ALERT DO ❌ NOT 🚫 COME HERE!!!!!!!!!! This has so far been the worst service I have ever received. My door panels are completely messed up after doing business with them. They also put screws into my leather seats to attempt to fix things they messed up along the way of doing there work. This was completely a huge setback for myself and my pocket. They charged me a month of my pay checks to work on the new vehicle I purchase and since then more problems keep occurring with the work they did. Not once did they take responsibility even when I went back the next day and showed them my door were completely off and my took or lost all my lock buttons and said the vehicle had came like that. . Once again I had just got the vehicle and just wanted an improve new system and tented windows.. The reason I'm writing this post now after a few months is because all eight speakers went out yesterday and that was an $800 job alone with a completely new system. I'm not sure if they put new ones in but I don't abuse my speakers and they all completely messed up along with my doors and my windows no longer roll up or down after doing service with them. This has been the worst service iny life! ! The gentleman that did my car sold me words that's lead me to so much trouble with my vehicle and completely messed up. Earnie was the gentlemen that "helped" Me get into so much inconvenience. Save yourself the time and the money in your pocket and do not come here! Trust in someone that's have problem after problems on the things that they touched on my vehicle to work on.

I appreciate these guys that work here I needed tents at the last minute they were closing and I called they stayed late just to do my car with no hesitation. Phenomenal customer service and attention to detail also great pricing compared to what we had in the past. Went to get backup camera installed 2 months ago and after 6 visits I gave up.The mgr. Ernie had an excuse every time I went to their office. He never returned calls .Don't recommend this place at all, very disorganized and service is non existent.Avoid this place at all cost.

Blue Diamond tinted my windows with ceramic along with a detail of my 2015 Toyota. I'm very pleased with the service. Ernie offered me a fair price with no haggling and they were able to remove old stains from the seats and water spots on the full exterior and windows. I enjoy driving much more with my tinted windows and like-new shiny car.

Blue Diamond completed a very affordable detail on my 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan last weekend. I'm almost embarrased to post the before pictures because it was in BAD shape. They restored my van to its original leather shine and removed so much dog hair that I was left speechless! I didn't take pictures after picking up my van, but I'm including pictures after one week of Uber/Lyft driving, which says a lot! I will never take my van anywhere else! The owner was professional, friendly and delivered on his completion date, which took almost no time at all. Don't waste your time elsewhere. Blue Diamond is the way to go! I am currently in the process of recovering my funds after being required to pay upfront. At the same time, he took both my Acura and my father’s 1970 El Camino to complete work for us. My Acura was returned in poor condition, and I strongly advise against doing business here, as it resulted in a significant waste of both time and money. Despite repeated assurances and promises, no meaningful work was completed. My father’s El Camino remained untouched for over a year after full payment was made in advance. Although repayment initially began in installments, it eventually stopped altogether. Throughout the entire process, we encountered excessive talk, broken promises, and ongoing excuses without follow-through.
