Paid almost $40 dollars for an “Elite” wash and it was more like “Delete” , because I’ll never come here again. Interior wasn’t touched ( no vacuum, seats not wiped down, dash not touched). Asked the worker if we are supposed to do it ourselves, couldn’t figure out what I was asking him. Just left out of frustration, asked the front desk, got the usual we don’t do any of that stuff. Terrible job overall and will not be back.

Paid $63 for car wash which included some interior cleaning. Interior job was pretty well done, some window streaks and they didn’t do the trunk but not a big deal. Exterior wasn’t great - spots left on windshield, the wheel hardware very dirty (I can easily wipe off visible dirt and grime with my finger). Might give it another try we’ll see. For this price I definitely expected better.

Everyone is very nice but it’s not worth spending $35 for a car wash. You’re better off going through Pete’s Xpress car wash and just drying your car by hand. The window shield is still spotty. There is still a mark from a bug splatter. There is dust throughout the interior of my car. Just don’t waste your money thinking that you’re going to get any significant interior clean.

Been coming here for 54 years. Sadly, finishing details (drying, cleaning interior windows) is not well trained or coordinated. I frequently have to come home and clean the interior/exterior mirrors and windows. I swear they're worse than when I got there...how is that possible? Frustrating and annoying. Everyone's friendly, though...

Cry worthy bad! It looks like someone sneezed and ran their fingers through it on the outside of the vehicle! I paid $135 for someone to actually make it look worse than when I took it in!

My daughter got my car washed today, but it didn’t get very clean. So I called and spoke to a manager, asking if we could swing by again to see how we could resolve things. He insisted we come by, which we did, yet when I spoke to him, he was verbally aggressive, demeaning, and straight mean and nasty. He would not allow me to speak or respond, with commentary including: “The car was disgusting when she brought it in, what did you expect?” And, “I don’t know what she did to this car before she brought it in.” Isn’t the purpose of a car wash to clean a dirty car? And when I asked why nobody told my daughter it needed detailing, he said, “ I did, we did, somebody did- she is lying” Nobody said anything to her at all, that’s why I called in the first place. I suggested we weren’t going to be able to resolve this and tried to get back into my car. He held the door and tried to block me, telling me the car needed to be detailed. I repeated, “ I think we are done here” and let him know I didn’t want to do further business with him based on how I was being treated. Repeatedly he reengaged, continued to aggress towards me, not allowing me to speak and telling me I needed to get the car detailed. Maybe I do, that’s fine, but I don’t need patronize businesses that make me feel uncomfortable or physically uncertain. Won’t be going back.

I was a customer for more than 25 years. The last time I had a car wash my passenger side mirror was damaged. I was told that it couldn't have been damaged during the car wash. However it was fine before entering the car wash. I never complain however since the repair will cost me $323 I have good reason to complain. I'll take my business to another car wash.

Had to have a 2014 Sorento detailed, so I could give it to my son. This place was close, and reasonably priced for a full interior/exterior detail. When they finished, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior was literally spotless. The leather looked new. The exterior was exceptional. If not for the fact it had scratches (already there, NOT their fault) in the clearcoat, it looked like it could have been on a showroom floor again. Remember, this is a 10 year old car that had only been detailed once before, many years ago. It 'looked' 10 years old, inside and out. The staff was pleasant and professional, especially the young woman at the front desk. She had a 'disgruntled' customer who was rather rude to her, but handled it well. Overall, I am very happy with my experience, and highly recommend Bryn Mawr Car Wash & Detail if you want a fair price for a full interior/exterior detail. The negative reviews I see, IMHO, are from people who did not clarify what they wanted or what the cost would be 'before hand', so that's on them and not the staff I interacted with. Fair is fair.

Half a$$ job if I’m being honest. My 11 year old nephew can do better than this. They barely dried the car afterwards. They charge $15 for basic exterior wash, something which costs $6 or less all over Philly. Asked about the dent pulling services they advertised on the wall, and all of their responses were “idk bro” but I guess that’s the customer service you get from underpaid young adults/teens. Pictures shown are dirt spots and streaks that came off easily by wiping with my finger. Take it to philly, and they’ll do the exact same thing for $6 or less.

I paid $30.14 and they literally put my car on the tracks, ran thru, tire shine... did not vacuum seats or wipe down anything inside. Horribly overpriced for what you get. Go anywhere else.

My car was way overdue for some TLC! Bryn Mawr Car Wash was well worth the cost of a full detail. The interior was steamed cleaned and the seats look brand new! I wanted to see if they really paid attention to detail, which is why I checked the gas cap compartment. Yup. They cleaned there too! The supervisior even suggested a place to go to have my headlight covers refreshed (they have that cloudy look to the plastic). Overall, it took about 2-hours for a hand wax, full interior, wheels and trunk cleaning. The only drawback is that the seats were very damp. I should have waited another hour and let them dry out more before driving off...had to go home and change my pants :)

Excellent, fast, and friendly service! I had some kind of sticky berry droppings from a tree covering the hood of my car and the owner and his team all chipped in to manually scrub it off as soon as I arrived. The service was above and beyond and the car looked great after they finished. Very happy with this place and will be back!

Do not be fooled. They did a HORRIBLE JOB on my car. $37 for an ELITE WASH and they just sprayed my rubber floor mats and vacuumed the water. Crumbs were left behind in my back seats and on the floor. They did absolutely NOTHING. I didn’t realize until I got home that my tires weren’t even shined. They also didn’t give the air freshener they advertised for the Elite Wash. On top of that, when looking through the glass, they are BARELY USING ANY SOAP ON YHE CAR. I still had dirt on my car that I had to clean. Worst car wash ever 👎🏽 THEY PEOPLE ARE NOT WHAT THEY PROMOTE

Very disappointed, this was the first time I visited and my car looked worse leaving than when I arrived. I got the Elite wash and it looks like dirt blown all over the car and left on the center console, seat, dashboard and right side door. It's impossible the men at the end who wipe down the car would not see this, I called and ask to speak to a manager and they said they were to busy and I needed to call back. Upset that I spent $35 for a car wash and have to come home and clean it myself. Photos show dirt that was left behind.

Absolute crooks. Fraudulent work. The workers take two swipes each at the outside of your car and give it back. I am not an overly critical consumer, and expect a very basic level of effort for work that one is being payed to do. Not only did they give back a car that was only cleaned by the auto washer, they did not even care enough to address my concerns. I’m furious writing this because it is just bad business morals. This guy is a scammer, I unfortunately did not see the other reviews. Keep your $37 and go anywhere else. The outside also was still dirty, my front and back windows are are both dirty. It’s like I never went. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau as well.
