Love the convenience and I liked the fact that I could keep the car in park, as I have a gear shift that is hard to put into neutral. Easy to use and the car was actually clean!

Clean facility, easy to use pay station........BUT..... This place just waxed an entire layer of dirt to my white truck. What's the point of washing your car if you can no longer wipe off the dirt??

Drove all the way to bluefalls car wash in Reminderville because we don’t have a bluefalls touchless wash in Willoughby/Mentor and they did an excellent job made my car brand new!. I will definitely be back & wish they would open a touchless in my location.

Decent car wash although I do think it is a bit pricey. I went there recently for the first time, and the car was shining afterwards! But it also is a brand new car... Downsides: The air dryer didn't seem to dry the car completely leaving the dreaded water spots behind that we all dread. It seems to have missed washing the tires although it got the remainder of the car fairly well. I got their best package which costed a hefty 16.00 USD for one wash.

Horrible experience, one line was down a guy tested it and I was told to use the line after the wash didn't even get the car clean. Wasted $16 and time. No attendant so nobody to talk to. I message their fb page only "seen status" no reply.

Genuinely one of the worst Ive ever used. Only works if car is clean to start. Did not remove bird poop. Wheel wells are still dirty. Spotless dry was not spotless whatsoever - tons of water leftover after it finished. Save your money.

Awful. Carwash did not work properly....only foam, no rinse. The wand scratched my car. And there is no accountability. I called multiple time, but no one picks up. Please avoid this place!!

Went to bay 2. Card reader didn’t work. Paid with cash. No change back. Gave a $20, spent $13. Didn’t get my $7. Phone number on receipt said sorry for inconvenience, please call this number. Number didn’t work. I went there specifically to get the bird poo off my car. Bird poop was still on the car :( waste of money and time. Cleaned the bird poo off at home AFTER going through the car wash. Place was great before it was sold to someone else.
