I googled this car detailing one day and I decide to give it a try. I first make sure they are able to come to Woodbury in Long Island, I'm surprise they are able to come this far. The arrival was delay because the traffic during afternoon. After meeting with the staff and simple explain where to work on, they started with the interior that had so many stains and food crumb all over the place, then my windshield has been repaired before and it has two tapes on it for long time, after few hours of their hard work, my vehicle looks brand new. I'm not too picky and to me is good enough. one thing for the suggestion is the communication with the guest via text so have everything in record where to work on. Will use RetroClean again for future :)

Amazing service. Won’t be disappointed. He was a bit late but got the job done on time. Heard all my concerns and was able to clean the areas I had specifically asked for. Brandon did an amazing job with the cleaning. He got started as soon as he got there. Once done, him and talha showed me around if I had any more concerns and made sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. TJ was super helpful in answering my questions and helping me pick the package and booking the service.

I was happy that they took me in last minute, one of the team members showed up to my home and quickly set up for the service. Once done I have to say I was not particularly impress with it. It was a good interior clean up but outside there where some small details left behind, like big on front bumper and even a stain that I was able to remove with my finger. Will check them out again. Overall they are ok, I guess really depends on how picky you are.

RetroClean Detailing did an amazing job detailing my car last week. They came highly recommended from a friend so I was excited to try them out. It was incredibly easy booking the service on their website and they were at my house 2 days later!! My car was a wreck because I never have any time to go to a car wash and I have young kids that make a mess in it. They brought all their own equipment and supplies and my car was sparkling just 4 hours later. I highly recommended them and will definitely be calling them for maintenance. Thank you so much!!

I was frustrated at first because I had to reschedule after they showed up two hours late to my original appointment. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, the detailer carefully inspected my car which was already in rough shape from flooding, with a strong odor and mold. He explained that the higher package I had selected still wouldn’t fully solve the problem, and suggested a lower option instead, as the carpet and padding would probably need to be replaced. Even though the experience started off frustrating, I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. If you’re looking for a reliable detailing service, I would recommend them.
