We decided to try this carwash since it had just opened. We bought the top of the line wash and when we went thru the wash and parked to vacuum the car I noticed that the car was still quite dirty. I pointed it out to one of the girls working there and they had me run the car thru the wash again. Well that did not get the car clean, I had to get a wet towel to clean what the wash had missed. Needless to say we will not be back to this carwash.

first time there and i loved it! i came after i left my appointment, so it's about 30 minutes out. the girl with the long hair helped me she was so nice. they're so generous with the car wipes and the vacuums are the strongest. it's worth the drive the one by my house in GG is nothing compared to here. my car is super clean

I paid for a monthly membership for 4 months and my car never got washed properly. I would bring it to their attention and morning would be done to accommodate or remedy it. I finally decided to cancel. Only to learn just down the road you can get two months of wash and vacuum for the same price.

Came here for a car wash and was great. Did the premium wash - Friendly staff, quality bag of air freshener, microfiber cloth, and dashboard wipe, and the wash came out better than some of the neighboring locations I’ve been to.

I purchased the monthly pass when this place opened a couple of years ago. It does a very good job and of course there's plenty of parking stalls for vacuuming. You can go as many times as you wish. So I go weekly (more if needed). My grandkids think it's awesome. Check out the video 👍🏻

I have been coming here for the last 2 years for almost every other month or monthly. All was great except for the last 3 months. I've been getting the "Brea" and "Imperial" and for some reason, the top back end of my car and rear window still have tons of soap on it and haven't been getting rinsed or dried off, which is unfortunate. Seems like they have done a change on their process.

On May 3rd 2024, my exterior side-view mirror was damaged by the car wash machine. However, the shop blatantly attempted to avoid responsibility, and the manager's attitude was exceedingly unpleasant. Here’s what happened, 1. I heard a thud during the car wash and discovered that the cleaning brush forcefully flipped the right-side mirror OUT (not inside). 2. Subsequently, another brush pushed the mirror back to its original position. 3. I noticed a crack in the folding area of the mirror, corresponding to where the force was applied. 4. I informed one of their staff about the incident and verified that it was captured on their security camera. Their response was as follows: Fact 1: They REFUSED to take responsibility, claiming an inability to determine whether the crack resulted from the incident. They even suggested that it would have been beneficial if I had taken photos or videos just before the car wash for verification purposes in case such accidents occur. Fact 2: They REFUSED to provide the video clip requested for third-party examination to verify the assertion that the machine caused the crack. Fact 3: They stated they do not know the duration for which they retain video data and did NOT respond to my email about their data retention policy. When I reported it, they acknowledged the incident they confirmed on their camera. If they approached the situation with a resolution-oriented customer service attitude, I wouldn't have been as upset. However, their unequivocal denial of responsibility and refusal to share any information with the customer left me feeling angry. When I sought more clarification, they basically called me rude and said they would not continue the communication. In response to your reply: I don't know what photographs the manager sent you, but did you look closely? What I marked in those photos (attached here) was taken after the car wash that day. Saying there was no damage on the photo tells how loosely you looked at it. Now, take a closer look at the marked area and reconsider. When my husband recorded your statement about not wanting to share the video that captured the incident, he wasn't recording your face. We were very upset about your irresponsible attitude, but we didn't scream at you. Please, also post the video (that you refused to share with me) here to support your professional opinion, and let others assess the situation. We seek a third-party investigation.

Best drive through car wash. If your car is ceramic coated and need touchless car washes, this is the place. Great prices. Would recommend getting the monthly pass if you live close or just plan to get your car washed a lot. Best value. Great staff as well.

I visit weekly and generally speaking all goes well. I'm a senior with disabilities and have disabled license plates. Lately there have been large pick up trucks without a handicap placard or license plates parked in the handicap stall drying their vehicles and management does absolutely NOTHING to get them out of the handicap stall. I'm so tired of people's behavior re handicap parking. Disgusting

This visit went much better than my last visit. My first visit was a fiasco. The kid had me follow a pick up truck into the wash tunnel way too close to the truck. Just as the soap and sprays obscured my view, the line stopped and I got tossed into the rear of the pick up. My license plate got smashed and the trailer ball on the pickup broke. The worst part was the kid accused me of keeping my car in gear and hitting the accelerator! Of course I did neither. This time however everything went well and I had a positive experience.

I’ve had a membership here for over a year, but after my experience today, I will be canceling. While several customers were still actively vacuuming, all equipment and lights were shut off. Staff explained that the system automatically powers down, yet this happened before closing time. If they close at 9pm, they should shut everything off at 9:05 or 9:10pm. Common courtesy for those who paid for a car wash. When I asked at 8:58 p.m., I was told that’s simply when the system shuts off, which is unreasonable, especially with at least six cars still using the vacuums. At 9:00 p.m., multiple customers were left in complete darkness. If customers are allowed to enter before closing, there should be at least a short grace period; five minutes, at minimum to finish vacuuming. This experience was frustrating and poorly handled by Jasmine and Irene.

Love this car wash. I'm impressed with how well the subscription service works. The online system is very easy to use and manage your subscription. The scanner at the drive-up identifies your license plate and queues up the cars in an orderly fashion. The car wash itself is more thorough than others and the power of the air blowers and vacuums is great. The price of the subscription is very reasonable.
