The bulk of the cleaning appeared to be done by the attendant before entering the car wash, which gave me ample time to absorb the alarming number of signs about their lack of responsibility for any damages. The process was slow, and even though there was just one car ahead of mine it took well over 10 minutes to get through. The machines seemed run down and I was concerned about damage to my car, potentially because of the aforementioned signs. That being said, my very dirty car did get fairly clean with the cheapest package ($8). I won't visit again due to the long wait and the higher price compared to nearby options.

I just left your car wash and to say I want happy isn’t understatement. The only thing that was a Plus was the friendly lady who greeted us. I asked how long the car would take as I did have an appointment at 1o’clock and she informed me it will take 20 to 30 minutes tops. After waiting 45 minutes plus I finally received my car and I am running late for my appointment. The car was not complete with watermarks on all windows in the inside door jams which I paid extra for, we’re still wet and soapy. Are usually go to a place in Westminster and have been going there for the last few years. I thought I’d try your place out because it is closer to home even though the same package was $12 more. I can honestly say, I wish I would’ve driven the extra 20 minutes over there. After talking to some of the other people waiting for their cars I was not the only person disappointed with the wait time. One of your employees did inform me that you were understaffed and have been for a while. In these times it is nice to constantly be busy but with this type of service and quality I think you end up chasing at alienating more of the customer base and you intend to. I’d give it zero stars if I could. At one time this was a great wash and my go to spot with equally great prices. I’ve gone in multiple times to give them the benefit of the doubt. To sum it up if you have $48 dollars to flush down the toilet this is the place. Paint as well as mirrors always streaky. Wheels never done right and all the chrome and trim on the interior looks streaky as if it was cleaned with a dirty towel. I hope they can turn it around!!

This car wash is exceptional because of the people who work there. I found a significant scratch on my drivers door after leaving there and thought it was possibly caused from the automatic car wash. Veronica the manager was very kind when I spoke to her on the phone as were the other employees I encountered. She assured me she would watch the camera footage and get down to the bottom of it and they did within 24° of my visit. She found my car coming through on the camera footage and saw that the scratch was indeed there before I entered the bay. She was kind and didn’t accuse me of being dishonest. I had only been there that day and certainly thought I would have seen a scratch that size on my drivers door upon entering it that day but I was wrong. She took the time to check the video and get back to me promptly. She asked me to come in so I could view it myself, I was happy to. She then offered to buff out the scratch for me even though it wasn’t caused by them, I agreed. She even buffed out another small one I had and then had another kind employee take it through the car wash bay, he then towel dried it. She didn’t have to do that, this was exceptional service and kindness from the heart. The way this business is ran is one to be proud of; thank you Veronica and staff it’s nice to know we still have such good people in this world.

After scheduling an appointment for my car to be detailed it was still not done 2 hours past my appointment time. They blamed this on pet hair but this kind of timing has never happened to me before at a detailing place. When my car was returned they had to jump it twice, my check engine light is now on and the back of my car will not open. They said my car was never left on but it was also left on a radio station I’ve never listened to. The manager saw no fault of theirs in this situation and continued to argue with my husband and I that obviously this is our issue and not theirs. Please save your time and money and do not go here. EDIT: this company has since responded to my review with a statement that includes many false statements. Their details about what happened and how they handled the situation are sadly not true. They say this is on camera (which I do believe is true) but why don’t their cameras show them that I was in fact there in the lobby at 12:10 when they say my car was ready but it was not? And they make claims on my car’s battery which I promptly had checked after my appointment and it was not malfunctioning whatsoever. As stated previously, please save yourself the headache and do your business elsewhere.

After a road trip I went to this car wash to have the car thoroughly cleaned and to have the dead bugs removed from the car. I waited for approximately 25-30 minutes in a car line. I was then asked what services would like and paid for them. I waited a little longer and then once I reached the vacuums, I was able to get out of the car. I waited inside. When the car was done, it was extremely well cleaned. The extra fee for the bugs to be scraped off ($3.00) was well worth it. The manager, Veronica (?) was very kind and ensured that I was happy with how my car was cleaned. I did not enjoy the wait, however, they exceeded my expectations by how well they cleaned the car inside and out. I recommend this business if you have the time to wait.

I purchased the platinum package and the interior detail package for $80.00. The staff was short handled and still was about to make my truck amazing. The leather seat conditioner and the auto detail was exactly what I was looking for. They were able to get my full size truck finished in under 45 minutes. This was the 6th time I have used them for auto detail work and have always left happy. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Do a fair job for the price actually expected a better job done for the price is a little high for the quality. I probably will not use them again as I can tell they do not take pride in their work. Still had to come home and wipe down the interior, as I thought I would get a premium wash that would be quality at the price. Seems as if they really don’t care or maybe they were just off and had a terrible day today not very friendly. More effort should have been taken into the job.

As for my experience with Brighton Car Wash & Detail I feel that I just got a really expensive car wash and vacuum, which I could have paid $10 for and did myself had I known. I pulled up and they offered to do a premium service for me which I agreed, my car really wasn't that dirty on the inside to begin with, they also asked me if I wanted my inside to shine, I said yes they said it would be an additional $15, I said ok. They took out my weather tech mats and got the air gun and sprayed them with air, vacuumed out my car and wiped everything down inside. They then put my mats back in the car and proceeded to run my car through the car wash, when it was done they dried it and wiped some stuff on the tires and wiped down the rims. There was nothing shiny on the inside of my car and it smelled like a dirty mop inside, they must have been using dirty rags. I do a better job on my car myself, but I didn't feel like cleaning it so I thought I would take it to get done, expensive mistake. Won't do that again, at least not here. I was hoping to have the inside shining like they said, I wish I would have taken a before and after picture because there would have been no change.

This was my first time at Brighton Car Wash & Detail and it was a great experience. There have always been a lot of little areas in the interior that other car washes or myself haven’t been able to really clean and it all looks fantastic now; the attention to detail is really impressive. This place is great! Took my WRX there for an interior detail. They did a great job making the inside of the car feel showroom brand new. An exterior car wash came with the inside detail package which was a nice add on I did not expect. Will be returning back for more detail work in the future.

Over priced really, but they are convenient, and open late. Always have to wait for someone to guide me in, 5-10 minutes every time. Wash doesn't do wheels or tires. There's always someone trying to get me to repair my windshield and I don't even know if they work here. The other 2 commercial car washes in town are better and similarly priced.

After driving down the street when construction was taking place, I noticed white paint from the road splattered across the sides of my car, wheel wells, and wheels. In a panic I took my car through a car wash at a random gas station with no improvement. So when I reached out to Brighton Car Wash, I felt hopeless but figured it was worth inquiring about. I spoke with one of the owners, Chris, who told me he would be happy to take a look at my car for me. Chris was not only knowledgable about how he could help, but was careful to make sure there would not be any damage in the process. His patience and attention to detail improved things to the point where you cannot tell there was any paint splattered. I had the best hand wash for a great price and will certainly come back for an interior detail and dog wash at the dog wash station as soon as I have the chance. l would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. They are friendly, thorough, and their seating area in their lobby is clean and inviting. Brighton Car Wash is hands down the best place in the area to take your vehicle. Thank you, Chris and team!!

A hidden gem!!!! If a beautiful clean car wasn’t enough, on top of that, they are the nicest people ever. Can’t believe I’ve lived within 10 miles of this place for 4 years and just discovered them. No more “commercial” car washes for me. I’d much rather spend my money on a local owned shop with hard workers making an honest living. Great service, I’ll be a forever customer and next time I’ll have my hubby bring his car too.
