This car wash is terrible... The payment machine doesn't take quarters, only tokens but there's nowhere to buy tokens on the property, one of the payment machines currently doesn't accept cards, not that I'm going to put my cards in these machines, it's downtown/browns addition Id bet there's a skimmer... That approach to business is a sure way to fail miserably.. Similar to if you took your car to a shop to get it fixed and the techs there had tools but didn't know how to work on the vehicle, or vice versa.. or an all you can eat buffet without a variety of food to choose from. Ive tried to wash my car there 2 times only to leave with a dirty car and money in my hand... I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Came here after our go to car wash was closed for maintenance. We had such a fun time doing all the steps to clean the car! Loved it. You do have time pay for both the wash and vaccume, but it was easy and great for a really good clean. Got pretty much all the bugs off and was cheaper than the normal car wash we use.

Touchless car wash hit my vehicle after it soaped the vehicle, then it stopped running. Had to pay for a 2nd wash to finish washing it. Have made multiple calls to them about this and left multiple voicemails. Been almost 2 weeks and no return call from them.

I came in to use the vacuum today, which worked as expected. Then, I believe the owner came up and offered me a complimentary car wash. He was so sweet! Wonderful customer service! It made my day, and I left with a squeaky clean car! Thank you so much!!

I like the upgrade. The automated wash or should I say "drive thru" wash is so amazing. It's all liquid wash, and I don't have to drive over some metal to lock in the front wheels. The floor is flat with guiding lights. One thing I would suggest to change is the blow dryer at the end. It should blow to the back and stay there until I drive out, so no hard water drips on my car.

Attempted to swing in and do a quick hose down of my car and bicycle. One bay was being used, and the second was open. Attendant decided rather than let me use the open bay, he'd sweep and hose down the bay. He clearly was aware I was there waiting to enter, but he spitefully just kept going about his business. Not sure what his deal was, but I will not be returning. I was excited about the remodel, but ownership should have a chat with the attendants.

Besides taking Forever to Figure Out there Really Wasn't a "Shampoo Station" as Advertised, (that's on us) The Car Wash had Many Options and Unlike Most, Lasted Long Enough to be Worth the Change

Use Caution On Old Wheels I recently took my classic 1999 Subaru Legacy (2.5GT Limited Anniversary Edition) to this manual car wash. I appreciated the convenience of being able to pay with a credit card—definitely a plus. However, I’d strongly caution against using the wheel/tire cleaner setting. While I understand my car is older and the factory clear coat on the wheels may not be what it once was, the chemicals used in that setting were extremely harsh. Unfortunately, the wheel cleaner actually dissolved the factory gold paint on my original wheels and caused it to bleed and streak across the rim (see photo). It was disappointing to see that kind of damage happen from a basic wash. If you care about preserving your wheel finish—especially on older or OEM-painted wheels—I’d skip the wheel/tire cleaner entirely. Stick to the rinse and soap options, which seemed safe enough.

I'm not comfortable washing my car here. This is not a great area of town and getting worse. On my last visit there was a car that was being parted out, and way too many people hanging out you feel safe. Please fix this so Spokanites have a good place to wash!!

I tried this wash several years ago. The change machine was inoperable and I was unable to wash my car during daytime hours. I heard they upgraded to card readers. I took my credit card to wash my motorcycle before a ride a few weeks ago. It has a counter that indicates price. I turned it off at 3.43$ I got home and was charged over 13.$ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DRIVE PAST THIS BUSINESS They literally stole over 10$ from me. I cannot recommend any business playing perk a boo with price. Business ethics require ethics to be self aware and self regulating. I do not patronize any business that cannot get basic fundemantals of transaction etiquette right. They will not want to read hard truths but they are the truths none the less. Dont take my word for it. Its open everyday likely doing the same to most customers. I'd rather pay 12$ for a hand wash by a real car wash shop than pay over 13 to do it myself?! This isnt hard to correct but will require less greed...in America we all know already how business is entitled. Stay frosty out there 0 stars Do Not Recommend

This used to be my favorite place to wash my car, but they’ve made some changes, including significantly increasing the prices on their automatic wash. Now their top-tier wash is $21, which is nuts. Additionally, on the manual car wash, they changed it so that you have to manually stop the car wash; Otherwise it will charge your card up until $15. I have driven into the bay several times and found the time still going from the previous user.

Was very irritated finding that my now $14 dollar wash for a mid automatic car wash charged me at $16, and for vacuuming ONCE at $2, I was charged at $10. My $16 jammed up to $26 without my knowledge. Yall need to fix this pronto as this is a recurring issue apparently.

Nice, easy, minimal wait for the automated wash. Nice to have a car wash which doesn't have a problem with a ladder rack on a pickup. Good wash, and with a few micro fiber cloths and a little touch-up, I've got a nice truck again!

Paid almost $23 for the best self wash, the washer arm went 3/4 down the drivers side and turned early, scrapped and dragged across the back of the car, then stopped the wash and told me to exit. No workers are here, no one to help. Wasted money and damaged my new car. I've had this happen on a different car as well and the worker told me it's not the first time it happened. If you don't want to damage your car, don't come here. Absolutely ridiculous especially that no one is here to help!
