I chose to handwash my muddy wheels and bumpers all the way around and also my mat's. It was my first time using this service. 10.00 was a bit pricey to start. I thought it said 5.00 but lesson learned. Then I went through the car wash for 20.00. ( Update) They refunded 5.00 back to my card the next day. 👍🏾

Worst car wash in Indiana. I’m not one to blast on the internet-this is the 2nd review I ever share. I stopped by Brad’s, because I received a free wash from a service at the dealership right next to this horrible place. This car wash caused damage to my car and the manager refused to pay for it. I asked the manager for my incident report and he came back with a incident report from a different person. So it’s obvious this place has damaged other cars. Pay a little more and go to Crew Car wash lol.

Honestly I liked the car wash portion and vacuuming. It was my first time so I was a little lost on the flow as I was the only car there at the time. I did the self wash because I needed to power wash and scrub my mats. I had to move to multiple vacuums because the pressure wasn’t great on two of them. I’m giving a 2 star because honestly the workers were making me feel super uncomfortable. Being the only car there and a female I could see them watching me from inside the glass. Multiple men staring at me every time I circled around my car and was in their view. I bagged up my mats and put them in my trunk to dry at home. Then as I pulled away I stopped outside the vacuum area because I realized I had trash I forgot to toss. Conveniently one of the men was circling the building staring at my car the entire time I was parked and throwing my trash. He wasn’t out there for any other reason than to check what I was doing because I saw him immediately circle back inside and I pulled away. I 100% understand watching to make sure things are done right. But consistently staring then following me as I pulled away and stopped is too far.

I only use the self wash bays. I’ve used all three but the bay all the way to the left is usually the most reliable, although I will say the power wash wand is missing the soft tip so be careful getting it too close to glass. Otherwise generally have good experiences here.

My visit was great 👍 i like the employees they where very helpful and smiling all the time, the car wash has a few advantages over the competitors like crew, for example they have free vacuum like really “free vacuum” its amazing 😉 just dont forget to hit the push button to start the timer again on the vacuum The wash was decent, i can see a few improvements on the dry part of the car wash when is drying your car out, because my car was a little wet at the end with little soap left over— but really crew does the same thing Overall experience Its a must go car wash 🚗 🚿 💨

This is my favorite car wash on the south side! Today the tire shine wasn’t working well. I stopped in after my free vacuuming to let them know and a gentleman came out to apply the tire shine by hand. How’s that for amazing service?!! Thank you!

I wish I could give zero stars, and it’s incredibly sad as Brad’s was the only place I’d wash my car. The passenger side of my vehicle was scratched pretty significantly after going through their drive through car wash. I retuned to file an incident report only to be told “There’s nothing in their tunnel that would do that, and nothing they can do.” Not so much as an apology. I’d avoid this place at all costs, unless you want your car to look like this.

This is the only car wash in Indianapolis that has good SELF-SERVICE BAYS. I am not exaggerating when I say this. I drive 25 minutes to use the self-service. I am not sure why there are none left nowadays, my guess is that automated car washes generate far more profit margins, and most places don't bother to have them. They always have the cleaning solutions stocked and the pressure washers are well-maintained. I've even seen them shut down bays when there IS something wrong so they can fix it. There may be lines because everyone knows its good here. Every single one I have been to has non-working pressure washers, dirty bays, no cleaning liquid, broken credit card machine, etc. This location does not have these issues, and it does seem to be mitigated when the issues arise. Of course, you can never change the human aspect of people being entitled and treating these bays like trash. PLEASE NEVER REMOVE THESE SELF SERVICE BAYS. I AM BEGGING YOU. INCREASE THE PRICE IF YOU MUST TO KEEP IT RUNNING.

They did an excellent job. Offers four different kind of automatic washes. They also have options for manual or self wash. Free vacuums are offered for anybody. The lowest automatic wash costs just below ten bucks. Their location is also just behind buffalo creek which is super convenient.

I have to wash my vehicle in a manual bay. Most of the other manual bay car washes were so busy I couldn't get into the parking lot. The one I normally go to is not usually busy but this place was closer. They have decent water pressure and is never busy but it would be nice if the water was actually hot. Since the water was cold, My vehicle was still dirty after washing and rinsing.

Went for a service at Hubler Acura at Greenwood and got a free service coupon for a car wash at Brad's Car Wash. It is little tricky to find your way from US 31 traveling from south to this place. Had to get down and walk up to the service personal near the gate. They were polite and explained what is covered in the free coupon. The car wash is better than many other places in Indianapolis. Their vacs work very nice and it is free.

talk about going the extra mile in customer service! I ran my car through the automatic wash and it did a really good job. I then managed to lock myself out of the truck when I was at the vacuum and these guys, particularly the manager, helped me find help to unlock the truck and finish cleaning out the inside. I have been a member of crew car wash for about four years and never needed to use another service. However, I went for my car to be repaired and the Acura dealer gave me a coupon to Brad‘s car wash. Consequently had just also canceled my membership with crew car wash because I’m moving out of town. I realized I had the coupon so I headed down to Brad‘s. My car was washed better at Brad’s than ever at crew car wash. The vacuums were free for your car wash and not only that everything was working perfectly. I will say the attendants weren’t very friendly But I’m not really here for them. I can see how crew capitalizes on customer service and not a great Wash.
