I’m very disappointed with the service I received today. I asked an employee if she could spray off some bird droppings before I went through the wash. Instead of helping, she gave me attitude, mouthed “roll your window down” at me, and then half-heartedly sprayed my car from inside the office door. She didn’t even spray the actual spot with the bird poop just my windshield and a random area of the car. After the wash, the mess was still there. When I brought it up, her only response was, “You can just go back through.” That’s not the kind of service I expect, especially as a monthly paying member. If employees aren’t going to do their jobs with care and professionalism, what’s the point of paying for a membership? Completely unacceptable and disappointing experience.

I tried the Classy Chaise by our house but the backside of the car was still dirty. When I took it through the Brown Bear on 38th St. my car was clean. Then when I saw that the vacuums were free that sealed the deal. I definitely got my money's worth.

Warning!! I got my car washed here and when I went to use my wipers one flew off my car and was broken. On closer inspection my wind shield has multiple long cracks at the base. Paid $16 for a wash and now have to replace my entire windshield 👎🏻

Line moves quickly to get in and out. The vacuum stations can be hit and miss. Make sure to check nozzle for clog before paying. Tip, they usually have towels to wipe down car after wash near the attendants at car wash entry. Update: 2024 I changed my review from 5 to 4-stars. The employees never seem to care when I asked them to do an extra brushing because the car wash always misses the back of vehicle.

After driving to Kalaloch a couple times this summer, I decided it was time to go through the car wash. I've used their services before and was pleased with how they did. I went two days ago and got the second to last option. I think it was the $15 or $14 one. I thought it did pretty good since the side and rear looked decent but as soon as I walked past the front, wow. No. I've included a picture so hopefully it shows that the front of the car is still very dirty, including the fronts of the mirror. Completely wasted my money here.

I’ve gone to Brown Bear twice now, once a few months back at a different location, and my front license plate got all bent up and had gotten scratches. I decided to come to a different one… different car, different location… instead my headlight popped out 😊 yeah… never going to one of these again. The free vacuum sounds cool though, and I’m glad to hear others have great experiences here, but the times I seem to go it destroys my car.

Worst car wash ever! Cost almost 20 bucks and it didn't even get my car cleaned! They didn't prewash anything like i have gotten at other places, and if i just didn't get the "right" wash package then they are so over priced. Plus I now have a new scratch on my hood that wasn't there before. Hard to really show how dirty it still is due to glare but posted them anyway. Save the money and go somewhere else!

I had truly exceptional customer service at this car wash. Brandon W. was beyond outstanding and helpful, he even fitted my license plate with a metal sleeve/holder so that it won’t bend in the future- free of charge. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and Brandon W. was absolutely exceptional. Also, Markell operating the register was so warm and has the best energy. Great vibes. I hope the owners and management understand what talent they have— it’s the workers that make or break a business like this. I don’t often write reviews but I was really touched with how wonderful Brandon W. was to me. Will definitely be back!
