for me since my wipers are bad. I’ve NEVER experienced any scratches or damages to my car.

Bought the middle tier. My car still has the blue and pink soap on it. And my car has dirt patches all over. On top of that half their vacuums didn’t work. And that is not an exaggeration. Huge waste of money, unless you’re desperate for dirt to be spread on your car. I really would not recommend anyone go here and I will not be returning.

This was my first visit to Bubble Car Wash. They were running a Valentine’s Day promotion offering their best “Cheese” wash for $20 (normally around $36), which initially seemed like a great deal. When entering, there are two lanes, the left lane for single washes and the right lane for members/subscribers. There was a banner advertising the promotion and signage indicating which line to choose, so that part was clear. However, the payment kiosk was very difficult to use in the morning. The display faces directly into the sunlight, making the screen nearly impossible to read. I noticed several customers ahead of me struggling to select options and complete payment. I could barely make out the $20 option and selected it, but I couldn’t read the other choices (such as soft-touch or touchless). The screen visibility really needs improvement. Both lanes eventually merge into the same wash bay. It wasn’t clear how the system differentiates between wash packages once inside — perhaps it’s based on license plate recognition — but there was no explanation provided. No receipt was printed from the vending machine; only a message indicating that the gate would open. Unfortunately, the wash quality itself was not satisfactory. The side mirrors were still dirty. Both the front and rear windshields had noticeable white streaks (likely soap or water residue). I was also expecting an underbody wash based on the promotional package, but that did not appear to be included. I did not use the vacuums, but the pressure seemed too low to be effective. I attempted to call the number listed on their website both the day before and again today to clarify some questions, but no one answered. Overall, while the promotion was appealing, the experience did not meet expectations.

Decided to take my car here for a wash with it being the first nice day in madison in a while. Perfect carwash day right? WORST MISTAKE. My car is scratched in MULTIPLE places now. You can tell they were done by the scrubbers just looking at the ridges and grooves. HIGHLY recommend not bringing your car here unless you want it scratched to all hell. EDIT: The attempt to gaslight me into believing the damage was caused by a snow/ice scraper or hidden under winter grime is unbelievable. I bought this car less than a month ago, and it has been parked in a heated garage during every snowfall since. It has never been exposed to snow long enough to require an ice scraper, nor have I ever used one on this vehicle. I wash my car weekly—I would have noticed this damage long before bringing it to your wash. I posted my review not to harm your business, but to make others aware that this happened to me while using your car wash. There is a reason your establishment has multiple signs stating you are “not responsible for any scratches or damage.” Those signs exist because damage can happen, and IT DID TO MY VEHICLE!! If there were truly zero chance of damage occurring due to your maintenance practices, those signs wouldn’t be necessary. I fully understand that using any car wash comes with some risk, but trying to shift the blame onto the customer instead of acknowledging the possibility is crazy!

Went to Bubble Time on December 20th and paid for the middle tier wash. I’ve attached a few photos showing how filthy my car still was after getting it washed. I drive a hatchback so there isn’t a whole lot of car to wash, but somehow Bubble Time missed a lot of places. The automatically generated captions on my pictures should serve as proof: “blue car with dirt residue”, “dirty blue hatchback”, “blue car with mud splatters”, and “muddy blue vehicle exterior”. I emailed Bubble Time on the same day and again on January 2nd. Generally, I don’t like to leave bad reviews for businesses before I’ve given them a chance to fix any issues I had. Bubble Time has not responded to either email, so here I am with a one star review. This would be unacceptable for the base tier wash. I thought by buying the middle tier, my car would be even cleaner and look a little nicer. And the lack of customer service doesn’t help things. If you’re looking for a car wash that, you know, actually cleans your car, don’t go to Bubble Time.
