The shop fixed my flat tire a couple of years ago without issue. Remembering how I was satisfied with the service, I came back with another flat tire to get it fixed. The technician (1) didn't even say hello and (2) was unprofessional and rude. He waved me off dismissively, shouting that they don't fix flats here. My mom had a similar negative experience here another time. It's totally fine that you don't provide certain services, but you don't have to be rude and unprofessional. Go to Genesis down the road instead.

Was there last night ( saturday 10pm) and all I can say is I will never return here again. This location has 2 air pumping stations. I paid to use one that unfortunately wasn't working. When I went inside to speak to the attendant I was completely ignored as he had to finish his cellphone conversation. Once I explained that the pump didn't work, he looked and me and said " so go pay to use the other one". I explained that I had already paid and wanted to know if I could use the other air pump to rectify the charge. He said "too bad". Customer service here is disgusting. This was the final straw for me really. I've been going there for years because of convenience but enough is enough. It's very clear that if culturally, you aren't to their liking.... they don't care much to help you. Disgusting.

Brought the car in for an inspection. Smiling attendant ushered us to have a complimentary cup of coffee. Within 5 minutes he said he couldn't do so without repairing the front brakes and replacing the windshield wipers. Wipers were replaced 1 month ago when brakes were inspected during an oil change. Beware of the smile on attendant .... Too bad I didn't read any of the MANY reviews with the same ruse. Will never even purchase gas at this station.

It's literally the worst gas station I could ever go to, I had trouble with my card as it got stuck on the machine, and there was no attendant that could help me. After trying multiple ways I was able to get my card out after spending 20 minutes in that gas station. I never thought i would be writing a review for a gas station but it was just a horrible experience as i was running really low on fuel so if you ever want to feel helpless and waste your time than you are more than welcome to come here.

This BP gas station is a scam; I paid the same amount for gasoline at another BP station, but I received far less. Additionally, their gasoline smelled rather bad; I'm not sure what they done to it. Don't come here.

Unfortunately, there was no access to a restroom. The key was locked and not available to customers, which was really inconvenient especially during a long visit. Businesses should make basic facilities like restrooms accessible. Not a great experience.

Be aware that this place will rip you off. My boyfriend called before hand & was quoted $600 once we we brought the car in we were charged $850. The manager was no help what’s so over & was very rude, no customer service whatsoever They didn’t have the pieces on hand either had to wait over 3 hours to get pieces. This will definitely be the very last time we come here. Please don’t waste your time or money at this place. If I could give it negative stars I would. So disappointed

Our car broke down going over the Throgsneck Bridge and we limped our way to this station where they saved the day by staying after hours to fix our car and help us get on our way to our beach vacation. We want to give a strong thank you to the manager and the men who fixed our car and replaced our front brakes.

Bad quality gas. As someone who drives a car tuned specifically for 93, anytime I've filled up here it's dropped affected my car's timing(something i can track via monitor). It's never actually 93. Only use it if I'm too low to go anywhere else and even then I'll try not to. Also all 3 entrance ramps are extremely steep so if you have a low or sporty car be ready to hear a scrape on your front/rear bumper.

I got scammed so many times because there’s no signs saying OUT OF SERVICE I ended putting in 3x the amount of quarters I needed for a vacuum and the vacuum barely worked, tried to get air in my tires here a couple times, machine didn’t work, refused refunds. SMH EDIT: that bot response didn’t fix anything

About a month back during the rain storm I went through a puddle and car turned off. Another shop told me I needed an engine. They checked the car out and only needed a starter. Saved me about $4500. Paul and the other guy there( forget his name...I think Mano) helped me out tremendously. Ali was such a pleasure inside offering free coffee while waiting for service.

Air was out of service and they did not label it, didnt give a refund and waved it off. Vacuum machine took my quarters and didnt register it, ended up paying twice the amount to get the vacuum working. The actual inside of the gas station has a strange odor. Do not recommend this place.

Came in this morning for my NY state inspection and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff were super friendly and funny, and they even gave me some great car maintenance tips. My car is new so the whole thing was done in about 10 minutes—fast, easy, and convenient. Highly recommend!
