Very disappointed with the boss at store 15 Ive heard nothing but bad about him he is rude to employees I've been in there. A few times and heard. Employees being rude to each other and to customers like you work at a gas station you are supposed to have professionalism and help be the fave of the company not be rude to everyone

The were to wonderful men that helped me too night. So after getting taco johns i wanted candy so i went to get and go. And one thing that really impressed me is they helped me get a deal that i didnt notice and im so happy i did. And so i forgot my card and the short black hair man came and found me to give me my rewards card back i would reccomend going here sk friendly and convent

The worker, “Guy”, has been the reason why nobody likes to go to this gas station anymore. He is very rude towards the customers. He is harassing the customers with his phone and forcing them to leave right after purchasing something. He is especially rude towards the customers who are part of the car community. This is the gas station I have used for 6 months now and he is the reason why I won’t be back. If they would like my business again, he needs to go.

Increase font size on receipt number for car wash entry. No need for six digits & why shouldn't it be large enough to STAND OUT? Wash was just adequate for $8.

I understand that the store doesn't allow backpacks in the store because a lot of high school kids go there to be picked up after school but with that being said the employees need to be little more courteous to all of the people and not discriminate. I say this because as a customer I watched them tell two kids to leave the store for not leaving their bags at the door and there were 3 others walking through the aisles of it's a piece then they need to have it for all of the kids

Really like all of the get n go's but just last night lost respect for this one. Came to get gas on my motorcycle and met a guy who had some questions and wanted to talk because we have the same type of motorbike. Right as I put the gas nozzle back a grumpy old man comes and yells for me to leave. If I'm just having a civil conversation with another human under the canopy of your gas station after getting gas here could I have the respect to leave when the conversation is over? There was no line for people to get gas and we weren't being unruly. I understand that it is the loop turn around but if you don't want it to be, move somewhere else. Don't have to be douche bags to people trying to have a good night and get gas.

Worst experience at a gas station I've ever been apart of. Immediately after buying a drink from this gas station an armed security guard immediately tells me to leave not even allowing me a few minutes to wait for my friend who was also purchasing something. Never in my life have i been treated with such disrespect from a business. I'd highly recommend taking your business else where. unless you enjoy being treated like your only welcome at the moment you buy something, and despised the moment they have your money.

Sunday 2:20 p.m. December 20th the girl working cashier was very disrespectful to an elderly man who was trying to understand how the car wash packages worked. She kept rolling her eyes and tilting her head in frustration and when he walked away a few more customers got behind me in line and then she out loud said," well I guess I'm not going to get to eat today"... then slammed her open cup of liquid on the counter and it splashed everywhere. I myself was in line to sign up for the car wash packages but decided to take my business somewhere else because of the disrespect that I've seen in the short amount of time I was there. I don't normally leave a bad review, but people like that shouldn't be working with customers.

I usually am a big fan of the getting-go car wash as I have the unlimited pass... However on a recent visit I realized that they close the car wash at 11:00... Sort of disappointing as I just got back from a road trip and the car was covered in dead bugs. I think it is silly and this car wash being closed led me to going to other getting-go car washes... Also closed for repairs. I feel like if you're going to close your car wash at 11:00 you should redirect me to an open car wash.

Everything at this station is broken. Both air compressors are missing the heads to the hose so they can’t be used. The vacuum by the car wash just doesn’t turn on. One of the under carriage sprayers at the car wash has been broken for months. And today I arrived and for some reason the car wash wasn’t working for 15 min I had to wait in line to get a car wash. I would have left but I already pre paid for my wash when I got gas. Never doing that again. I don’t really have any issues with the store inside, it’s always clean and the employees are friendly enough, but clearly this station and car wash may need a change of management.

This is a review of the car wash, and not the gas station. I don't like leaving bad reviews, and rarely do, but this is honestly the worst of the Blue Tide car washes I've been to. Does this location have a different owner or something? Serious question, because it seems like they've not put the resources into improving this one like the other Blue Tides. The water pressure is barely on par with my garden hose and leaves a fair amount of soap. I'm so disappointed because this is the closest location to where I live. Sometimes when I'm in a hurry I will run through this location and I'm always disappointed. So, I guess that is on me at this point. I cancelled my Blue Tide subscription last year and went with Silver Star for a while to try them out. I came back to Blue Tide after getting a new car because I want a touchless wash again. I initially cancelled because this was legitimately a 1 star location, IMO. The one positive since returning is that this system doesn't seem to fail to read my RFID tag every other time like it used to, so apparently that has been improved, hence two stars. Everything else about this car wash is such a letdown. It's so bad that my default location is 57th and Marion, even though it's less convenient. They seem to actually be investing in their car wash, at least. Please be more like them. I'm taking the time to write this review in the hope that leadership actually wants feedback to use to improve things, so I do hope they take it to heart.
