I don't trust anyone with my car, but I was running short of time and gave this hand car wash a shot. They did a GREAT job! I'll definitely be back.

Highly recommend! The cleaning service was exceptional and the owner is very polite and professional. After a cross country road trip with a dog that sheds like crazy, they took great care of my car and it looks brand new! Very impressed and will be back.

Great service! Left my car really spotless clean. I like that they have different car scents to choose from. There is an inside sitting area with drinks and coffee. In addition, they have high countertops in case you need to do work on your laptop. I recommend you give them a try next time you need your car cleaned and waxed. Support local!

Good customer service and great cleaning. Just keep in mind this is more of a detailing shop and not a quick car wash - maybe go eat at the nearby Honduran restaurant or have someone pick you up and drop you back off later so you don't have to be bored waiting while they work.

Update: The owner did respond to my review. Her response provided further justification to avoid conducting business at this location. I am writing this review in hopes that it prevents someone from wasting their hard earned money and time like I did. Trust me when I say stay far away from this business. If you look at my pictures, you will understand why. My husband and I brought our vehicles for the q tip service on Sunday, August 11, 2024. We got there at 1 pm and our vehicles were not ready til after 3 pm. An hour into waiting, the general manager sat down in a chair between myself and another customer and told us the business was short staffed and that her employees were hot. (Its August, in Houston, of course its going to be hot.) She proceeded to say they were tired, overworked, and overwhelmed due to her staff shortage so she had to turn away customers and close the entrance gate. That's the moment I ignored the red flag. The staff was not performing at their best. I regret not asking for our money back and leaving. At that point, the cars had already been washed. We were just waiting for the final touches. We paid for quality service, and Im absolutely confident that none of the vehicles that were worked on between those 2 hours received it. This staff should be embarrassed at the service that was provided to their customers that day. We deserved better than what we received. The interior of our vehicles was not cleaned properly and noticeably dirty. My console looked exactly the same way it did before it was "cleaned." My suv was the last one to be worked on, and I could tell these employees rushed through the process and put no pride into cleaning my vehicles interior. I noticed right away what an unprofessional job was done, but by that point, I was frustrated and just wanted to get out of there. My husband did reach out to the general manager. She made an excuse to cover the fact that she failed her customers and her employees. She set them up for failure. I just wanted the basics, and that falls under the q tip service. Apparently, at her location, the q tip service does not provide professional nor quality results. According to the general manager, the reason I received unsatisfactory results was because my vehicle needed a deep clean service and was not the result of her underperforming staff due to her overworking them. So, basicly, her customers need the deep clean service to have their vehicle vacuumed and console wiped down correctly. Honestly, I could've done a better job, but I didn't want to, and that's why I paid for someone else to do it for me. Clearly, they did a terrible job and need to be called out for it. Take a look at my pictures. (For reference, these are only pictures from my vehicle and not my husbands.) The console looks like it was wiped down with a dirty cloth. My cup holder is still dirty. The seats still have bits of debris from not being vacuumed properly. Did they even vacuum my vehicle? Now, you decide if you still want to bring your business here. Q tip service as posted on their website Hand wash & dry with ultimate wash and wax soap Wheels clean and tire shine Complete interior wipe down w air (A/C vent, console, dashboard, doors, panels, and cupholder) Complete interior vacuum Windows clean in/out Door jams clean Exterior The interior is thoroughly vacuumed, including seats, carpets, floor mats, and trunk. Interior Cleaning, all interior surfaces such as dashboard, center console, door panels, and windows are cleaned using appropriate, non-greasy cleaning products.

Was really good when first opened. Now kids are managing/running. They scratched front fender (correctable with paint correction) because worker wasn't paying attention when cleaning windshield. will not be back.

I highly recommend Brio Hand Car Wash. The guys are professionals and kind. All I asked for was a basic car wash and they went above and beyond what I asked for, these guys take pride in what they do. So if you care about your vehicle and want professional work done for a fair price this is the place for you. 10/10

Fantastic when they opened, but quality has declined. Tire shine is partially done at best, stuff used to shine black plastic is on chrome where it does not belong looking oily, painted areas dirty due to dirty rags used for drying. When they first opened, they used all clean towels on each car to dry…. Not anymore, same funky towels are used car to car while I was watching. Interior is okay, but not great. Lots of towel fuzzies on dash and doors. Owner on-sight for my wash… quality inspection and training badly needed. The attached pictures taken same day of wash after driving a few miles home.

An update: I hadn't been here in a little while - rather busy. Anyway, I'd just returned from Crested Butte and my car was in QUITE a state. 2000 miles, offloading, bugs all over the front. Mud alp over! Anyway, the Brio team did a great job in bringing the "POP" back. Such nice people. This is the only place I take my Land Rover. I love places like this. Friendly and hardworking people who do a great job. My car really POPPED after the clean. They even managed to get all the dog hair out of the back. I think I will sign up for the membership program. Like some other reviewers I had tried other places around where I work and was unhappy. Great job Candy and the team!

I paid $68 to have my truck washed manually because the tunnel would not reach some areas, it would’ve taken them a minute to hit the frame and the fender liner but yet they didn’t do it unless you pay $25 extra. The tool box as seen in the picture wasn’t even wiped and neither the truck’s bed. The exhaust chrome would take a second to wipe as well but the said it’s not their job to do so and when complained they tried to make a scene in public and that’d be the way they do it otherwise I should ask for a refund. It was an embarrassing moment and I don’t recommend anyone to go there to pay that money for such a service.

I recently took my car to this establishment, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure they understood exactly what I needed. The hand wash itself was thorough and meticulous, leaving my car looking brand new both inside and out. What impressed me the most was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They took their time to ensure every detail was perfect, and it truly showed in the final result. I highly recommend this car wash service to anyone looking for exceptional quality and great customer care. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

On Thanksgiving Day, my husband and I brought our truck to this car wash and paid for one of their highest detailing packages. We were there for quite a while, and during that time we noticed the manager, Brian, driving customers’ vehicles very aggressively. Although he did not personally work on our truck, we did see him performing final inspections on all vehicles. After leaving the car wash and stopping at a gas station right down the road, my husband noticed that our trailer brake/hitch component was broken. The broken piece appeared to have been intentionally tucked away, making it less noticeable. We immediately returned to the car wash and showed Brian the damage. He took my husband’s phone number, a picture, and said he would get a quote and call us. A week passed with no contact. My husband and I went back in person, and while Brian was not there, another manager confirmed he was aware of the situation but stated it was Brian’s responsibility to handle. The next morning we spoke with Brian again, and he said he would order the part. After that, we heard nothing. At this point, we obtained a quote from our dealership. The cost to properly replace the damaged part was $938, and we were advised that allowing a third party to repair it could void our truck’s warranty. It would be best to do it through GMC. We returned to the car wash again, this time documenting the interaction. Brian initially offered $200, which we declined, providing the dealership quote instead. He took the paperwork, stepped away for about 30 minutes (stating the owner was out of the country), and eventually came back saying they would pay for the repair. Replacing this particular component is not a simple exterior fix. According to the dealership, the repair requires removing parts of the truck’s center console and recalibrating the trailer brake system to ensure it functions properly and safely. Despite this, Brian suggested repairing the part himself in the car wash parking lot, which would have risked improper calibration and potentially voided our factory warranty. However, the situation continued to unravel. Brian claimed he coordinated same-day service with a dealership in Katy, but when we contacted that location directly, they told us he had called but the service they told he they could provide that day would be a tire rotation, not a repair, and that no parts had been ordered. This forced us to reverse back into to the car wash yet again. We told him we were sure what he was trying to pull but this was getting out of hand. We have been patient and tried to work with you. At this point. You need to work with our original dealership and get this paid. Our original dealership confirmed they could accept payment directly over the phone or in person. Brian stated on video that he would call and handle the payment. That was on 12/15. He never followed through. Since then, the dealership has confirmed that Brian never called, despite having the direct contact information. They also attempted to reach him, and he ignored their calls. As of January 13, Brian continues to avoid our calls. My husband works out of town, making it difficult to keep returning in person, but we plan to go back again once he is home. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The detailing itself was not impressive for the amount of time spent or the premium price paid. Despite their claims of frequently working with luxury vehicles, their handling of cars appears careless and unprofessional. Between the aggressive driving, the hidden damage, and the ongoing lack of accountability, I would not recommend trusting this business with your vehicle. The picture I attached is Brian getting my husband’s phone number, and he had just taken a picture of the broken brake hitch.
