The Express Wash is top notch. The gentlemen who wait on me are very friendly and helpful. They do a quick swab down by hand to remove anything stuck on or in recessed areas as the automatic cycle begins. At the end the vehicle is blown dry for a virtually spotless finish.

I really appreciate their convenience, as well as, the periodic free wash coupons they issue somewhat quarterly. The attendants are generally professional and courteous, and they have free self-vacuuming stations with your wash purchase. Some of the vacuums don't have the best suction, so it is best to find one that works and stick to it, if you patronize here regularly.

Update: This post was a terrible mistake I apologize to Bowtie Carwash and Sam , the charming and patient manager, who helped me find the charge in my bank account was only $10.00!! I thought the dude charging me on that day said $40.00 for the basic, twice. I never looked. I just trusted what I was being told. But he may have just been trying to upsell services like a good employee. He charged me correctly regardless. I stopped in to ask about it and we figured out the mistake. Sam was so nice about it and even though I was mortified by my error and the review, he pointed out I had still been confused by the sales talk and comped me a free wash! What a great guy and a great carwash! Stop by! You'll be glad you did! The following statement is completely wrong.($40.00 for a basic wash was really too much. Staff is pleasant and helpful but autowash forten bucks is where I will have to go if their lowest price is $40.00. I gotta get food and gas dudes! Sorry.)

I just left this car wash that I have been going to for years. This place always clean my cars well. Tonight I was there for a quick vacuum Right around 645 to 7pm And a SUV pull in not to wash there SUV but to Rob me red SUV with Texas plates please be careful because two guys in the SUV were up to no good . To management there needs to be someone there at the car wash so people can feel safe while cleaning their vehicles Thanks you please check your camera because if I was not paying attention tonight I would have been a victim

I've been using Bowtie since they came to Fern Creek however many years ago that is. They are always nice, no matter the weather, always do a great job. Only once had an issue and went through again for free and issue went away. Their 6 for 4 coupons are the best. The vacuums work great and seem to last long enough to to the front seat, reset and do the back seat. The place is always clean and tidy. The bow ties the guys wear crack need up. Free dash wipes for the best car wash around. Thanks

It's a wonderful car wash. The one near me started lacking, so I tried this place out today and my car is beautifully clean thanks to their wash and free vacuum after each wash. I'd definitely reccomend this place if you want your vehicle to look nice and shiny again.

Needs maintenance badly. Will likely scratch your paint. My wife car got scratched going through the automatic wash. I've always used the manual wash with no issues, but just got scratches in my paint this time. And yes, I sprayed the brush heavily before I used it. It's just an old carwash and it looks like they've never replaced the brushes. Or replace them every 10 years. Try a newer place unless you have an older car with bad paint already.

I LOVE this carwash!! I bought the monthly package of $34.99 for unlimited washes. I have a white vehicle and with driving to work everyday it can get dirty real quick. This is the BEST carwash I’ve ever been too. Not just the wash but I can vaccum it too, with no extra cost! My ride is gonna SPARKLE ALL summer!!

I've been going to this car wash for years they always do a good job. The brushes are soft and I have never had any mechanical arms swing out and hit my vehicle like I have had in other car washes. However it does not like my Jeep Wrangler with the extended front bumper side Fender flares and the tire on the back my guess is that it would damage the spinning brush.

This is my first visit and I will definitely return, this is the cleanest any carwash has gotten my truck. Got the brake dust off my rims even! They also scrubbed the front of the truck before sending me through. Only had to go once through.

Great little car wash. I am happy with how clean my car came out. Service was good. There were two attendants that greeted me and they both sprayed the prewash foam. Some places only have one attendant that does that, and others none, so this was a nice change. The only improvement I could see would be to improve the vacuums. The one I used wasn't very powerful. Edit: Vaccuums seem to be better now. The service was still great and my car came clean.

Affordable car wash and because they manually spray your car before going through it got the books and crannies usually missed by the car wash brushes and sprays like under the back fin over my Chevy spark hatch window. Basic wash is only $11.

Loved that they rang me right up quickly, understood basic English,unlike that car wash just up the road that just left me with a terrifying experience with one of their male workers. I'll write that one a separate review. This car wash was smooth, very clean. No touch, free vacuums and they give you a free dash wipe with any wash. I liked the $15 wash for my classic Mustang.

I think it gets your car cleaner than any other car wash that I've been to in a long while. I never really see any dirt left on it when I go to dry the outside and the car is always really dry without me even having to wipe it down very much because their dryers are so good. It might not look all fancy like the other ones but the point is to get your car clean and it achieves that goal as good if not better than the more expensive ones. Get the $20 monthly subscription with unlimited washes and a can of tire shine to keep on you and your car will look great.

This was the worst carwash in fern creek. Its like it was too fast to even do the job right. My boyfriend had soap left all over his new truck. I would not recommend this car wash if you want a real cleaning. It went way too fast to do the job. If were paying over 20 bucks the max I expect it to be max clean. There was still soap every where. The rinse is just not good at all.

Best car wash in the city hands down! I have a suburban & I have a monthly membership I can’t think of a time where there was any dirt after a wash an I do little drying off afterwards! Definitely the best dryers in the city. Plus free vacuums . I don’t understand how they have only 1 location when they are killing the game far as quality of the service provided!

Always very friendly, fair prices and smiling faces. I spent too much time with my doors open and heat going while vacuuming and battery went dead. The hero who took my payment for the wash, jumped my vehicle for me without hesitation. Fantastic young man, great employee! Always excellent service. I don't go anywhere else.
