★☆☆☆☆ I probably had my truck washed all over the country at Blue beacons in excess of 100 times. I came in here about 5:00 a.m. on December 27th and when the guy came out to talk to me he didn't say a word. I put down my window and he just stood there so I told him what I needed and asked him to please pay special attention to the front and rear of the trailer because they are shiny and even though I pay extra for the hand wash on the trailer they always seem to miss spots. He didn't say a word he just nodded and then walked back inside the building. Anyway only two of them washed it and when it was able to dry and in the daylight, I looked at the whole truck and trailer and it was the worst wash I've ever had at a Blue Beacon. They completely missed entire areas of the truck and the rear of the trailer they had missed half of it, and I wasn't surprised at all because I could just tell that they just didn't care. I really hate paying over $100 for a truck wash and then have to wash half of it myself later. Not coming to this place again that's for sure.... and I really just didn't understand the attitude and lack of customer service.

★☆☆☆☆ I've had hundreds of truck washes and I've never had my airlines get unclipped until I went here 2/5/2026. I could have killed someone on the highway.
