Lady with red hair and tattoos on hands needs training in customer service. Tried signing up for monthly service after guy out front said to go inside they will take care of you. Make it simple and quick. Lady with red hair looks annoyed when asking to sign up. Tells me to do it myself on the phone. My bad for trying give business.

My receipt was stamped at 10:09 it is currently 11:14 and no end in sight…. My first time here and I will not be back. It is Thursday I was not offered nor given half price, the detailer who is doing my car has walked away to chat at least 7 times that I have counted, knowing that I can see how absolutely disinterested he is. At 11:20 they pulled my car out and I was absolutely furious. I’ve taken pictures because it is unbelievable how shoddy a job that was done. My son had borrowed my car and had made a mess out of it, there was a chow mien noodle in the air conditioning vent, guess what was still there after being detailed??? Did I mention I took pictures??? Ashley the manager refunded a partial amount of what I paid but I was still charged for the car being washed, I don’t agree with that because the outside was still dirty, however it is a small price to pay for a lesson well learned. I will not be returning there to be disregarded and disrespected, and to pay for services not rendered.

Look it's my birthday and my arm is broken and I have 3 kids, so I just wanted my car really clean. I purchased the "interior deep clean" which came w/ the "Ultimate Wash" and it was an enormous waste of money ($55). My car was supposed to have all interior surfaces cleaned and vacuumed, as well as the exterior cleaned. I waited for 2.5 hours. When I got my car, there was still a puddle of dirty cleaning water inside. Not a single one of the seats had been wipes whatsoever. There was still crud on my windshield and cleaning solution on multiple surfaces. The vacuuming work was terrible. Save your money and go somewhere else or do ot yourself. I've done a better job with a dash wipe and the self-service vacuum at the Surf Thru down the street.

Guy told me to pay a little extra so I can get a bit of a detail for $37 looked up at the menu and I could’ve just paid 20 and probably got a better service than what I got for this. They didn’t even wipe down the front screen or anything still got dust all over my truck. I have a 94-year-old grandma with me if it wasn’t for that I’d probably be back there asking for a refund

Stay as far away from here as you can. I paid for the best detail package, $185.96. It’s about $180.96 overpriced. After they had the car for 3 hours, the exterior of the car was still dirty. None of the treatments listed on their website had been completed. The tire dressing only half applied, plastic trim wasn’t dressed, windows still dirty, interior still dusty, cup holders and window switches still dirty, and the seats weren’t cleaned very well, if at all. I addressed the issues with the employees on duty at the time and agreed to bring the car back the next day. Which I did…I dropped it off for over 3 hours again. It looked pretty much the same except for there was a ridiculous amount of “dressing” slathered on the dash, door panels, center console, and over-sprayed onto the windows. It’s obvious they don’t take any pride in their work. For being the last “detail” service car wash in the NW area, you’d expect so much more. I feel like I should be refunded after still not being satisfied with the 2nd wash, but I was told the manager “went to lunch” when I was looking for them.

This place is just okay. Paid $100 for detail and to try to get dog hair removed. I didn’t expect all the dog hair completely gone so that’s fine but the clean itself was mediocre. I had some spilled juice on the plastic part of the door and they didn’t even try to get it all off. There were other spots not cleaned too. Probably won’t be going back for a detail.

Never will I ever come back! 45 dollars for half fast job. The Interior of my vehicle is dirty still, water spots all on my rear view mirrors you guys didn’t even clean the center council either. Save your money and go some where else. The prices are a joke. Thanks for nothing.

I would absolutely recommend bringing your car in to be serviced by this awesome family owed business. We had the opportunity of trying their Ultimate Car Wash and added on shine to the interior. We are blown away by how great of a job they did. They took their time and made sure everything looked perfect and clean. I paid for a hand wash because it was supposed to be more thorough. They told me my car was ready and it was still visibly dirty. So dirty that I STARTED CLEANING IT MYSELF and a worker even went as far as to hand me a rag so I COULD DO IT. I asked for a refund since I was cleaning my own car and the manager straight up said no. I paid for a car wash and did not receive it. Worst service ever. The manager is awful at his job.

They don't get everything perfectly, but they do better work than other places I've been. I'm happy if my dash is dust-free and my exterior is clean and dry. The ultimate special on Tuesdays and Thursdays is worth that much. The website, however, is a joke. Don't bother. It's incomplete, the location phone number is wrong, and the main number listed on the home page is fake. There's no mention of a rain policy, just a bunch of stuff about the memberships, especially in the faqs.

Worst detail experience of my life. Dropped it off at 8:30am and went across to Costco. Came back at 11:00am and my car had not even been started. After the cashier called in 3 different managers to separately discuss what happened, they did not even offer me money back! Just a free wax the next time I came. Horrible. People waiting in the lobby for an hour. The manager lady took a call from her mom in the lobby and start cussing at her. Zero stars if I could.

If you enjoy paying high prices that result in a dirty vehicle, Blue Whale might be the perfect car wash for you. $80 and the inside of my car is dirty and dusty with fingerprints on the display. I paid $15 for them to sweep some hay out of the truck bed before washing it. They assured me it would be perfect. They washed it with the hay in it and made a sloppy mess that I was, in fairness to the terrible job they did, impossible to clean. If the combo of ridiculously high prices and poor quality work isn’t enough for you, don’t worry they will also take twice as long to do it as they tell you. Near in mind, my truck is new and wasn’t very dirty. This was not a transformation I was expecting. Just a clean vehicle, free of dust, dirt, fingerprints. To their credit, when I complained/ refused to come back tomorrow, and declined having them wash it a third time - they did get on the phone with the boss and arrange to give me a refund. Since they did do some work, I took a partial refund. They did offer a full one. My review is to say this place takes a lot of time, charges a premium (which is fine if you do premium work), and does shoddy work.

I paid $30 for an interior and exterior clean on my car. I was surprised how fast my car was ready. This should have been my sign that they were not detailed oriented at all on my clean. The exterior looks wonderful. The interior, on the other hand, looks awful. They didn't vacuum in any nooks or crannies in my center console, cup holders, or doors. The carpet looks like it was quickly vacuumed. The dashboard is still obviously dusty. It doesn't look like they took a cloth to it at all. I will need to go home and completely redo the inside of my car with my own vacuum and washcloth. I definitely would never use this car wash again.

Just had car done had receipt for free I went the extra paid 13$ More for ultimate and extra for wax, I new when he called that they didn't do what they y supposed to. So just got a 51$ car wash that I could have done for 2.50 at quarter spray wash.I have been there other times but won't go back. They didn't wipe y down good.

I used to frequent here and loved it. However this time, not so much. I had to asked them to wipe down the console, as it had clearly been missed. I had a small spill and noted it to them at check in. I was assured no problem the package I was sold would take care of that, it didn't. I had to request they wipe it down when picking up at the end. The vacuum was less than par and I had offered to pay extra when ordering, because it needed done badly. I was assured it was included in the package. It was not done well. It was better but I used to get better quality outcomes here.
