This is the worst service I've ever seen. They don't know what a car wash is poor service? The receptionist is nasty. When you ask for a detailed hand wash and wax @ pay almost 100.00 you expect just that. They miss so much and you bring it to their attention and it never gets better. They are ripping off the customer! I said the interior did not need to be done so when I noticed the door jams were not done they said we'll you asked for no interior had to be done. Really I will not be going back. They have gotten worse!!

I stopped here after another car wash that did not accept cash. This place was absolutely magnificent. Great customer service. And the price is super accessible for a car wash of this quality. Already have plans to bring my big truck that's a dually for their hand wash service because I can't find anywhere else in town that's willing to wash it because it doesn't fit on the tracks for automatic car washes.

Barely even wiped inside of my car, not worth the price for the job that was done. When I asked them about the dust that needed wiped off in my car. She said we just do a gentle wipe. I wiped my hand across my radio and got a bunch of dust on my hand and said this wasn’t wiped down. She said yes, we did wipe it down and then shut my car door then I put my window down and said I’m never coming back here. It was very obvious that nothing was wiped down. What a waste of money had to go home and wipe everything myself should’ve just done that in the first place. Very bad customer service. Would give no stars if I could.

The employees are super nice and it is always a please dealing with them , from a friendly smile or hello. The car was it self, well first off it is so out dated. I have noticed that some of the equipment doesn't work and it doesn't even look like they intend to fix it. And the monthly price is expensive. You can get prices cheaper at more modern places that are going up all over town. Why do I stay? I've been to lazy to switch. But it will probably happen sooner than later as a more modern one has opened up closer to my home. ** Update ** not getting better ..... Went today and now even the workers who do your windows and dry your vehicle seem be getting a little lax. I had two inside windows that weren't even touched. Nothing has been fixed and it remains very outdated

First time here and not likely my last. They did a great job on my wife's car. It did not take as long as I thought it would. The price was reasonable and worth it. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Was happy with the staff. However, the next day my car began to peel inside from whatever chemical they used and we just called in to see if there was anything they could do. At first the lady stated she had never seen my car yesterday but remembered us after telling her we had the one year old baby. She then gave us the owners phone number who turned out to be a COMPLETE JACKASS. He told us all they used was a damp rag then changed it to well we do use some chemicals. You can see in the picture how it shriveled up my car. We weren’t looking to be a pest but just wanted to see what we could do. But the owner was completely unreasonable and told us we just needed to file a claim with our insurance. He did not care what’s so ever.

Did a small detail paid $49 to get rid of the dog hair and wipe down my carpets. You would think they would at least do a better job wiping it down. this was after the detail.

Paid $21.99 for the works that includes exterior and Interior. Could have done a better job myself because they didn't even wipe all the dust from the dashboards and nooks and crannies. I asked to dust again and they half did it again. Still very dusty.Will not return.

This place is not worth spending the money at because all they do is run through the machine and they don’t even wipe it down properly or vacuum it out well, you’d be better off going to the Mister car wash that’s not even five minutes away. My truck literally still has bugs on the windshield. Even after they ran it through the wash. Don’t waste your money here like I did.

1st time here and last time here. Worst equipment, so outdated. The mitton curtains, these are the long cloth that is suppose to go back and forth rather quickly move like a sloth. Car came out with mitton carton marks all over the hood. Management said wasn't their fault. This place is the worst! I have a 2017 Audi Q7 and now I have to have my hood buffed out. I wasn't going to argue with this so called manager. Im telling you, their equipment is way outdated and will screw up your car. Read all the reviews people. I should have looked first at their 3.2 rating because I would have never went there.

Great service and a friendly staff. The prices are maybe the lowest in town. I received a full service auto detail with the interior seats shampooed and wheels treated and shined. The price was under $60. I will be back and I highly recommend trying this car wash location out!

1st time here and last time here. A waste of money. Dirt still left on floors after being vacuumed. Dash and door interior had horrible streak marks all over it. Paid for a jasmine scent to be used and there was no scent detected. All windows inside and out had streaks. I asked a gentleman to please rewipe the windows. He did 1 outside mirror and 1 exterior window that still left streaks. Definitely not going back.

They can’t even wipe down things or vacuum correctly. Tell me why there was 5 of you guys working on my truck and it’s still dirty. I’m not asking for it to be perfect but come on. Yall try to say you’re better price wise than mister car wash but at least they try. This is crazy. You guys should be ashamed. Just because I put my seats up for you to vacuum underneath doesn’t mean don’t vacuum the seats. CRAZY.

Gave them one star because at least the guy who helped me out first was nice. I asked for the works. Let him know I wanted the inside cleaned as well. I get back in my truck and I was pretty disappointed. My standards are sometimes a little too high though so I thought maybe it was just me. Got home and my husband agreed, the job was not done well. The inside looked slightly vacuumed but nothing looked wiped down. Overall, bad job. Not going back here. Wish I would have read the reviews first.
