The vacuums don’t work correctly, and half the time the soaps are empty on the self serve car wash. Half the time the machines take your money and do not work. No one is on site working ever to help you with problems. If you call the phone number posted to receive help no one answers and no one ever returns your call. Customer service is terrible!!! Go down the street to one of the other washes that care about your business!!!

1 of the only hand wash car washes left in town. They also have 1 of the only touchless automatic car washes in town. I also like the fact that they have debit card readers on their hand wash stations as well. They are also well maintained I have seen employees on location there several times.

The wash on the left (the one with the brushes) broke in the middle of the car wash. The brushed blocked the exit and we had to back out. It doesn't provide a receipt so I lost the $7 and had to buy an additional $5 car wash on the right side to get the soapy bubbles cleaned off. I called and left a message, but judging by the comments others have left, I probably won't hear back from this company.

They charged me 40$ when I used my debit card on the bays, one of the bays didn't even work and still was charged 20$. Pulled out and used another and was charged another 20$ for a $6 wash session. THIS PLACE SUCKS, plenty of better do it yourself car washes around town, avoid this one.

I pulled up to the empty auto wash, used the soapy scrub brush to pre-soak my bumper, then I paid $12 for a car wash and the machine that took my payment said I had to wait for the car wash bay to be empty before I could enter. It had been empty for some time. So, I drove slowly through it, then circled around and saw the payment machine is still waiting for the empty car bay to be empty. There's no phone number listed anywhere, and no one is there to assist you. I used Google to find a number for this place and when I called it went directly to an answering service. I left two messages describing my problem and requesting a refund. I've yet to hear back from anyone. Guess it's Quick Qack for me today, and maybe from now on...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Place is horrible no pressure on guns and chemicals take for ever to load up and it just wastes your minutes. The old employee that’s there rushes you when you pay to use the machines. Horrible place bad environment, needs to be under new management asap.

Came here after traveling from California. I used the self spray stall and my car looked like I hand wash it.

This place is not well kept. The spray nozzles are clogged. The worst part is their “spot free” rinse. It is no different than regular rinse just less pressure. It is so bad that my truck is all spotted up and it is even ceramic coated! Will never go back.

I’m sure the manual wash is great But if you just live having water spots covering your entire vehicle within 30 seconds after the “no touch wash” this is you spot. My car looked better before the wash! 🤦🏼♂️

The self-service bays typically function flawlessly. The vacuums could certainly use more suction but they do alright I guess. I suggest staying away from the automatic washes though. I have ran my car through the brush wash and the touchless wash a couple of different times and it didn't come out even remotely clean. It isn't like I had mud and bugs all over the car either. Just a little bit of dirt and road grime and it couldn't even wash that off.

Decent car wash for something quick but far too expensive and not enough time to clean unless spending atleast 4$ at the vacuum or 10$ at the self serve. One of the employees or owner seem sheisty aswell but ill leave that to others to make judgement on.

Love going to this car wash now that it is under new owners. All the wash bays work, all the sprayers work and the soap and wax they use make your car look brand new. Highly recommend!

I gave it a 2 star review 6 months ago but i have been going once a week for about 3 months. Its cheaper than quick quack and usually (depending on time) its not too busy. Some people do like to fall asleep in there vehicle blocking vacuums. Other than that its a good place to go. I handwash i dont do the drive thru wash

We use this car wash a couple of times a month and really love their brushless car wash. Also during the pandemic they have been giving $2 off which really helps. A few weeks ago we came in and there was an issue with their electrical system I left a note and the owner contacted me very quickly and take took care of the issue I really appreciated that.

Washed my Tahoe after winter storm it was very busy and there was an attendant there on-site whom was very professional and helpful! The place was clean and all equipment was operating. The vacuum system was awesome and went above expectations! I highly recommend this car wash!

I went there one time. 2 of the 4 stalls were closed. I'm older and wash my car slower. One person behind me was upset because I did my car mats and washed my car. They should keep all 4 lanes opened. It was during the middle of the week.

The owner quite literally told me to leave so other people could wash their cars, I wasn’t even done rinsing it. He didn’t bother trying to ask any of the other people in the other self wash areas either. There’s soap splotches all over my car, I had been there for maybe 10 minutes. Disappointing because me and my friends have been going here since we were in high school.

Paid for $18.00 wash that did absolutely nothing. I would not take a dirty vehicle and expect it to be clean.

Car wash has 5 self serve coin/bill bays. + 2(?)automatic bays. Self $2 to start 4 minutes. Soap wash has almost no soap. Pressure is better and has a pulsed effect. Machine accepts bill & coins. Photos are chopped off top & bottom.

Using the touch less I give it a 4 for the effort. It did a fairly good job on the Ultimate/Middle selection for $15. No bug prewash though. Or tire prewash. Bring something with you before you pull in to spray the bug joiuce and spray your tires/rims. So don't expect perfection. Be prepared to finish drying it after the blowers. They did a pretty good job, just need to towel follow-up. Don't expect it to wash all your bugs off the front bumper and grill. Best bet is still using the manual wash. Or wash at home. No tire shine at the end either.
