135 dollar hand wash detail gets you lol I even had rubber floors all they had to do was wet rag it wow all I can upload lol cleaned it myself and nobody stopped and asked why I was cleaning the truck the just “hand washed” crazy second time ..whipped hood with rag once and you can see the laziness dam

My grandma has been coming here for years even when it was still octopus. She recommended it to me and said there are specials on Tuesday and Thursday. I went when I first got my car (not very dirty) so I only got the outside washed. They drove it through the wash for me because I didn't feel comfortable which I was very appreciative of and I was also happy with the wipe down after to get water marks etc. Everyone was very polite, accommodating and friendly. After leaving I did inspect, and all imperfections were ones that needed to be scrubbed off or perhaps removed with professional chemical. So therefore I was satisfied with the convenience and customer service! I decided to write this review after seeing the most recent ones. There are fair complaints but if my car was full of filth and stains in every crevice I definitely would not trust a commercial car wash to get that lol. (No offense) I think you people should hire professional detailers who have proper equipment and probably better cleaning chemicals for TOUGH jobs.... That being said blue whale maybe you are giving people the wrong impression with the more expensive services? Not sure! but I hope things get better. Thanks for taking care of mine and my gma's cars! 😁

Ordered the ultimate wash. My dash, and rest of the car was not wiped down. Asked one of the employees for a rag. And cleaned up the front and side doors myself. Amazing that the staff watched in surprise. I guess cleaning the inside wasn't part of the package. Definitely regret tipping. Explains why this location was not busy. No complaints from the machine wash since that seem to be the only thing working. Don't waste your time or money.

I understand why their star ratings are so low. I went with the supreme package that included scent and a full Service car wash. I didn’t get a scent and these are two of many photos I could’ve taken of stuff that’s very basic that didn’t get done, the consul and the dashboard

I feel like for 180$+ tax they did a terrible job dirt and dust everywhere water spots their rims got absolutely no attention the paid for shampoo on the seats they look like they did nothing to them but make them look shiny in the center all the edges are still full of dust…….. UPDATE: I went back and they asked me for the opportunity to correct the situation and clean it again which they did but other that the rims and windows they pretty much left everything else the exact same way go back to my original statement for a premium charge on a car was I feel like the quality wasn’t there

Went twice this morning to get my truck washed. This place never changes. Worthless customer service. Paid for the car wash and never got one. No one came up to the wash area to turn on the machine and get me started. You owe me my$11.99. I have been avoiding to go to the new mister Car Wash down the street. I guess now I have no choice. The blonde headed girl in charge was just looking out the front window watching everything not going on as supposed to be. Poor leadership and very poor hiring personnel. You should just sell the place that you recently purchased!

If this is a SUPREME CAR WASH I can’t imagine what the cheaper ones are.. I would rate it a 0 Star! I literally just left the place and this is how they left it! Maybe pass the vacuum or a wet rag.. IDK what do you guys think??

Horrible detailing, came home disappointed I paid 93 dollars for shampoo and interior cleaning and it was horrible, they said it would take an hour and a half, but they did it in 30 minutes. And when I reviewed what they did it was absolutely frustrating, they did go back to clean it again and was somewhat cleaner, but never would I take my car there again, there is no excuse for such a horrible job. Very disappointed customer feeling ripped off. And the cleaners just laughed it off, never again!

I asked if emphasis would be made to clean the windshield in and out extra well and what I got was less than mediocre service. While driving home in the sunlight the windows were very streaked…MAYBE if they used clean cloths to clean the windows it would be cleaner!!! I personally went around the entire car and could see what was missed!!! Just because I went on a 1/2 price day should not meant I got 1/2 price service😡

For $54.99, they'll spend over an hour washing your vehicle, yet leave streaks, bugs, and sap behind. They'll also clean your interior (except for throwing away any trash in the doors, under seats, etc., and they'll make it smell good and super shiny and slick, except for cup holders, door handles, open center console compartments, etc., but they'll leave plenty of extra shine juice behind on most surfaces for you to shine it again in a week. So, at least there's that.

Went in for their half off ultimate package and vinyl wipe down with exterior trim dressed. I got half a job done. Console still dirty windshield dirty, half the trim not dressed, floor Nats weren't cleaned under, overall very poor service. They were very slow so there was no reason for it. The manager was doing the trim dressing.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! For how much you are paying for the service they do a half ass job not mentioning the guys who vacuumed my car takes all my quarters and dimes from my change not only from my side door pocket but went in my console too. I was furious and went back because I tipped them because it’s hot and it’s not a fun job. I solely went to the full service place because I have a newborn and it’s hard doing the self service, so I spent an extra money for what? An awful job and them to just take my money?! Crazy. And when the manger came to talk to me she points to the one sign that saying that they’re not responsible for “lost change” I laughed because the letters are not only so small but the sign is so old the letters are piling off. Do not recommend the place. I wish I could have gotten my refund back. I feel violated.

Occasionally in the 🌞 sunny but dusty Arizona i visit my Blue Whale wash facility for a through interior and exterior clean-up and shined polishing job. Every visit has resulted in total satisfaction & a tip stating such. A key point driving my tipping remuneration is quality cleaning, shining, & half prices on Tuesdays. 😏

My car was done great. But the pics below were my husbands car. We had just got them done together about an hr ago and im really not satisfied. A guy did my car and a girl did his car. I didn't pay $80 for his detail for it to look like we just vacuumed ourselves and drove it thru the cash. It is very streaky wax, dirt everywhere still like no vacuum, none of the side panels are clean. We were the only 2 cars there.

I had a really good experience lately. I dropped off my car really late and they were able to take it in. Which I was grateful for, I appreciated that they were able to also lock up my car for the night since there wasn’t enough time to finish it in the day. That’s okay though! I believe they did a wonderful job, only a few spots left untouched but nothing that couldn’t be touched up by myself. Thanks for the good work

I haven’t been here since it’s become Blue Whale. When it was Octopus, the detailing was terrible. Because they are now a local business I wanted to support them. Unfortunately, the results are no better. I realize it is an “express” detail, but when I pay for a “super clean interior”, I don’t expect such disregard for obvious dust, dirt, and debris

for the last 4 times I been here they. Doing a worst and worst job it messed up my front grill. And my car paint. They don't dry it good. They leave Spot everywhere, the windows they don't dry them good ,I'm not the type of person to complain but this is ridiculous. If where paying for a service I'm expecting to get a good service and if you not getting it done the right way that's bad on the company there going to start losing customers. I just took my Cadillac and same thing there service suck. The car is not even clear, very disappointed with there service. They done even bother cleaning the grill

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price I decided to splurge on the Superior Clean Interior package, expecting a professional-level clean that would surpass what I could do myself. Instead, I got a half-done job that wasn’t even worth a fraction of what I paid. Despite the package promising vacuumed carpets and upholstery, cleaned door jambs, and dressed dash & vents, my car was not vacuumed at all. I usually handle everything myself in the drive-through, but I figured paying extra meant professionals could do better—I was wrong. Spending $46 for a service that didn’t even meet basic expectations is frustrating, especially when I could’ve paid $11 elsewhere and done a better job myself. Absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend. 1 star.

Pretty disappointed! Already have a call/voicemail in, waiting for a return call. Was there today and paid $140 and was there for over 2hrs! I don’t mind the time when it’s worth the wait. The last thing said to me by the workers before I walked out was sorry it took so long, and I said I don’t mind cause I don’t want it half as*ed. Well half as*ed is about what I got. It was suppose to be wash, detail doors, vents, cup holders and supposedly shampoo the front (driver/passenger). Pretty sure the shampoo was not done, and the lack of cleaning for the price is mind blowing!! Front window is so streaked a 2yr old could have washed it better. Most of the windows are very streaked and completely missed spots on several windows. Dash is extremely streaked. Vents not even touched along with door handles and cup holders. To say I am beyond irritated and disappointed is an understatement. I will be following up with management as this is totally unacceptable. Not to mention the tech vaping in my car while detailing it. You wanna do that, fine, but you don’t do it in my car! Update: 4+ hours spent at this location and 4 trips of 30 minutes each way. Vehicle was taken back to be redone by a member of management after a phone call with them. Much better job was done on the vehicle. The 2 cup holders on the back end of the center console are still not done (guess I will do them myself). Aside from that, much better job was done the second time around. No streaks and splashes of cleaner everywhere. Thank you!

The car got washed , dried and they put some shine on the tires !! That’s it ! I couldn’t believe what I seen when I got in the car . I pretty clean car at that it didn’t need much !!! But I couldn’t even get my car vacuumed !!???they couldn’t throw away the wrappers that where there . I’m so disappointed!! I pay for the full service once a month and for the $40 once a week and today unfortunately blue whale lost me completely as a customer . I bring my 3 vehicles here my family swings by with their vehicles some friends and it’s always the same thing !! We don’t get the customer service or appreciation that we deserve . I got in my car expecting for all the dust to be gone or at the very least the trash in the doors and cup holders to be gone and cleaned . What a waste of my time and money ! Not even the $18 dollar tip that I gave the guys !! Wish I could rate it zero stars
