The car wash is the equivalent of drinking water and spitting it at the car. It didn’t clean anything. What an absolute waste of money.

Spent 11 bucks and it didn't even look like my car got washed. No one onsite and the number on the receipt just rings and rings. Wontt be coming back.

The staff was very friendly, especially the electronic cigarettes were cheap and good, and all the items were new. I did it here at Touch Free Cower, which is nice because there are no scratches.

Tried the new car wash today and highly disappointed. Paid for the Silver to get the wheel blast and it was obvious it did not touch the wheels. I went inside to give them some feedback on their new system and the lady at the counter just said "ok", that's it, I thought maybe I would get a rain check or at least the difference from the basic to Silver. Tough to find good customer service anymore.

It seemed to work fine the first couple times I used it. Now it barely cleans anything. The person inside the gas station doesn’t have the ability to comp a wash and send back through for a rerun. I worked at a carwash for years and know the business. Would definitely avoid this one. $20 completely wasted. Edit notice the owners review in the Maserati, obviously the same one that’s parked outside all the time.

I'm really satisfied. After finishing Mr. Cow, I went into the gas station store and bought an e-cigarette. The price of the e-cigarette was really cheap and friendly. Mr. Cow was a new machine.

Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever used. It was sunny out and my car was dirty so I decided to take it through this car wash. I truly don’t think it got any dirt off my car. I grabbed the white towel out of my trunk to hand dry my car afterwards and the towel literally ended up black from dirt it was wiping off my car. This is the same white towel I have used after taking my car through a Brown Bear car wash and the towel remained white. I paid for the $11 Silver package and I legitimately feel like my car looked worse in several areas after using this car wash. I’ve uploaded photos I took immediately after going through the car wash.

I paid for the highest car washed offered which came out to being almost 18.00. It unbelievably bad. The photos are below of what it looked like after I ran through the touchless car wash. I contacted shell( the gas station which apparently owns it) and the employee told me that no refund are being given out any longer per the owner. I asked her if this has been a common occurrence and she said a few times, yes. She wouldn’t give me the name or phone number for me to contact the owner so I left mine. Not feeling hopeful and feel like they have terrible customer service.

DONT DO IT! Paid $17 and this was the outcome, complained to employee and said manager will call me, all I wanted was a refund. And Yes this photo was taken after the premium wash 😂 Hoping manager will make it right but don’t have high hopes for it.
