I consider this Car Wash the 2nd best among all Brown Bear in Seattle Area. It's a good faculty and the stages take it's time with no rushing, unlike the other compact facilitates. The staff are generally good and nothing special.

I have had 100% PerfectO service from this location...to the extent of even being Blessed w/ a free car wash when the ONLY payment option I had available did not work...THEN??? when I came back to repay, I was told not to concern myself, so I joined monthly wash program!!! Thank Brown Bear 🐻

Would not recommend this car wash, came there on July 24th and went through the wash, the brushes in there ripped off the rear bumper of my car. Left all of my details with the employee there and months later I have not heard back from the owner. Thousands of dollars in damages and they wouldn’t even call me back.

Recently purchased a car wash membership. With the prices they are charging you would assume they could maintain their equipment. Brand new car went through there and got horrible swirl Marks all through the paint. This happens when they feel to maintain these kind of car washes.

Absolutely love this car wash! However ever since covid they've shut down their bathrooms and it's super annoying that I can't use the bathroom while I'm filling up or buying treats... There's a full lift on all restrictions, I can go in and buy things for months now, yet we still can't use their bathroom? At this point I use the car wash but I don't bother stopping for gas :(

I had some issues with my wash pass and the manager, James took my information and assured me he’d fix the problem, and follow up with me on Tuesday (he was very specific which I appreciate). Let me start off by saying how great the crew is, I came through after a day of mudding I had mud up to my roof they handled the situation exceptionally. Austin, Gabe and Gavin scrubbed the sides and where completely unfazed by how dirty my car was. they even offered to rewash it after the first pass. Excellent customer service and care.

They delivered an exceptional customer experience. I came here with my new Tesla. I had studied how to use the car wash beforehand, since Teslas require a different setup for Neutral mode. But when I got in front of the machine, I couldn't get it to work properly — it was completely my fault. Despite the delay, the manager and crew patiently helped me through the process. They were also clearly well-prepared to handle new vehicles like mine. I truly appreciated their professionalism and support. Thank you again!

I love this place. On 17th December afternoon around 3 PM my car stalled on the road at the signal outside this Brown Bear Car Wash due to my car battery issue. Seeing my plight your employees Damon, Gavin and Giovanni rushed out to me, pushed my car to a safe place, brought their car out and jump- started my car. I am so grateful for their help. It was a Godsend gesture and I really appreciate their helpful nature. This act of theirs shows clearly their friendliness and service oriented approach and endorses the work culture in your car wash center too!
